Asked him to tighten two faucets and he wanted to charge $225x2 to tighten two bolts. Will need to call in another plumber to fix shower. Will not use, nor recommend, this company.

Ironically the solution was a simple adjustment to the unit that one of Anne's tech had previously installed. If leaving your kitchen without hot water (which we had when they arrived) and then refusing to return unless we agreed to pay another visit fee sounds okay to you, then give them a call. Also, who doesn't itemize their bills, or a simple parts and labor breakdown, even after a request? After we had the hot water back (thanks to the 2d plumber whom of course was another fee) we reached out to Anne The Plumber to follow up, explain that it had been resolved and suggest a refund of some kind. All we got was crickets. No reply. Would NOT recommend. One star bc Yelp requires at least one.

We have two and a half bathrooms, so I decided to have all three flappers replaced in order to avoid future problems. Nick insisted on inspecting all three toilets before starting. What he found was a catastrophe that involved a crew to rip out a whole section of sidewalk in front of our house to clear the several feet of city tree branch that had grown into our pipes.
