No root cause was identified, no diagnosis was provided, and the exact same problem returned shortly after the tech left. I called back immediately and only receptionist would speak to me and said nothing could be done as it was the weekend and no management was available....UNACCEPTABLE. As a result, my household was left without hot water for the entire weekend! What is MOST frustrating is they charge a non-refundable diagnostic/scheduling fee and state that the purpose of the visit is to inspect, diagnose, and provide solutions. I expected a professional diagnosis and repair, not a temporary reset that failed almost immediately!

Then Kyle changed me $175 to change the water stops as he could not figure out how to turn them to cut the water supply, so I could have water in the rest of the house. He promised to come back and fix everything he broke, but he stopped responding to my texts and phone calls. I had to hire a different plumber who got everything fixed what Kyle broke. The service person who came was very professional and informative. It did cost about $90 just to get the system looked at which I was not expecting at the time. The total ended up being larger than I had expected, but I was willing to pay it because I needed my heat turned on immediately. We discovered this on a Sunday evening. Joe became our plumber that night because he made himself available to come out the following morning. And he arrived on time. What he found was a catastrophe that involved a crew to rip out a whole section of sidewalk in front of our house to clear the several feet of city tree branch that had grown into our pipes. He got the right people in to do that job, was onsite to oversee it throughout, and he fixed a few other plumbing hiccups during the interim and even offered to install the new toilet seats we had sitting in their boxes while his excavation guys were doing their thing.
