From the beginning of the job to end, Anne the Plumber took meticulous care and I felt as if it were the most important project that they were doing that day. And, it was not a simple job, like a leaky faucet, it was a complicated job. They had to literally build piping for a washer and dryer that had no infrastructure already in place. Asked him to tighten two faucets and he wanted to charge $225x2 to tighten two bolts. Will need to call in another plumber to fix shower. Will not use, nor recommend, this company.

I called back immediately and only receptionist would speak to me and said nothing could be done as it was the weekend and no management was available....UNACCEPTABLE. As a result, my household was left without hot water for the entire weekend! What is MOST frustrating is they charge a non-refundable diagnostic/scheduling fee and state that the purpose of the visit is to inspect, diagnose, and provide solutions. I expected a professional diagnosis and repair, not a temporary reset that failed almost immediately!

He promised to come back and fix everything he broke, but he stopped responding to my texts and phone calls. I had to hire a different plumber who got everything fixed what Kyle broke.
