Horrible. It is filthy. They fire people daily so we never have teachers. The supplies are always out so we can not learn or use products properly. Hours are not put into TDLR and when they finally do after you report them they are wrong. The internet never works. There is never soap in the restrooms or they are broken and smell like sewer. The rooms were suppose to be remodeled so now we sit in dust filled rooms because they stopped the remodel. It is so toxic and the people get fired so quick after hire you have no one to go to. Regret going to this school. They better fix my hours so I can get out of there. They also owe me an over pay and many other students they have not paid. read more

I really enjoy my time here! You get a very decent massage for a great price, all while helping students in the pursuit of becoming massage therapists. They offer 50 min ($30) and 90 min ($45) massages. Things to know before you go: -They start booking appointments for the weekend on Wednesday's. This is where I have had problems. I suppose since its a massage school everyone is still learning, including those who book appointments? My first time at the school I booked two appointments and when we arrived they had nothing on the schedule. Luckily, they had a spot for us an hour later! The second time I book a massage, I was smart and called to reconfirm. Once again, their was no appointment on the schedule. My third time was the charm, I called and I actually had the appointment I had scheduled!! Long story short: call to confirm your appointment prior to, just in case!! -There are coupons for $5 off online and in the mail!!! These are only for the 50 min massages. -If you find a therapist that you really enjoy, make sure to fill out the review at the end and mark "YES" when it asks if its okay to contact you. This is the ONLY way to get the person you like, again! I found this out the hard way. I thought I just needed the name of my person and when I called to schedule I was informed you can not request a therapist, they have to personally contact you. -You also can't request male vs female. So if you have a preference you just have to hope you don't get one or the other! -A general rule for schools, no tipping is allowed. Came to see if this place would be a good fit for my daughter. The staff is awesome! No pressure just the facts ( I love that!) Staff seemed genuinely interested in what was best for my child. Everyone was incredibly nice and I didn't feel like they where "snake oil salesmen" The school is clean and seemed to provide a valid option for those not interested in a 4 year (OVERPRICED) bachelors degree. I was very impressed with their student massage clinic. Having been a director of admissions for a massage school I can speak to the clear quality of training and expertise demonstrated in the single massage that I did have there. The feedback forms collected are a bit basic, so be sure to tell the student not just put checks on a review. The facility was extremely well-maintained and the level of privacy in an educational environment was admirable. The noise level was kept to a minimum and the only true negative was the check in process as they were a bit disorganized. I figured they were students and the experience could be a hit or miss. I received a decent massage but it wasn't relaxing at all. The massage room was set up like hospital beds separated by curtains so you could easily hear everything and everyone around you. I understand the set up is necessary to accommodate a lot of people but there should be rules about maintaining decorum. It was so damn loud I couldn't relax. There were conversations happening everywhere. Thankfully they guy I had was about to graduate so he did a great job. Once you find a student you like, you can book them specifically so that's a way to control who you get as a masseuse. Tattoo girl receptionist was in a foul mood and was borderline rude. She did not give a good first impression. We had to ask her, "Do we need to fill out one of these forms in the basket?" All she said was, "it's $50 if you don't have the coupon." Waited perhaps 10 minutes past appointment time, but not a deal breaker. Place is packed on Saturday morning, so they use classroom desks for seating. Massage therapists were decent. Keep in mind, they are students, not seasoned veterans, and it is $25 for the hour. Tipping is not allowed by law. You can't specify gender preference of therapist. Additionally, they only perform massages on Saturdays and Sundays. You have to call first thing the prior Wednesday morning as they book up fast. I would go back and try a different therapist. Let's just say these students have a LOT to learn in the realm of professionalism. They did not maintain the quiet spa like atmosphere in the hallways and common areas. Instead, one male student loudly announced that his thong was falling down. So much goofing around and loud talking. The massage itself took place in a large room that was sectioned off by hospital-like curtains. Instructors can pop in at any time during your massage to see how students are doing. No one came during my session. My student masseuse was just "eh". I did not like her hands...you must have healing and strong hands to do massage..hers were not. After the massage you fill out a survey about the student's performance. Sadly, it has your name and address on it...even more sad is the fact that while you are still there the student can snatch up their survey which can make it uncomfortable if you were candid on your survey. read more

It is really unfortunate how quickly this place has declined. My wife and I have been coming here regularly for almost 2 to 3 years. The price is outstanding, if you get a decent massage. However, the stress of booking and getting your massage will almost certainly outweigh any benefit you receive from the massage itself. The past Three times we have been here, one of the following things has happened: 1. They "lost" our appointment, even though we had a confirmation number. They did not honor the appointment and did not offer to make up for it. 2. My wife got called back for her massage, and I waited..... And waited..... And finally asked the front desk lady if everything was ok. She responded "oh I'm sorry, we don't have any other therapists available right now, so you'll have to wait until they're done with their current client." My wife was done with her hour long massage and they still had not called me back for mine. We asked for a refund for my massage. Not very organized. 3. My wife and I both got called back at the same time for our appointments (great). When we were done, we met back up in the break room to fill out paperwork. She looked furious and said she had already been sitting there for 10 min. I looked at the clock and realized my massage had been cut short and was only 35 min long, which means his was 25min long. We paid for an hour and were on time. They would not give us a refund, but said next time we came in that one of us would be free. Make sure therapists are available and that you will be given your full time before paying CONFIRM WITH THE FRONT they have a therapist and that you will receive the time you paid for, BEFORE PAYING. They do not give refunds if manager not there. 4. Hygeine lacking of some of the therapists, body piercings, less than clean clothes. 5. The therapist was close to graduation and was very skilled and professional. I've been here on several occasions and for the most part always received great service. The only reason I haven't been back is that they no longer have coupons for frequent users. The chief complaint I would have is that you never know who you're going to get and even if you request an appt with the same therapist they'll say they've got you booked and then put you with a different therapist. I think this is an excellent school and they teach their students great techniques. Not all students applied the knowledge nor cared how they were doing. Calling in, the front desk was short, and cut me off on almost every sentence trying to answer before I had gotten a few words out, almost like he was annoyed he has to talk to me. For someone looking for a relaxing experience, I was now downright uncomfortable, so I left. There are no gender requests, and your forced to pay before even stepping foot in the waiting room. So if you're paired with Paul Bunyan, you've already paid and are stuck with rough hands the size of hubcaps. And once your signed up that it. they say they offer tutoring but don't hold your breath! The instructor is very educated but it started out she went to fast and talked over our head and this week the director came in to talk and most the class isn't happy. Most the class has failed most the quizzes this semester for Anatomy. The quizzes they give the wording is different than what your use to hearing and sometimes the stuff different on the test than what they say to study. There a problem when your mislead to believe some people passed the school and the next semester you come back and look it the senior hes back in class?? And on the employees come to find out didn't pass his State exam.. Theres a lot of partiality as well going on in this school! The one in Arlington that is.. Its almost rigged to help you fail and their guaranteed there money no matter what there should be a law against this and that schools should be held accountable. This isn't public school they are making good money off the students.. Its a fluff and buff school they tell you what you want to hear.
