Relocating from Paris, France and looking for a new place in Buckhead wasn't easy! Alan and his team made sure that we had all the information even thousand of miles away. Making Hanover East Paces home has been one of the easiest decision we had to make. The unit itself is wonderful and the location is very enjoyable. Living a couple minutes away from Buckhead Village (without being in the middle of everything and enjoy the quietness of the booming neighborhood) is wonderful. You get access to all the stores and necessities steps away from your door. The community is extremely pet friendly and you live right across the park which is wonderful when you have a husky that never gets tired.. The team is always available to help you, answer any question you may have or just say hi when you stop by the leasing office. Same goes for the maintenance team that is available and quick to answer when you encounter a problem in your unit. We would definitely recommend Hanover East Paces to anyone looking for a new place in Atlanta.

Carpet throughout building is horribly stained but has not be cleaned in last 4 years. Cars on 5th floor look an mechanic work space with car patts everywhere but they don'ttow that. I have been living here for 1.5 years. I really like the staff…read more The complex is not that big. There are plenty of trees everywhere so shade is available. There is also pollen and leaves all over the place. They have a landscaping crew that come by weekly to clear the lot. The gym is open 24/7 but there are only 2 treadmills, 3 bicycles, and some weights. Gym is never crowded so you can also exercise. The pool looks nice and is surrounded by chairs and grills. This is a gated community. I have not had a problem finding a parking spot or issue with the gate. I have not had any problems with neighbors. Sometimes they will have to shut the water off for hours. They usually send an email to let you know they will do that. I will probably live here as long as I live in Atlanta.

I have never truly regretted making a decision especially one that pertains to my shelter. You'd think with paying close to $2000 a month, the level of service and just the overall interaction with the management staff would be better. I should've known when I initially moved in that I'd have problems here. A friend of mine moved here a few months prior and felt that things could be better only after I had made the decision to move into the apartment community was that expressed to me. I have added the pictures to better explain and give a visual of my current situation. This is one of many incidents that have taken place since I moved into the apartment community. Just to briefly give a summary of my experience upon moving in I was never walked through my apartment I was literally handed the keys and a folder with paperwork. I had to ask for them to send me the link to pay my rent for the first time because it was never explained. Well it was never sent and they also added a late fee although I had asked an hour before the late fee was added. That's the first situation and I've experienced multiple. A water incident back in July, multiple maintenance situations, my guest was harassed and held up at the gate by a resident and the management condoned it right in front of me and made an excuse even, a break in occurred in November and my glass was broken out of the back patio door and it took them over a week to fix it. I am here now, yet again another water incident which resulted in the ceiling falling down along with gallons of water onto myself and my dog in the wee hours of the morning. The pictures posted are real time pictures of the state of my apartment for 11 days after the water incident occurred on 12/10/18. Not one time did the management ask was I ok nor had they even attempted to come over to check the state of my apartment which was uninhabitable. They told me I'd have to go through my insurance company again for the 3rd time and I have still not been handled appropriately, the company's attorney even attempted to treat me inappropriately and talk to me very aggressively. Empathy is clearly not the company's strong point and they seem to struggle handling things in a timely manner. I have been told they don't know who the properties insurance company is, which is what the property manager told me. The attorneys have yet to comply with me the property manager told me they are dealing with a very big case. I asked to speak with the owners and the property manager told me (even after I expressed this situation has yet to be resolved or really talked through after almost a month) that I should keep in mind it is a holiday week and not everyone is in the office. This has been the most mentally, physically and spiritually draining occurrence that has transpired in my life to date and between me having to be mishandled almost on a daily through my correspondence with the management. I have experienced a decline in everything in my life from this situation, my professional/financial , academic, and just my mental/physical health. Even when I've expressed this in my several attempts to settle this matter, I feel the property manager thinks it's a joke because she constantly chuckles, giggles and I suppose she attempting to make me smile throughout the process of dealing with such a chaotic situation but I have yet to find any humor or reason to smile at any point since this all transpired, as I have truly been trying to maintain composure and keep my mind off of it all to keep from breaking. I am exhausted at this point and wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. All I ask is for those seeking an apartment community to consider checking into the reviews and truly making sure you are informed. To management or a word of advice to the owners get new management staff or promote the assistant property manager because she's much more proactive and handles things accordingly. It's truly disheartening and I feel like I'm in a bad dream but typing this makes me realize it's my reality. The pictures show how the maintenance moved around and broke my very expensive antique/ retro hand painted Italian furniture, how the third party restoration company used my dishes and left urine on my toilet seat and just left my home in disarray. P.S. They haven't prorated my rent, never asked me to move into another unit until the work was done and I almost had to beg them to clean it after they were done destroying my personal belongings.

You don't feel like your moving into another dingy apartment. The staff is flexible, and they sincerely want to make you happy (definitely not the case with most other apts). Fire alarm issue mentioned in other reviews seems resolved and they worked hard to fix it. The maintenance is the best - extremely prompt and thorough. The property has dealt well with any security concerns. There haven't been any issues in some time. On the Westside, this apartment has the best location as well as staff and apt units/amenities. The other folks living here are nice/courteous. Lots of young professionals. Tips: Consider noise when choosing your unit. Being right next to the train or huff rd can be noisy. We're on the courtyard and have no problem with noise The lower floors' parking levels can get crowded. If you're on 3/4 especially you may have to go higher up to park.

I requested for the flooring to be attended to and for the walls to be retouched before moving in and she made sure to get everything done. Yes this is an older building but the new management team has been focused on giving everything a facelift. Atlanta had a major power outage recently that knocked out the elevator power and within minutes the management team communicated and had the maintenance team servicing the elevators. This building is centrally located and you're able to walk to all restaurants and shopping places from the building. I love it here and will be here for a while as long as this team stays in place. Then we ask about a credit for the TWO trash valets we are paying (personal and community) you are told this fee is built into your rent so they will "see" what they can do. Pretty sad but I will say this is what you are met with when nobody lives on site but the maintenance guys. It's not the women in the office homes that look like this, so it does not matter to them. So when you are seeing this building being price lower than the others in the area please believe you are going to pay the price one way or another. Also after all the fees they have added under this new name because it was Arium prior you are basically paying the same as everyone in the area.

On top of that I've dealt with a faulty heater during the coldest week in Atlanta in December that they didn't fix for over a week, then a broken AC unit that took them 2 days to fix (and only because I went to the office and had to demand to talk to the manager). Trash is left out in the halls and smells terrible. I've contacted them about this as well and never heard anything back.
