I have only been here twice but that's more than enough to leave a lasting negative impression. The first was when I was six years old and I needed a cavity filled. the dentist numbed me up and started working but I still felt everything and started crying. they kept going instead of helping The second time was in highschool. I needed two molars removed because they were abscessed. the same thing happened where, despite being "numbed", I still felt everything happening. I got overwhelmed and started screaming. Instead of stopping and helping me calm down, the assistant told me to "shut up" because I was "scaring the other patients". The dentist then BROKE one of the teeth he was removing and i almost choked on a piece of it. I don't care if it's conveniently placed. This office is a nightmare and it the reason I can't go to the dentist anymore. I wish I was exaggerating. read more

I highly recommend anyone and everyone who is leaving reviews on here to leave them on the BBB. As of now this facility has an A+ rating and that is absolutely unacceptable. I visited on 3/27 as a new patient for a routine cleaning and X-rays. After explaining that I had a receding gum line causing sensitivity, the dentist's "exam" consisted of him literally hitting my teeth with a metal instrument. When I said it didn't hurt, he dismissed my concerns entirely without further investigation. The "cleaning" was even worse. He spent less than five minutes aggressively scrubbing my teeth, completely ignoring my visible pain and his own assistant's warnings about my sensitivity on my bottom teeth. He continued a personal conversation with his staff while water and drool ran down my neck. There was no scaling/scraping, no flossing, and no polishing--none of the standard care you'd expect from a professional cleaning. I was in and out in 15 minutes and charged $210 for an incomplete, painful, and dismissive service. I will never return and strongly suggest looking elsewhere. read more

I had a 11:00 am appointment this morning and I arrived on time. When I walked in, I noticed the small waiting room was packed with people. One of the receptionists told me to have a seat. About five minutes later a young man walked and I overheard him say to the receptionist that he had an appointment at 11:00 am. How is it possible for two persons to have appointments exactly at the same time?! I sat and waited. And waited. And waited. People kept coming and going. After 40 minutes of waiting, I became disgusted and walked out of the place. This office is ineptly and unprofessionally manged. It looks more like a factory with an assembly line rather than a decent, professional dentist's office. Beware. read more

So I went there because I had to get four root canals and he didn't numb me right so it hurt really bad I told him it hurt and he said it was because I was Nervous so after I told him more then five times he finally numbed me more than when I got my temporary crown he did a terrible job then I went back after two weeks to get my permeant crown he was very rough he would pull my head to turn it and he had blood on his clothes so he had to change because I told him he can't do my teeth until he gets a clean shirt on they didn't listen if you had pain and if you needed them to stop drilling because it was hurting i don't recommend unless you want to be treated think trash and they didn't match the color to my teeth for my crowns so my teeth look yellow because there is white white teeth on my front teeth read more

Having never been here before I thought I'd see if they were better then American Mobile in my area. Well the ladies and receptionist were very polite and I even got to meet their feline mascot, Charlie(I think that was his name)which was the only highlight of my visit because as far as the dentist he was just quick and ready to pull a tooth or two, but when I asked a bunch of questions, he acted very irritated as if I was wasting his time so when he asked so no teeth getting pulled, I said "not today" he vanished into the next room and I politely said to the ladies, "well that was kinda rude if ya ask me." Needless to say that's all that they will be seeing me there, because in my opinion your dentist has to have more of a personality then one like a piece of stale bread. I highly suggest you don't go here he barely listens to your concerns and doesn't listen to whats bothering you and only considers what he thinks is the problem. He extracted one of my teeth and left a piece of tooth still in the extraction and when I went back to get it removed he didn't numb the area he just pulled the tooth and he messed up my gums. The assistance we're really great and super friendly and helpful but him on the other hand is 100% not trust worthy. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone very disappointed. read more

Strongly recommend you find any other dentist besides this one. My fiancée had a root canal and they are very rough and didn't seem like he even knew where to put Novocain. After two doses she was still in pain during the procedure and didn't listen to her whimpers of pain or even stop to ask if she was okay. After she gets her temporary crown not even 3 hours later it was loose he didn't cement it strong enough or even check to see if it was good before he left. So we had to go back to get it fixed. There are obviously black spots on my remaining teeth , but I don't have cavities? Really? Had a tooth extracted last week and they were very rough. All I could feel was them pulling and the dentist pushed on my mouth. It was an emergency and they were the only ones who could pull it same day but a week later the pain is in my jaw my ear and nothing will help it go away. read more

Dr. Singh's staff was great. Office was clean. I was able to get in very quickly after making the appointment. I'm new to the area so I was looking for a new dentist. This was the worst dentist visit I've ever had. The dentist cleaned my teeth. Normally a hygienist would do the cleaning. Dr. Singh was so rough on me. I was very scared. He cleaned my teeth in about 10 minutes and didn't floss my teeth. Usually when at the dentist you get your teeth cleaned with the pick type instrument then brushed then flossed. He very roughly used a power washer type thing as he scraped my teeth. It was uncomfortable. I also needed my front tooth checked (it is a crown) as was told by another dentist to keep an eye on it. He said there was nothing wrong with it. I've had swelling in my gum above that tooth since I went to him. I finally was able to get to another dentist today. They took x-rays and I was told that the crown is broken!! How did Dr. Singh not see that?? I will never go back to him again. read more

I went in because I had 1 cavity in one of my molars and they told me that basically all of my teeth were dead despite them being visibly perfect and white with no visible issues at all, ended up getting all of my molars extracted, all of my front teeth given root canals and crowns, and every single crown fell out within the span of 3 months, went back to get them put back on and they fell out again that same day.. they literally destroyed my mouth and now I have to use cement from the pharmacy multiple times every week so that my front teeth stay attached, and I know they did it on purpose for the money because they wouldn't let me keep my teeth because it was a "safety hazard" which is not true, they straight up lied to me probably because if I had saw my teeth I would have known they did not need to be pulled. This man should be put in prison, he scammed me out of my teeth and self confidence so that he could rob my insurance company for every penny. Not to mention the extractions were so traumatizing I have nightmares from it, possibly even PTSD as I am terrified of the dentist now to the point I can't go anymore. The dentist here is evil. DO NOT go here, go anywhere else, a third world dentist would give better care and have more knowledge and skill than this fraud scam artist. My naivete and blind trust allowed this man to rob me of my confidence and now I look like a homeless person when I smile. Don't allow this man to ruin your life as he did mine. Went here a few times. Went for a cleaning and they were very rough and made me feel awkward. I had told them I had two chipped teeth that needed to be fixed. They told me I needed 3 fillings and a root canal. I went in for the fillings and it went fine. They told me they wanted me to come back another time for the root canal. My fillings ended up feeling really weird in my mouth and I will probably have to get them replaced eventually. I was on the fence about them because they were rough and pulled on my jaw. I'm now going to try to find a different dentist because I believe that they lied to me about needing a root canal and that 3rd filling. Not to be trusted. read more

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist. Teeth cleaned and out the door before the cash register stopped ringing. No interest or concern for patient. Didn't even see the Dentist's face, As a new patient, didn't ask me questions or even look in my mouth prior to cleaning. Sat behind me and VERY quickly and roughly cleaned my teeth (couldn't tell it had been done when finished) and walked out of the room. If I could leave zero stars I would. At my first visit here the 2 girls at the reception desk were not friendly. They weren't mean, but definitely didn't go out of the way to make a new patient feel comfortable and welcomed. When the dentist came in, he was also very unwelcoming. He was about to leave after a very short conversation, when the assistant said I was there for a cleaning. The dentist stayed and did the cleaning which he must have set a record for the fastest cleaning ever! Because he was clearly in a rush, he cut my gums, and it was the worst cleaning i have ever had in my life and I knew then I would never go back. I would not recommend this dentist. read more

Personally, these seem like nice folks but professionally they are the pits. I didn't realize this until I had gone to them for a few years and the crowns they put in started falling out. They were very casual about it all, as though this is a regular occurrence for them. I now have 2 holes in my mouth due to them (they screwed it up so badly that my new dentist can't put in new crowns, I would need expensive implants) plus one very expensive implant in a front tooth that I couldn't ignore. I went to a new, wonderful, dentist in Ithaca and he said he gets a fair amount of work fixing up all the mistakes these guys make. When my daughter graduated college and got medical coverage she had her first dental checkup in years and was told that she had been given (by them) very shoddy dental work some of which would have to be redone eventually. In short, HORRIBLE dental work. Avoid these guys like the plague. read more
