I was so excited to get my teeth fixed up, I was pregnant during covid and was unable to get dental care and lost a couple of fillings which turned into required root canals and crowns. I went to the dentist and they said we're going to fix you. they scheduled me for my procedure, I didn't receive any instructions or printouts. I didn't know what was happening. I didn't know what to expect. while I was in the dental chair, the dentist asked the assistant. if she made sure that the insurance approved everything, he then asked her if she was sure that they approved a tooth that didn't need a route canal for a crown and he kind of chuckled.. The dentist completely numbed my mouth before they got the imprint for the crowns, they were pretty much doing root canals and crowns on probably 2/3 of my mouth. including my front teeth. after he was done with the dental work he went to put the temporaries on and they wouldn't fit. I asked him specifically. is this going to cause issues with the teeth wearing down and the crowns fitting properly and he said no no no don't worry about it. so a couple of weeks go by, after literally suffering to death with the healing process, I go to go in for my appointment for my crowns and they called me the day before and told me their crown machine was broken and that the parts would be in on Monday, this was a Friday. a Friday. they scheduled me for Monday, I called on Monday to make sure that everything was going to be ready and they said I'm glad that you called because the crown machine is still broken. we did get the part. so this went on for several weeks with these temporaries on half of the teeth that required temporaries. finally they let me know that they had my crowns. so I went in for my appointment and they showed them to me and I was like they're gigantic. I have small teeth, my mother has small teeth. my aunts have small teeth. so the dentist goes to put the crowns in my mouth and they won't fit because they're too big. he was able to fit some of them in the top right side of my mouth, but the other ones he had already put the cement in to put them in my mouth and they wouldn't fit, so he sent in the technician that makes the teeth I guess. and the technician was complaining about how he had already put the cement in the crowns and he couldn't fix it. so here I have this dental technician drilling on my regular teeth. trying to make the crowns fit in my mouth when the teeth were just way too big. The ones that the dentists was able to fit in were painful because they were too tight. so I went home with a couple of the crowns in my mouth that I needed, I expected to come back in and give the rest of the crowns put on but they again would not fit a couple of weeks later. and then again I came in for another appointment and they wouldn't fit yet again. One of the crowns that he was able to fit on was so tight that over this period of time the tooth slowly pushed forward to the point where it snapped off the metal post. The dentist did not try to fix this and I ended up having this tooth removed and it was not a bad tooth. so removing it was very painful and required extra healing time and I still have a huge divot in the gums above where the tooth was removed. I ended up with a partial, the partial did not fit. I messaged them and they promised me that they were going to fix the problem and fix the teeth and I went in and yet again they didn't fit properly. they were able to get them in finally, and then that same week three of them fell out. The next week. two more fell out. I called them. I told them that the crowns were falling out and I wasn't eating sticky stuff and I was following directions that I had found online on how to be cautious with your crowns. The dentist fixed the one front tooth that the crown had fallen off of and I asked about the other crowns which there were five of them at this point that I did not have in my mouth and the dentist said we are fixing this tooth. after he finally got the front tooth placed back in my mouth, the dental assistant asked me if I wanted to schedule a cleaning, nothing about the crowns that were still missing out of my mouth. they also left open my dental records on their computer while they left the room and I saw that they lied about what I had said and what had occurred. do not trust these people. Very awful, rude and disrespectful. Doesn't care to explain what he's doing and does horrible work. Destroys teeth. Left two teeth leaking, according to my new dentist. He ruined two out of two teeth he worked on... Stay away from this office if you care about your teeth!! read more

I was a customer at this location for many years. Initially when I started to visit, the experience was generally pleasant and I was well taken care of with the exception of 2 of the visits that I was attended by 2 different doctors that were new faces to me and they did not provided a service that one expects or at least or as good as Dr. Singh. One of the benefits of going to this office was that they had longer hours and worked at least 1/2 day or so on weekends. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. After a while I became just a number, or at least that is how I felt. They used to take care off your follow-up appointments and billing and also they called to remind you of your appointments, but for some reason they have not bother with me anymore. Receptionists are great and that is about it. 12 teeth pulled in April half with Novicaine and half without. Dentures from day 1 have NEVER fit and was told by the dentist that he would remake them if I see an Oral Surgeon and have the bones scraped. Went back to have dentures remade to be told that I have to wait 8 more months before my insurance will cover a new set of dentures but they would put a liner in to try make the thick oversized plate/teeth fit into a mouth they never fit in before. Dentist is out of the country for another month before my insurance can be credited for the dentures I returned to the office and refused. Dramatic Experience with this office from day 1. Dentures were thick, went too far back that they hit the hinge of my jaw, teeth were too big for my face and looked unnatural. read more

Dr singh has been great and done careful procedures for me but he's only working a couple days a week now. I saw his new partner who's been there a few months, i think her name was shonteral. She caused a hassle and I'm surprised she can be a dentist without knowing ny prescribing law. Running back and forth to the pharmacy where she told me to go immediately and my prescription would be ready, but it wasn't because of the following things: called in leaving bits of a prescription on the phone for them but it's not something that she's allowed to call in in the state, and then the office told me she is not able to send prescriptions to them electronically or cannot write them out because she doesn't have credentials, but she kept giving me pieces of paper to bring over with the other dentist's name that she signed and the pharmacist asked me if I was sure I was seeing a dentist because none of this was normal and basic prescribing. Even i knew that this isn't how prescriptions should look. She had no clue what she was doing, barely introduced who she was to me even though she was taking over my care, and I never got my medication even though I was in pain because she had no way of prescribing it legally. I don't understand how someone can practice like this. My advice is to make sure you see the owner and make sure your appointment is with him only. read more

I just got off the phone with your billing staff about a bill that I was unfamiliar with. I am very disappointed to say that it was the rudest phone call I have ever had with someone in my entire life. I tried explaining to her what had happened on January 29th, 2021, during my appointment and she would not let me speak. She would cut me off trying to brush off what I was saying. She then called my insurance company to ask them, and they told her that I don't have dental insurance, but at the time of my appointment I was told that I had coverage which is why I even went to your office in the first place. Your billing staff then proceeded to call me a liar and said that I just did not want to pay your office. She was telling me she didn't care about what I had to say and that "I was lying through my teeth" and that "I was not welcomed there ever again". I have never been more offended in my entire life until today. I am emailing you guys about this because I would never go to an appointment if I knew I did not have coverage or if I was not aware of it at the time of the appointment. I hope this never happens to anyone else. I have never had to write a review to anyone about something like this. I really hope you guys find someone better to assist your patients with billing. read more

NEVER EVER AGAIN! They are unprofessional and schedule way too many patients at one time. The dentists are too busy to ever tell you what you need or what they are going to do.
