Both sides of the tracks have ticket machines which is great because I cannot stand when I have to haul a$$ and make it over to the other side when im rushing with only minutes to spare before the train comes. Location has a great view, clean for the most part and has restaurants nearby to grab a drink or food when waiting for a train.

I had a terrible experience with this cab company last week…read more I was just discharged from the HVHC emergency room. Hospital personnel called a taxi for me. They asked if I had cash on me. Would they not have picked me up if i didn't? When I got in the cab, the driver took the $20 fare immediately. When I told him where I was going (home), he said he had to go pick up another fare that was clearly more than several miles in the opposite direction of my home. The hospital is a quick 10 min ride along Rt 202 to my house. I asked the driver if he could please take me home 1st. It didnt make sense to drive so far out of the way to pick up someone else and then drive me home. Keep in mind this was 2:30 am and I had spent several hours in the ER. Needless to say I was not feeling well. I explained this to the driver who then called his dispatcher named Joe. Joe, in an abrupt tone, told me that "This is a cab; not a private limo service." I pleaded with the driver and reminded him that I was a 53 yr old woman who lived in this area for 17 yrs and raised my son here. I was not going to "stiff" him of his fair. Over the radio again came JOe's voice: "Tell her she can take another cab company" With that , the driver started to back up to drop me off at the entrance of the ER. I continued to plead with him. I was finally able to convince him to please take me home. He then called his dispatcher again to tell him the news! Needless to say, Joe was not happy. He said ok reluctantly , and felt the need to remind me that his cab was not a private limo service. Where has the sense of common decency gone! I havent taken a cab is many years. What happened to the days when you paid a cab driver the fare when he reached your destination; not as soon as you got in. I was certainly never asked on the phone if I had cash on my. Did these people realize what they were asking.? I was lucky to have my purse with me at all. Did they really think that while I was being wheeled out of my home on a gurney by EMS workers, that I though to stop and check that I had money in my wallet? That's why it's called an EMERGENGY room!! How could they treat a fellow human being in need like this? Threaten to drop me back at the hospital because he would lose out on another $30 fare if he took me first? (He never lost the fare because he picked them up after he took me home) I was treated like a common "dirt bag" that was not going to pay, and then they had no compassion (or common sense) that I really needed to go home first. A short 10 min ride was not going to take them out of their way. I was afraid the whole time that I would end up back in the ER as I was beginning to get heart palpitations. I would never want to use this Bynum/Yorktown taxi again! Nor would I recommend it to anyone!

The flight was 45 minutes early, but the driver had checked the flights and already knew this. He actually called me while I was still on the plane to let me know he would be there and where to meet him. It took us a little while to get through immigration/customs etc and when we came out the arrivals entrance he was waiting. The car was a brand new Lincoln and very comfortable and clean. The driver was courteous and took the quickest way back to Dobbs. Overall a hassle free experience and I will definitely use them again.
