the mta metro north /north white plains train station is ok especially if you miss the previous…read morestation which is white plains and the station you should exit but the 30 minute walk back to downtown white plains aint that bad and its very scenic and quiet. the station itself has been updated a few years ago and its a easy walk to exit via the stairs, elevator or escalators. most express trains going into grand central start at the north white plains station which means i will get a seat toward manhattan. overall a nice simple metro north station but next time i will get off the correct one .

I mean it isn't Sesame Street, its a parking garage office, but Oscar the Grouch DEFINITELY works there...well, perhaps "work" is too strong of a word, but Oscar definitely answers the phone and makes you feel like a jerk before hanging up on you. I've seen this tactic before! An employee puts twice as much effort into avoiding the work than the work would actually require, just to avoid doing the work. Its actually quite a skill, one that can only be honed by decades of civil service. Btw, the question was simply to find out if there was open daily commuter parking (or if it was permit only), and if daily parking was available - what the daily rates were?

They said no problem the driver would monitor our flight. The driver calls me twice to tell me he's at terminal while we're still in the air. I tell him that I will call him when we come out, twice. He's there in a RAV 4 that barely takes our luggage and has me in the (very uncomfortable) front seat after he moves his junk onto our luggage. He said that his office never told him how many of us so it wasn't his fault but it wasn't my fault either (LOL!). Will NEVER call them again. Suggest you don't either!

Anyway, I've used Arrow 1 for my airport pick ups and transfers in NJ and NY. They're friendly and professional. Even with airplane delays, they are right on time; and waiting at the airport. He actually called me while I was still on the plane to let me know he would be there and where to meet him. It took us a little while to get through immigration/customs etc and when we came out the arrivals entrance he was waiting. The car was a brand new Lincoln and very comfortable and clean. The driver was courteous and took the quickest way back to Dobbs. Overall a hassle free experience and I will definitely use them again.
