Stopped there today (6-18-18). We are currently shopping for a quartz counter top. Told by Kelly…read morethat they cannot sell us a counter top unless we buy a floor. Sort of like you can't buy a car until you first purchase a truck from the dealer. Explained that this is an insurance job and we wanted to do counter first and then the floor (solid wood). Both purchases to be finalized in the next week or two. The two jobs would have been 20-25 thousand dollars total. She said that's not how they do business. Customer must purchase the floor first. Ignorance and greed at it's very best. Apparently they are making oodles of money and don't want to do anything outside of their business model. The profit from our purchase would go a long way to paying expenses when times get slow. We did go to another retailer. Purchased and arranged for counter top. Scheduled visit from the estimator for a local well regarded hardwood floor retailer. Floorology is not a place where I would ever go to spend a dime. Watch for their "Store Closing Sale" Thomas M.

They did say they would pay the second contractor to fix but they give me the run around on them paying that.​
