I couldn't understand her. Kept saying no. Sat in my own blood the rest of the duration. Arguments broke out in front small kids. They said if I needed surgery there was no General Surgeon on premises and that they would have to transport me elsewhere. Thought it was my appendix so they just left me in lobby with no one to check on me for 7 hours. Horrible!

I went in with a severe issue all they did was give me fluids and Dr couldn't care less told me to follow up with my Dr next week. with the issue I was having I literally would have died. two days later I ended up needing help I was rapidly getting worse so I went to Baylor Scott ER the Dr was so concerned with my labs actually sat with me talked it through. I got the BEST care and they figured out my issue. Providence ER is just sad and complete waste of time and money. Ive been a few times over the years as I have a weak body, each time they have not helped me at all. Please just go to Baylor Scott and White ER.

Believed my chain of command who accused me of malingering despite constantly coming in for the same symptoms and ended up having to be hospitalized bc of their negligence. I will be filing a tort against CRDAMC. If I were to ever be in life threatening situation and my only option was to go to Darnall, I'd just rather die where I'm at then be transported to Darnall. The rooms are clean and they not only wash hands between patients but they also sanitize with sanitizer. It is a policy of theirs. I had a situation with no masks being used at a facility so I just searched on the internet and found an email / name of the second in charge. I let him know what was happening and this changed the next day (I had another appointment there). I like their policy to be your own advocate so if something in your gut is telling you something speak up! I kept fighting for my pain issues and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. That was 18 years ago. I still kept getting pain, and I found out I had a rare immune disorder. My doctor fought for me and I absolutely will always be thankful.

Some patients do not have access to employee plans and rely on Marketplace plans. Baylor Scott and White has decided to make a political based business decision based on recent Medicaid changes, while eliminating individual marketplace plans. For patients, we work to build our medical care teams within the BSW system, only now to be told our continuity of care matters not. Interestingly, the media is the one that has announced the end of these plans, yet the system has yet to inform the plan holders. I am sure that they will further change clinic and hospital insurance policy to not accept outside insurance plans. Sad to see a community care system which sends the message to the community "we want to care for you, but only if you are not on a marketplace plan or Medicaid". I used to be a proud customer/patient/client of Baylor, Scott and White but they have demonstrated a few times now, they care not about patients not Medicaid or marketplace associated.

All calls must be returned the same day unless specified otherwise the the patient. Second, in this political climate, don't employ Chinese nationals or dual citizen Chinese in the SURGERY DEPARTMENT! If you can't speak intelligible English, you can't work in a Texas hospital.
