Nice folks. Small town feel. They seem to really care. Most of the docs used to work for Scott and White.

The receptionist said no X-ray no appointment. WTF? Is Dr. Sinha that bad of a doctor he must have an X-ray? I explained I couldn't have an X-ray because I had previously been burned by an mri. The receptionist had zero fucks to give. merely needed to ask questions and get a physical exam I said. I knew my problems. She wouldn't listen. Just said "I'll cancel the appointment then. " This bitch didn't even ask me if I had records! I wasn't given any opportunity to send them! You people are nothing but bad salesmen. You use pressure tactics and when that doesn't work you refuse service. Fuck your bad business tactics. I hope you go bankrupt. Don't go to Dr.Sinha because his shit secretaries will deny you an appointment if you don't buy the X-ray product even if it means that you will suffer radiation sickness from previous burns. Dr. Sinha's office does not care if you get injured in the process or get sick or die from getting an X-ray.

Thank God my mother and cousins took me from that horrible hospital and took me to Baylor! When I arrived they rushed out and I received excellent service. Went in for emergency surgery right away and I am now alive to tell my story! Providence traumatized me and I definitely plan to pursue legal action. I hope everyone make a better decision to not go to this hospital. LINDA you should be ashamed of yourself.

I went in with a severe issue all they did was give me fluids and Dr couldn't care less told me to follow up with my Dr next week. with the issue I was having I literally would have died. two days later I ended up needing help I was rapidly getting worse so I went to Baylor Scott ER the Dr was so concerned with my labs actually sat with me talked it through. I got the BEST care and they figured out my issue. Providence ER is just sad and complete waste of time and money. Ive been a few times over the years as I have a weak body, each time they have not helped me at all. Please just go to Baylor Scott and White ER.

I was in so much paint due my cappella dislocated, so I want to get attention ASAP, it was a big mistake from many all related to this place, it seems like Baylor owns only the building, but all the doctors, medical tech, and administrative personal are outsourced, I got like three different bills from companies I haven't heard of course out of network, so I have to paid out of pocket despite the fact that I asked the person at the from desk if all services were covered by my insurance, which they replied: "yes", what a rip off, I can believe this is a hospital, my insurance was charged with $2500 for the ER plus $ 700 for the doctor and on top I get $518 for an exam. Next time I'll go across 35 a real médical center Huguley Hospital, I updating my reviews because they look into my case analyzed the facts and corrected the problem, I do appreciate that and I'm satisfied with the resolution.

Baylor Scott & White is a lot like the faucets on a cheap kitchen sink: HOT and COLD, with no…read morewarning and apparently no adult supervising the plumbing. When they're hot, they're magnificent. I have received what I would call the gold standard of medical care there--competent, compassionate people doing difficult work exceptionally well. Five stars. No hesitation. And then the handle swings the other direction. My latest adventure began with a broken bone that would benefit from the quaint old medical practice known as treatment. I drove in for an appointment Baylor Scott & White had scheduled, only to be informed that the doctor they scheduled me with doesn't do hands. Excellent. Apparently somewhere in the machinery of modern medicine, I had failed to verify that the specialist selected by the hospital was, in fact, a specialist capable of treating the body part attached to my arm. So I was sent home to await a call from the on-call doctor so I could be rescheduled. Five hours later: silence. I can only assume the orthopedic emergency command center suffered a catastrophic communications failure--or somebody's tee time came up. The final accounting: an 80-mile round trip and roughly four hours burned out of the finite supply of life allotted to me, all to discover that the doctor I had been sent to was the wrong doctor. Then we arrive at the grievance process, where the comedy becomes almost artistic. The Patient Rights material cheerfully encourages patients to file grievances with the "clinical manager." Wonderful. Who is the clinical manager? Apparently this is classified information. The person is not identified anywhere I can find. Then there is Patient Advocacy, a department that appears to function less like an advocacy office and more like an astronomical black hole: complaints enter, light bends, time stops, and nothing ever comes back out. I have some experience with this phenomenon. I'm still waiting for a meaningful response to complaints I raised roughly three months ago. At this point, I'm not sure whether they're investigating them or aging them in oak barrels. And that is the maddening thing about Baylor Scott & White. Parts of this enormous medical machine are superb. You encounter nurses, doctors, technicians, and staff who leave you genuinely grateful such people chose medicine. They are skilled, kind, attentive, and worth every one of those five stars. Then, without warning, you wander through another door and find yourself trapped in a bureaucratic fever dream where appointments lead to doctors who don't treat your injury, nobody seems responsible for anything, and "patient advocacy" has all the responsiveness of a mailbox painted onto a brick wall. So how do I rate Baylor Scott & White? That's easy. Five stars when they're hot. One star when they're cold. And God help you if you turn the faucet expecting one and get the other.
