If only I could give a rating of 0. My vehicle was taken to Corzav's Collision due to grille and headlight damage. Corzav's replaced my driver headlight and a grille that does not fit. The fitment of the grille is so off that there is a gap between the grille and hood. I had a conversation with Ricky ( not sure if he is the lead auto repair technician ) explaining my dissatisfaction with the work . Ricky stated the grille is a aftermarket part , that the insurance wouldn't pay for an oem part. The issue I have with that is Corzav's Never reached out to the insurance company to let them know the grille didn't fit , nor did Corzav's request a payment adjustment to look for another grille. The owner of Corzav's Cory reached out to me and said he would do what he could to find a OEM grille to give him 2-3 weeks that he (Cory ) wanted me to be a satisfied customer. It's been over a month and Cory has only responded to one text I sent to him that he (Cory) had been out of the country and would call me later that day when he returned. Cory has not contacted me.All I want is for my truck to be fixed to a standard that is acceptable. Corzav's has a written warranty guarantee that parts or materials used are of first quality and this is not true. I will never use or refer anyone to Corzav's. I am a extremely dissatisfied customer. Went in to just replace ONE tire. Waited 2 hours...my reciept even has the wrong car make/model on it (i drive a honda, not a fucking dodge). I think the tech assumed i was getting the work done for free, that's why he took his time. He was apologetic, but i missed work cause this 30 min job took 2 hours. Never coming back! read more

I had the opportunity to have my 2017 Camaro repaired at Corzav's. The atmosphere from the time I walked in was pleasant. The receptionist is extremely pleasant and was able to assist me right away. John and Josh assisted me by reviewing my repair, explaining exactly what was to be done step by step with professionalism. After my repair was completed I received a picture showing the work was completed on my vehicle. I could not tell where the original damage was, the paint job was beautiful! I obtained some body damage on my car so I went here. They repaired my car it looked great. I am driving on the hwy a couple months later and a side panel flies off. [Updated review in next paragraph] Super not impressed so far. As of today, they have had my car for over a month, and keep promising to have it back to me, and have blown every one of those deadlines. I first brought it in to have the door and quarterpanel repaired after an unfortunate encounter with a concrete pillar, and chose this shop based on positive reviews I'd read elsewhere. I was promised updates every few days, and for the first few days, that was true, but ever since then I have had to call them to find out when my car will be ready, then again after each promised date came and went with no call. When it was finally done, I wasn't able to pick it up right away because I was out of town, then when I got back, oops, seems it had been damaged again while in their lot, so they have to keep it for a few more days to fix *that*. That was over two weeks ago, and I have been promised it three different times, and still don't have my damn car back. Edited to add: Just a couple hours after I posted this, I finally got a call saying that my car was ready. And to give credit where it's due, my car looks great. I'm still annoyed, however, at the multiple delays and lack of communication--I was told after the fact that their paint shop was backed up, and something something their computer system, but they really could have done a much better job of keeping me informed of what was going on. I'm very willing to be understanding about delays when people are up front with me. I'm really displeased that I had to call them so many times to get updates, and was given incorrect date estimates so many times. They do good work, but really need to step up their communication, both internally and with customers. read more

The ceiling of my house fell into my 2010 For Edge after storm damage. Nationwide insurance referred me to Corzavs Collision. I knew nothing about them. As soon as I rolled in for my appointment, John the new manager took control of everything. He handled all the details, kept in touch with me through the whole process personally and by automated updates.
