Taking your car to a body shop is never fun. I was not looking forward to having my car repaired…read more I'll admit that it was a little rocky in the beginning. My car sat there for, let's say an extended period of time without any communication. I called and spoke to a Manger to inquire what the problem was. The Manager was very apologetic, and let me know that there was a back up die to the number of cars and parts being on back order. Which was not unreasonable. I let the Manager know that I just needed to be communicated with. From that point forward it was smooth sailing. I want to call "Brett Matthews" put by name because he went so far above and beyond with his customer service. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest to deal with at times, but Brett never once lost his cool or made me feel like I was bothering him. I had a flat tire with the loaner car the day I was to pick up my own vehicle. Brett actually brought my car to me in ALPHARETTA!! He drove against traffic, at 5 o'clock from LITHONIA to make sure I had my car. Not only did he bring my car to me, he brought it back with a full tank??!! WTF, I was blown away! When he initially said he would bring the car to me, he said that he would UBER back to the office. That was NOT going to happen. One good turn deserves another. It was my pleasure to ride with him back to the dealership. Nalley Collision is lucky to have someone like Brett on their staff. You did a great job and I'm grateful for the kindness!! Aside from the dents my car came back looking worse than before I took it to this business. They do not have qualified techs to work on your vehicle. I have provided pictures that will show the incompetence of the employees there. 1 Example ...repaired dents in the roof and did not put molding on properly. Also pictures will show bumpers and below damage now that was not on the car when I dropped it off ( part of jagged edge fender sticking out ). I don't have unkept ( raggedy) cars but this business has done just that. It looks as though someone there was taking parts off that did not need work on ....maybe they was taking off what they needed and threw the outside parts back on as if no one would ever notice. Also they will keep your car a very long time. I suppose so they will have time to take parts off your car and put BS back on. On top of all this had the nerve to paint over all this mess they made. Also they broke my ignition key while the car was there and ruined my shifter. My car had no problem shifting from park to reverse, drive, and neutral before I brought it to New Image Collision but when I came to pick my car up with a tow truck Issac told me Ray the owner had left before I got there and for me not to put the car in park or it will get stuck in park. They gave my car a new image alright....a new image of junk. Stay Away if you don't want these criminals taking parts off your car. This so called business is a sham for some shady things they are doing.

It was awesome…read more The staff was knowledgeable about inspections for salvage titled vehicles, and surety bonds. $100 for the inspection, and they saved us big bucks by going over our paperwork with us and showing us that we didn't actually need the surety (title) bond after all! Department of Revenue accepted our paperwork, and we are now very happy. :) Great place!
