She offered hand sanitizer to me and also put some on herself at the beginning of the visit. I appreciate that cleanliness factor! 2. She is very attentive! As the game plan is discussed, she asks for your opinion and what your current brow routine is before she proceeds. 3. I requested she remove all the baby hairs/peach fuzz underneath my brows. My last brow artist didn't do a great job and I had to tweeze them at home. It's hard to spot them since I have very fine Asian hair, but Gita did an excellent and thorough job cleaning that area. She also uses different threads, some sharper than others which I found interesting. I appreciate her taking the time to measure and mark my brows to ensure good symmetry. 4. I have never been the one to add on services (especially when people try to upsell...), but I had such a pleasant experience and my brow area was so smooth that I requested my lips to be done if there was enough time before her next client. She immediately threaded that area for me. A little painful, though not her fault because I've never had threading done on my upper lip before.
