Me and my sister went in yesterday around 4 pm. It was completely empty and keep in mind we have been coming here for years since 2018 but never again. They messed up our eyebrows so bad. Mind you it was both the ladies that work there. I'm leaving this comment because they were so unprofessional. The only 2 ladies that do eyebrows there did each of our eyebrows. They were both arguing about a customer or something cause they kept speaking in their language and constantly raising their voices, while doing our eyebrows. When the lady showed me my eyebrows she left a cut with the scissors in between my eyebrows. There is currently a bald spot because of the scissors in between my eyebrow! The other lady messed up my sisters eyebrows and made one look thicker than the other. Why don't people understand what clean up is! I paid 20 dollars for both of us, but how embarrassing. I chose this place via yelp thinking that they must do a great job at threading eyebrows if their business name touts it as being "perfect." But it sure was not. I told the threading lady that I'm wary of threading saloons because the last one I went to cut me multiple times (I've included a yelp review of that place - OC Threading Saloon). So she had fair warning that I do NOT want to be cut. So many issues. First, she doesn't know how to shape eyebrows. I grew out my eyebrows since that horrendous threading experience where I got cut and wanted to try out another threading place that would not cut me. While at first she didn't cut me, there was absolutely no shape. As I told her I wanted it more angled, she straight up cut a chunk into my eyebrow like Charlie Puth's eyebrow. Wtf. I had to teach her how to shape it, which segues into my otherconcern. Second, she cut me. UGH. I explicitly told her not to cut me but she did. I've lost hope in threading saloons. This has never happened to me except the past two times. Find me a good threading saloon that will NOT cut you and you have a loyal customer. read more

Disclaimer: This is my first time getting my brows threaded I had a fine experience here, I walked in and put my name on the wait list while two others were getting done. The women finished and pointed to the chair and I walked over. She didn't speak much at all but she showed me that I had to hold my skin tight for her (cause I didn't know I had to). I've honestly always been afraid of getting my brows threaded because I was afraid of someone messing up and making them too thin, BUT that did not happen here. I've been on the hunt for a good local eyebrow spot. I can't believe this spot has been here for so long without even knowing. It's hidden in a strip mall behind the Salt & Pepper restaurant next to the Metro PCS store. The store is very clean and they have plenty of seating for you to wait comfortably after you've signed in. They offer several services other than threading eyebrows. You really can't be $6.99 for eyebrow threading. The lady was super nice and did a good job. I had my eyebrows and upper lip done for $10, because why not? Wanted to look tip-top for the weekend. This place may be intimidating at first when you call and walk in but they make sure you remember your appointment by calling you the day before and in the morning of your appointment. You have to make an appointment for lash extensions. The lady doing the lash extensions was very efficient, quick and friendly. My lashes look so nice, full and natural. She was so good that she finished putting the lashes within an hour and 15 mins and I didn't feel any pain. Will continue to come here! Plus, the price can not be beat! The price is great and everytime I've gone, there was never a wait. I only get eyebrow threading and I know that it can be pretty painful but man, everytime I leave, I feel like I got beaten up. One lady threaded so fast that she nicked my skin and I had these bleeding pores. It usually hurt for about 3 or 4 days after. Don't remember experience that before at other places but I thought maybe I forgot what it's like to get eyebrows threaded.
