She wanted me to fill out a bridal form first and I honestly couldn't locate it on the site she had sent to me. When I sent her a message letting her know I couldn't find the form and if we could talk on the phone instead so we can resolve the issue I was having. Instead of kindly helping me out, she called me a "scammer" and blocked me. I cried because I'm close to my wedding time and I had been chasing this hairstylist for a while now. And she really hurt my feelings by called me something I'm not. Please see her message for proof. And don't go to her for ur wedding hair, she's not a good hearted person, she's not professional! She's snotty, and extremely rude. She's also very slow at responding to you & if you ask her for her number she ignores you. I couldn't even reply back to her because she just blocked me all cuz I couldn't find her bridal stupid form. Why couldn't she just email it to me? She said I'm scamming her but I filled out some sort of form to reserve her because I received an email letting me know gala will get back to me. Anyway after she blocked me from her Instagram, she also cancelled me. See proof below.

This was a chill and relaxing environment and will be going back in the future for my next tattoo. She gave me an estimate of about 4 hours and it ended up being exactly accurate. Throughout the whole appointment everyone in the parlor was friendly and had a good upbeat vibe. Boonzie did a wonderful job and I will be going back.

Let me just start off by saying, I truly would not recommend this place to somebody who is getting…read moretheir first tattoo and i am saddened to have to leave this kind of review. I went in on October 6th, 2022 for what was originally supposed to be a quote on finishing my hand piece. There was an obvious miscommunication because he (Levi, the intern) came out with a stencil after chatting for a bit about what i wanted. The miscommunication was my fault, i should've been more clear but i figured since i was there and he made the stencil already i was just going to go forward with it. I should add, nobody told me he was an intern nor were the other people there supervising what he was doing. I would've gladly allowed him to tattoo me if he had some guidance from another artist. First red flag, when he came out with the stencils i asked for them to be smaller sparkles. His reply after a long pause was "i can make it a little smaller but i don't want to make them any smaller since they'll be on your finger." I was already having really high anxiety about getting my finger tatted because of how much more painful it'd be and he was NOT making it any better with how he was talking to me and not being accommodating to what i wanted to be tatted on my body. i truly should have left after that but i thought i was reading the situation wrong so again, i continued. Second red flag, when he was showing me the stencils i asked how much it would be for the three sparkles and his response was "i don't know." He sounded really uncertain and confused about a lot of things throughout this whole session. He told me when i first entered the shop that the shop minimum was $100 which i was totally ok with, I just wanted confirmation so there was no confusion. I asked him a few times and his response was always "i don't know" until he finally made up his mind and decided to just price them at $100. Like i said, it was fine. Third red flag, when i explained to him i was having high anxiety about my finger being tatted and i didn't want to lay down (they have beds, not chairs for the clients.) i asked if i can stand while he placed the stencils, he gave me an uncomfortable reaction and said "..ok". All pervious artists have been very accommodating about this, by the way. i felt very anxious so we both decided the finger wouldn't be a good idea, so we stuck to my hand. Fourth red flag, when we were going to start he had the tattoo machine VERY loud. Even i knew that wasn't normal. One of the other artists from the back instructed him to the correct rhythm. sirens were going OFF in my head because i knew then that he definitely wasn't an experienced artist. Fifth red flag, he spent 40ish minutes on THREE sparkles. He wasn't lubricating my tattoo often enough so it felt horrible. He had an EXTREMELY heavy hand. He went over the same sparkles more than 10 times. The pain was unlike any of my other tattoos. I am fortunate enough to have had better experiences with other tattoo artists so i KNEW it wasn't right. He kept saying "almost done" and would keep going. My tattoos were so irritated for the next two days. The top three tattoos on my hand are from a different artist. They were done less than 24hrs before the bottom two that Levi did. The top ones healed within a week like normal (for my fine lined tattoos). The bottom ones are still trying to heal after two weeks. Not to mention they have bumps and inconsistent lines. It's shameful that the other artists in the building allowed him to tattoo without some kind of guidance. This review isn't so much on my tattoo because i know finer tattoos need touch ups, but it's on the artist.

My Micro bladed brows are a dream come true thanks to Lauren! I wake up everyday with perfect natural looking brows saves so much time in the morning! Lauren has been doing make up since we were teenagers and was always known for creating the perfect brow so when she decided to get certified in microblading I knew if I was going to get them done by anyone it would be her! She was the best in her class! (Not surprised) and her work proves it! She shapes the brow to your personal face shape and so every clients brows are different and match accordingly which I love! She is patient and will take the time before hand to draw and shape them to your liking! Then you are numbed and she gets to work. It only took about an hour and the healing process was very fast! read more

Lauren's work is unbelievable!! My eyebrows died after many years of abuse, and she breathed life back into them! Before my appt, we discussed my desire for shape and color to recreate full brows. At my appt, she measured and marked until she found the perfect shape for my face. Before beginning each step of the process, Lauren explained what she was doing and what to expect. She really listened and put me at ease when I had questions. As an artist myself, I enjoyed watching her take time for her creative process. She really knew her stuff! Can't recommend her enough! My experience with Lauren was amazing! I dance in Latin ballroom competitions so as a result need make up that will last all day and through all kinds of sweating! She did my make up PERFECTLY! I barely had to touch up through all the dancing rigors and it turned out even better than I had hoped! She is a true professional and REALLY listens to what you want! I have had a hate/hate relationship with my eyebrows and mutilated them, like so many did in the 90's. One of the reasons I had Lauren do my micro blading, was because she is such a talented make-up artist who knows what look best with your face shape and still follow the natural brow. She uses new equipment every time and provides after care supplies. She's knowledgeable and is in constant communication with you during the process! I don't trust anyone else. read more

OMG no reviews? Well I have a good one! Someone recommended this place and I went. Other places I…read morecalled wanted me to provide a credit card to "hold" reservation. This place did not. Yay! I went in person to make my appointment because I wasn't sure which procedure to use: Powder, Microblade, or Tattoo. She recommended Powder for me. So made my appointment. Also, I have chemical sensitivity so I opted out of the numbing cream. She told me others have done it without the numbing cream. In case you wonder, this is what it felt like. During the procedure, it felt like someone lightly scrubbing your skin with a steel wool pad. But I was able to tolerate it. The after is slightly worse, it feels like a light sun burn. But I tolerated it and by the time I got home it wasn't stinging any more. She did say tattoo and microblading were slightly more painful if you don't use numbing cream. I normally don't give 5 stars cuz nobody is perfect but considering that I opted out of the numbing agent and she was as gentle as possible she deserves the 5 stars. I highly recommend this place. And if you want to do as I did and go without numbing agent, well I described it for you, so you decide what you need.
