I walked in not expecting to be seen right away, and was blown away by the immediate assistance. Was such a great spa pedicure, and the staff were so friendly. And I was shocked at how affordable they are! Much less than others in town. She even did very detailed painting on my big toes for the holiday, and barely charged me for it. From the outside this place looks run down; I was a skeptical in coming in. But I decided to come in instead of judging it. I got gel pedicure is 40 according to the price board. As I sat on the "massage chairs" it only vibrated and I asked if it worked a young lady said "it did but the chair doesn't have a roller it just vibrated" I enjoy going to the nail salon for the massage chair but this place wasn't it for the simple reason it didn't give massages. The nasty part was that foot scrubber was brown of how many times they've used it. The tech did a fabulous job with my gel manicure. She was meticulously making sure my nails were appropriately prepped and that the gel wasn't touching any skin. My manicure lasted over two weeks and I work with my hands and constant hand sanitizer. read more

I wish I could say it was a good experience but it wasn't. I went a little while ago for an event and I asked for French tip coffin nails and the photo shows what I got and that was after I tried filing the edges to be less rectangle.Two of the nails stuck upward really bad in the end. I spoke up to the lady who was doing my nails and said again early on that I wanted coffin and she looked at me like I was dumb and said that they are coffin. She also did not talk to me at all besides that. She talked to who I was there with but wouldn't speak to me. She also was on the phone most of the time that she was doing my nails. One of the other ladies that works here does a good job with gel nails so if you want gel I'd recommend this but if you want acrylics, steer clear. read more

So disappointed!! I made an appointment after reading the Yelp reviews and seeing that it got 4.5 stars. I had to wait to be seated, then once in the pedicure chair the water was so hot I couldn't even put my feet in. I had to wait 20 min for the tech to finish with someone else (did I mention that I had an appointment?) She roughly scraped my gel polish off with a metal tool, cut up my big toes while trimming the cuticles and the tech didn't even touch my dry heels, which is the whole reason I get a pedi in the first place. Today my nail Beds are red and bleeding. The nail polish is bumpy, uneven and all over my skin. Worst pedicure I have ever had. I'm going to have to go to another salon just to get this one fixed. And the real kicker? I had to hold the tech's baby during my entire service! read more

I enjoy going into this place. Yes I am a guy, but started getting manicures because of my work (and accountant said I could) doing hands on Chinese Medicine. This place has always been good to me and to the others they were serving. Just recently they they did a very nice remodel. Looks even better and will be able to serve additional clients. Soon they will need to hire more associates. I will enjoy watching them grow into their success. Of course I only get manicures for myself and other family members. Including my grandson. Speaking Vietnamese does help create a stronger bond and friendship. Went there for a full set of acrylics. Manicurist was pretty nice, not very talkative but nice enough. The price was really good for a full set with gel. I'm only giving it 2 stars because the nails ended up extremely thick. Almost like those bubble nail trends, it looks cartoonish. And she WRECKED my cuticles. Every nail bed has hang nails and at least 3 nails on each hand was bleeding by the time I left. I actually have blood embedded in the top coat of the gel. It looks nice from afar but I would not recommend if you want to save your hands. read more

The outside looks like a dive but the daughters of the owner speak great English and they are all great at what they do and that's what's most important to me! My mother (84 yrs old) has her nails and pedicure done here, or use to. This last month she became ill and had to cancel 2 appts . We ended up admitting her to the hospital with what turned out to be Covid/Pneumonia. When she was finally released back home my mother attempted to make a a long over due nail appt., rather than ask how she was feeling, the owner scolded her like a bad child and told her she would have to call 2 days prior to her appt to confirm as she had cancelled her previous appts (I cancelled those appts and told them it was due to her being ill), my mother felt so badly she offered to pay if she had to cancel again (Forever Nails, we're cancelling for good this time!). Had she have kept those appts she may have infected the nail artists and clients getting services done those days! Needless to say we will be finding a more compassionate nail salon, one who "cares" about their clients. Shame on you Forever Nails! read more

I initially went here because this was the best reviewed place in the area and I'm not from here. I'm not super picky about my nails and overall they did a good job painting my nails. I am giving 3 stars because I asked for a pedicure and a shellac manicure and got a very rushed pedicure and a gel polish change- no massage, lotion or cuticle cutting. The pedicure chairs are vibration massage chairs I liked them but just in case you're looking for something different for your back. The salon was clean and prices weren't bad, I was charged $40, but I have experienced better service wise. Overall I would try them again. read more

I love this place! The ladies are very friendly and are easy to make conversation with. There is a 6 month old baby who hangs out at the salon so if you don't enjoy children you might not enjoy the expierence; however, I LOVE kids so he was very entertaining. We got there about 30 minutes before our appointment only to find the exterior light off and the place completely dark and locked up. Really? Take a reservation and then close your doors? I planned on making an appointment with another place but last minute decided to come here. The place is very clean and they are friendly. There is only 2 ladies so I would make an appointment in advance. They did a very good job. And she even showed me two different colors on my toes because I couldn't decide.
