I found all the staff to be amazing. Everyone has been so attentive and kind, from the receptionists who greeted me at my appointments (I had the facial and Botox on separate days) and over the phone, to the aesthetician who did my facial, and the woman who did my injections. I am terrible with names, apologies. The facial was relaxing and the woman was extremely kind and attentive. I then got my 11 lines done and the result was amazing! It was just the refresh I needed after a long battle w cancer just as I turned 40, resulting in my worry lines more pronounced. I told my hubby I wanted my crows feet done as well there, and he bought me 25 units more for Christmas, which I was advised I would need for that area, and also another facial. I can't wait to see the results, as I've never had that area done before! I'm not sure why some people had bad experiences in their reviews, but it was not my experience at all. I found everyone to be amazing and attentive to me. They were easy to get ahold of and my appointments scheduled within 1-2 weeks from my call. Photo of 11 lines done, 25 units, crows feet not yet done. Facial and 3 weeks use of skin products bought (which are pricy, but there's a sort of sampler box for less so you can see which items you think are worth buying full size). Also bought full size retinol skin brightener not included in sample box.

The first time I came I got a microdermabrasion, and the second time I got 30 units of botox, the extra 5 of which came to an extra $64.95 ($12.99/unit). I am very pleased with the botox results and would gladly come back for more. The microdermabrasion was fine, but I don't know if I'd buy it again. It might be because I exfoliate my face both physically and chemically on the regular, that I didn't really notice a difference. The service was friendly and the office was very clean and organized.

Only after paying was I told they would inject half a syringe into my smile lines and discard the rest, even though I paid a significant amount for it. This felt wasteful, unclear, and not client-focused. I also learned that they don't inject in several facial areas I had originally asked about, which was never mentioned up front. Overall, the experience felt rushed, sales-driven, and not transparent. I ended up walking out without getting the treatment at all. Pleasantly surprised :) Nice, small, humble office operated by a husband and wife duo. The wife…read moredoes the phone, paperwork, and front desk (and I believe she is also the Laser Tech). The husband does the injections. I purchased a Groupon for 20 units at around $9/unit, which is an AMAZING deal. The husband showed me the actual Botox bottle and explained to me where on my face he will inject. He was kind enough to provide general tips for the next 24 hours. Within 2 days, the Botox kicked in and my "11" was gone. I am not new to Botox, so I knew what to expect. I am VERY HAPPY with the result. I was happy enough to book my future appt. 4 months out. Their normal price is $13/unit which is so much more reasonable than $16-25/unit at those other fancy places that is injecting the same thing anyways. Another plus is that they were never "pushy sales people" at all. I asked about their lasers and both were very helpful. I decided to buy a small size package. My only thing is that they are very busy because of the Groupon offering so their availability is not until weeks or months later. It would be wise to book in advance. Another feedback is their phone system. I called during lunch hours (because I was on break) and it went to VM (which is fine) but VM was full and I was unable to leave a message. I was slightly annoyed but I understand it's not possible to answer the phone every single time. But maybe clean out your VM so clients can leave a nice message :)

If you're questioning it, it's definitely worth a try. If there is anything you're unhappy with (which is unlikely), she will fix you up at no charge. She is super accommodating and I think because of it, can sometimes run a bit behind so just an FYI when booking your appointment, let the staff know if you have a time crunch. She has a way of making each client feel super special, and doesn't do just what she thinks will look best, but listens to what you're asking for and makes honest recommendations. I'm not sure where those bad reviews came from years back, but my guess might be an old employee when she was growing and possibly understaffed? Not sure since I've gotten all of the things done there and have never left unhappy. She has opened another location in Easton too. You can see from my results below - she does fantastic work and I couldn't recommend her more. And for anyone that is hesitant to get their lips done - she is the absolute best... she will give you lips that don't look duck lips, but are full and natural looking for your face... The esthetician was very kind but working alone and perhaps that's why I felt neglected spending more time alone in the room listening to others than actually receiving treatment but I left feeling like my skin was cleaner.

It was not very instructive. I thought it was because I had a groupon and some places gives you a feeling that you are not getting their full service or would treat you differently because you have a groupon. But i was happy with Maureen , she apologized about the inconvenience with the phone calls . And she did not make me feel like i was treated anyless than other customers who paid full price. i would giev her full stars but because of the phone issue i took one out. Most importantly she was very genuine , sweet, professional, experienced,and made my experience very comfortable. She was very informative about the procedures. I recommend her to anyone who would liketo do any aesthetic service at the place.

The procedure was minimally uncomfortable, and she gave very clear follow up instructions. I called to explain to them after two weeks that I didn't see any results from my first visit. They had me come back in & it was a waste of my time because all they were trying to do is up sell me more units. I've never had this issue. Joan is rude and unprofessional, she pretty much said she didn't care when I told her I would never come back. This explains why this place is always empty. Do your research before booking an appt here. I personally do not recommend it!
