I went there for my appointment that THEY scheduled for me two weeks prior and no one was there and the doors was locked. I called the number and got a VM. I even confirmed twice via the automated text with a "Y" I would be there, with one of the automated text received a hour before the Appt which I said Y to. I understand things come up, but they could of left a note on the door as well as called me to reschedule. So now I am out of $25 for parking because they couldn't do basic customer service. The good: very clean and staff attentive and super friendly. Always started on time and they answered all my questions. Easy booking and very flexible if you needed to cancel or rearrange the schedule. Not so good: I did Emscuplt and it didn't absolutely nothing. I've done cool sculpt before to amazing results (not here, elsewhere). I did ensculpt on the stomach. it's been 3 months. My stomach is actually worse. And I'm not any stronger in my stomach. Complete waste of money. And the procedure HURTS on the stomach. It's extremely uncomfortable. Also don't bother with a consult. The woman had me fill out forms, ask what body procedure I would want, and handed me a brochure. That's it. The consult was a total waste of time. Just book the procedure if you want. read more

Had cool sculpt treatment in early September. Went back twice for follow up where they took photos of the results. My tech was not there during my last update in December. I told them that I saw absolutely no difference since the treatment. I left thinking someone would follow up but, despite three emails requesting before and after photos, I have had no response. While I agree with the other reviewers that the facility is very nice and Gabriella and Sarah were both very professional during the procedure, unfortunately it didn't work for me. I actually gained 5 pounds after the procedure, my pants are to ghter and this is the fattest and heaviest I've been in 9 years! When I mentioned it to them during me 2 month follow up I got a form response saying the have noticed results and we'd see more during my 4 month review. This office was very professional. I was always interested in Cool Sculpting and the manager was very thorough when explaining it all to me and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable going forward with the treatment, which was surprisingly painless. I had mine done with Gabriella. She definitely made sure that I was comfortable and felt ok throughout the whole treatment. I would definitely recommend getting this done here. I had it done on 10/7/2017 so it's been exact three months, and sadly, there's no difference shown at all. I'm 5'1 tall and weight 95 pounds, I'm a vegetarian and I do some planking and squats for ten minutes everyday - not a lot but I do it everyday. My only trouble area is my abdomen. I chose to do four small applicators around that area and it cost $2700. I continued my vegetarian diet and exercise after I had it done, I also increased my water intake to at least ten glasses a day since the fat cells were supposed to be peed out. I don't usually give negative reviews even it's a bad experience, but this is too pricy to not to say something. Maybe it works for some people but just not me, and it doesn't look like there's a way of compensation whatsoever. read more

Don't get this coolsculpting done. It does not work, in fact it made my double chin bigger! I lost a bunch of weight afterwards to make sure this wasn't the issue and it is still noticeably larger. They refunded me b/c of this but I wish I never got it done in the first place, huge mistake and very upsetting! read more

Just tried the new EMSculpt treatment for the first time!! Super excited there's a non invasive treatment to tone and lift my butt! I got the recommended package of four treatments, each around 30 minutes long. To my surprise it was painless.. sort of felt like a massage! My Nov 6 update added further down from my original comments: My initial comments posted in summer- Gabriella made the overall experience a very positive one. I had 14 areas done and it was a lot in one day. The issue I have is that one of the systems stopped working twice. This impacted my results. Gabriella contacted Sarah immediately when this happened. Unfortunately the suction was not as strong on the machine that stopped working. They kept on trying to fix it made some changes but it did not feel 100%. I mentioned this to Gabriella during the session. She contacted Sarah. And Gabriella tried her best. So this is not a reflection on either of them. Both of these women are assets to this organization. It was because of Sarah's approach and the selling point that cool sculpting had two machines one for each side used simultaneously to cut the time of the procedures in half, are why I decided to go with this outfit. However the results are beginning to show and areas on my left side waist and back areas where they used the machine that had stopped working, are noticeably different. I spent about $7500 on this cool sculpting and did do with the understanding that both systems would work 100% of the time. As a result I did not receive 100% of what I paid for and will be requesting that they do over the areas on both sides that were impacted by this. I will let you know if the owner is committed to customer satisfaction and does this and will post another review when I have an update to share. Sept 10 update: I have lost .5" around my hips. I do not see much change to my inner thighs yet and due to one of the machines not working like the other one did (it stopped working and the suction was not as strong when Gabriella did get it to work. But the machine kept shutting off.). So its look differently on one side of my body which is my concern. When I spoke with Sarah after my first posting she told me that I need to wait until 4 months after the service, in my case until Nov 4, to see the full results. Sarah ensured me that her organization would endure my satisfaction and due to the equipment issues during my day long procedures a redo would be done after 4 months to those impacted areas as I requested. I am monitoring my progress and will post another update in November....Nov 6 update: I met with Gabriella and Sarah for my follow up appointment today and both welcomed me with open arms and wanted to ensure my 100% satisfaction. Gabriella took my pictures again. There were some noticeable differences within the four months. And in the four sections which did not show as much a difference Sarah offered a redo at no charge and took care of the situation as she said that she would. Gabriella performed the services and did an excellent job. You can tell that both truly care about their customers. They added a quiet Dysan fan to the room. This way when there are two machines working simultaneously, the fan adds extra coolness and prevents the machines from overheating. I had12 sections done in one day the first time and that is a lot and caused the machine to over heat. Sarah took care of me today as she indicated she would upon my return. She is a woman of her word which is priceless. I am very pleased with Sarah's and Gabriella's commitment to excellence and highly recommend both and this Cool Sculpting location.
