Came here with my husband and toddler on a whim and we were seriously impressed! Firstly, I personally really like that it wasn't just plushies. As a person who is not really into stuffed animals, I appreciated that they had lots of little knick knacks and actual toys (think fidget toys, Pokémon cards, sensory toys, etc). Plushies are nice too but by the time the kiddo gets home, he often forgets about them. Secondly, the owner and employee were both super kind! The owner was very generous. Whenever she saw that we were having trouble, she would open up the machine to give us a few free tries again and again. Basically until we got something HAHA! I want to update my review because our experience was completely different this time around. From the moment we walked into Cosmic Cat Claw Arcade, Krista greeted us warmly. The service had definitely improved, and it made a huge difference in our overall experience. We also had the opportunity to interact with manager Gladys, who was equally friendly and welcoming. We noticed that many of the machines had more premium prizes this time, including Labubus and NeeDohs, which was exciting to see. Krista even took the time to fluff some of the plushies in the machines to give our girls a better chance and generously offered a few free plays as well. Overall, we left much happier with our experience and truly appreciated the positive changes that had been made. Thank you to Krista and Gladys for the wonderful customer service, and thank you to the owner, Yolanda, for creating a place that clearly values listening to customer feedback and improving the guest experience. Long overdue for Cosmic Cat! The owner and staff are super friendly and we have enjoyed our visits. This is the best place to visit if you are trying to win blind boxes from the claw machines! On my last visit, I was able to win 2 blind boxes and several plushies with $50 worth of tokens! Claw machine games range in prices depending on the prizes, typically 1 token for most plushies and 3-5 tokens for blind boxes If you need help with winning prizes, you can ask staff to help reposition prizes. They also have a trade in program where you can save up your plushies to win bigger prizes. The only downside is the location is a bit out of the way from where I normally stay in Vegas, but it's definitely worth the visit if you're in the area. read more

I brought my son here because he really wanted a NeeDoh. We spent around $80 and only ended up winning 5 plushies and 1 NeeDoh. The claw machines were very frustrating--the claw picked up the NeeDoh several times, but every time it moved or hit the top, it would drop it. Unfortunately, we also didn't have enough plushies to trade in for one of the NeeDohs behind the counter. He was really hoping to get the Teenie Fuzzball 4-Pack, Super NeeDoh, or the Nice Sicle, but they didn't have either one available. He left feeling really disappointed. We would probably come back again if the claw machines felt a little more fair and if they had more NeeDoh options available, especially the Teenie Fuzzball 4-Pack, Super NeeDoh, and the Nice Sicle. The place has a lot of potential, and we'd love to give it another try in the future. read more

Came here over the weekend with my crew after tea. My youngest loves claw challenges. This is definitely will be our go to place next time were in Vegas. My girls walked away with at least 2 things each and my youngest also got a unicorn watch. The 2 guys working were nice and helpful, and offered to reposition items to make it a little easier for smaller hands (that aren't that great at coordination) just trying to win a toy. They also allowed us to trade in items for a different color or plushy inside the machine. One of them also explained that they have a sister that owns a tea bus business on the strip , and we had just come from a tea party so it will be on our list to do next time. Trust me stay away from China Town claw places , I feel like its robbery. The machine claws are flimsy , they flop around and your toy falls out of the claws grip . We will be coming back to this location , in the next couple of months ! read more

Came here and surprised my daughter especially because Needoh's are hard to find and I needed one for her Easter basket. We played some of the claw games and the guy who was working was so thoughtful. Arranged the machine and gave my daughter chances of winning stuffed animals. We didn't win enough stuffed animals to trade in but we purchased a Needoh for my daughter which made her night. The workers so super nice and literally pays attention to their customers! They charge 50 for 60 tokens and all of the machines are rigged, the claws work 1/10 times. the worker moves objects to make them seem more attainable for kids but in reality is just teasing them. After spending 50$ we walked out with 2 small stuffys and then the worker had the audacity to ask us if we were going to buy more. Claw world is 1000x better read more

I love how they have popular characters and not always just random plushies.hello kitty, bluey, Pokémon and squish mallows and super Mario to say a few. Not to mention labubus and popmart! I only spend $10, but always walk away with at least 2 prizes. Staff is nice and friendly. They offer to reposition if you are having a hard time. There's a trade in options also.
