The girlfriend and I were in the mood for ice cream and decided on here as opposed to the Marble Slab which is near our house. While this location is in Spring Branch and a bit further from us, it is well worth heading here for the ice cream. You can find your typical ice cream flavors like vanilla, cookies 'n' cream, and chocolate. Where this ice cream shop stands out is the unique ice cream blends such banana pudding, strawberries 'n' cream, and carrot cake. I had the pleasure of getting scoops for all the 3 mentioned flavors thanks to their ice cream flight which gives you 4 mini scoops of whatever flavors you desire. I added the s'mores & campfire to round out my 4 flavors. The carrot cake and banana pudding are my hands-down favorites; they taste just like those decadent desserts but in creamy ice cream format. My girlfriend loved the taste of the banana pudding that she ordered it in the waffle cone and was happy as a kid in an ice cream shop. The ice cream flight is probably the best bang for your buck. Ice cream sundaes and ice cream nachos are available along with shakes and floats. Additionally, pints can be purchased to take home. I should've bought a carrot cake one cause I can't stop thinking about that flavor. They also have a featured flavor which happened to be the carrot cake when we visited. They better make that a permanent flavor cause it's straight !

What a sweet lil find! After dining out in this area, my friend and I were is search of some dessert. There were limited options. Thank goodness we found this no frills place on Yelp! There was definitely an interesting lineup of flavors when it came to their offerings. I chose the ube and honey lavender flavor. The ice cream itself was the perfect creamy texture. There was an option of adding toppings, but I prefer my ice cream plain. We happened to meet the owner, and he was genuinely nice. I hope he opens a few more locations.

While dining nearby recently, I tried Cosmic for some dessert. I ordered two scoops in a cup and went with banana pudding and campfire s'mores for the scoops. Cost was $7.50. My picture of the ice cream vanished but it was still all good. The banana pudding scoop tasted just like that and was enjoyable. I think I liked the campfire s'mores just a little better but that's just me. Both scoops were rich in flavor. This is quality ice cream!

Some of the best ice cream we've had! There are a good amount of flavors to choose from. Employees offer you samples of whichever flavors you would like to try. It is a nice and clean shop. We will be back! My favorite flavor is the peanut butter brownie ice cream!

Firstly, I'm huge on parking space was delighted to find this was in a shopping stripe with plenty of space for ample parking and large groups! There are plenty of other spots to eat out too! Nice location. Well we came in after eating out and the spot was so cute, with a farm, UFO there, which was so cute. We walked up to the counter and the staff was so sweet. They let us try a couple of flavors and they were all so good. We opted for the lavender honey and I'm so embarrassed that I did not even take a picture of the actual ice cream, but the honey lavender was very deliciously amazing! Definitely coming back to try more.

Customer service was excellent. The ice cream flavors are unique and delicious. Definitely get the Rosewater Cardamom Brownie!

Cosmic Ice Cream is out of this world - literally! From the moment you walk in, the fun, space-themed walls and decor set the tone for a truly unique treat. Their flavors are bold, creative, and always rotating, so there's something new to try every time you visit. What I also love about Cosmic Ice Cream is that they are local and mom/pop. I always prefer to visit local mom/pop businesses in my community. What sets them apart from other ice cream businesses is the quality of their ingredients and how smooth and perfectly churned the ice cream is. They also offer a dairy-free/vegan option, so there's something for everyone to enjoy! I couldn't decide what ice cream to get, so I settled for their ice cream flight, which consisted of 4 mini scoops of your choice. I picked Banana Pudding, Campfire S'mores, Cosmic Birthday Cake, and Cookie Monster. All flavors a true winner! I think my favorite was the Banana Pudding. The staff is friendly, patient, and happy to offer samples if you're torn between flavors. Whether you're stopping by after dinner or just need a pick-me-up, Cosmic Ice Cream is a sweet little adventure worth taking!

    Matcha Strawberry mini
    Salma S.

Cute place. We had: matcha strawberry, coconut, and mango You get a mini $4 (not bad) and they have a flight of ice cream which is 4 minis for $15. I guess I could sum up this experience by saying simply it was ok, if I was in the area and wanted ice cream I'll stop but it's not something I would go out of my way for.

I love ice cream and in particular peanut butter ice cream! Tried their limited edition peanut butter truffle ice cream in collaboration with Dessert Gallery and love it. I've come back twice since trying it for the first time! I also sampled a few of their other flavors and loved the unique flavors. The space itself is super clean, parking is amazing and there's tables and seating offered indoors and outdoors. Such a great spot to grab a sweet treat!

    Mary O.

I've been to this ice cream shop a handful of times. It's the perfect place to stop by after enjoying a meal at a nearby restaurant. The mini is $4. The customer service is friendly, and they let you sample the flavors. They offer a good variety of unique flavors. They are locally owned, which is a plus. Ice cream is one of my favorite treats. This place is good, but I wouldn't drive across town for it. By the way, I read their bio and one of the owners is a dietitian so maybe they have better ingredients than other places?

    Lisa H.

FLAVOR BLAST!! This is one of the few ice cream shops in my opinion that have interesting flavors that are tasty. Price wise I would say it's pretty average in comparison to other ice cream shops. They have a parking lot shared with others in the area. Pretty easy to find parking. Seating is not too bad. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor seating seems to be a tad bit limited but I usually see people order and go. Service is quick and efficient. The staff are super sweet and offer you some great suggestions. My favorite so far is the honey lavender ice cream & vanilla ice cream!

Chocolate Milk & Cookies scoop & a scoop of Salted Peanut Butter Brownie
    Daisy P.

Love the different flavors they offer! They have different flavors with rich toppings mixed in. Sweet but not too sweet. The Cookie Monster flavor is so good the cookies are so chewy and fresh even though the ice cream is frozen the cookies feel fresh. The peanut butter brownie flavor has a balance peanut butter flavor and the brownie is fudge just enough! - vanilla chocolate chip Cookie Monster (blue one) - peanut butter brownie

I mean my pocket book is probably better for it because I want to buy the whole store but honestly I've been missing out. The place is cute and welcoming from the corner sign on the building to the moment you step in- bright, inviting, great displays so you know where to go. You can't get lost in here with the signage, but you can't definitely get lost in the aisles with all the great, unique choices. The ready food display has so many Mediterranean treats, some I've had before some I've never heard of and everything I tried was amazing. We got the cabbage rolls and Armenian veggie dolmas. Great flavor, both specific items I haven't had before. Nice citrus, spiced flavor to these. I'd say they're have to try items. Not only found jarred tomato paste, which I've been on the hunt for but they had choices in this category and that's another first for me. Will have to go back and try the others. Also got the cured Serrano ham -amazing. And I thought the prices were going to be insane having a spot right in the middle of the city and nope- pleasantly surprised for my goodies, great prices even less than some of the other stores I frequent in the suburbs. I'll be back again and again and again until I try the whole store lol. Definitely give them a try, you won't regret it

I ordered "The Convention" breakfast which was "Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Breakfast Potatoes and Buttermilk Biscuits" - it came with literally 20 tiny sausage patties and biscuits total. So one tiny sausage and biscuit per person. I didn't count the bacon but it was a similarly stingy portion. No one had more than two pieces. The eggs were bland. The potatoes were actually good. But overall, it was so embarrassing to have the food show up and it be these tiny trays of hardly any food for over $400. I would have been better off ordering individual dishes for each person from a local restaurant. I thought with the high Yelp and Google reviews I saw, this would be a safe bet! I also ordered a 20 mini pastries for $3.25 each which were like pastries you get at a 7/11. At least if you are overcharging, let the food be good and not like you unwrapped pastries from a Costco haul. Worst of all was the coffee which was watered down and disgusting. Everyone threw theirs out so I just dumped it. What an utter waste of money. Also they only sent 8 cups with the coffee even though the breakfast was for 20. Stingy and bland all around. If you are catering for a small group, please save yourself the trouble and embarrassment and just order takeout from a local restaurant. I wish I took pictures of the spread but I was just too upset. All I took was the coffee which you can tell even from the picture was watery. ***The menu listed the items but didn't say only 1, 1oz piece of bacon per person - that's absolutely absurd for a normal breakfast portion. Who would cater one piece of bacon per person?

I loved the food and munched on it like a starving kitten. Pandemic hits and it severely limits my ability to go to places, but I still had the old flyer. I called the order in ahead and ordered a shrimp poboy for myself, a fish one for my husband and a chicken pasta for my mother. First things first, as its technically a catering company and due to restrictions with dine in service in Fort Bend County, I don't know if the inside will ever be meant for dining service. It seems it's meant mostly for pick up, but on the other hand restaurants are operating differently with the pandemic, so I can't say for sure. Now the food. Portions are huge. Our poboys were large enough that we split them to taste the other person's meal. I felt they were some of the best poboys, I've had. Probably the only better ones are the ones from New Orleans and that's high praise as it's New Orleans influenced dining. If you want to know, I think the fried fish poboy slightly edged out the shrimp poboy. I felt the taste of the shrimp at times got lost, whereas the fish poboy and all of the other components were balanced. However, it's such a slight difference in terms of taste, that you're not losing out if you're eating the shrimp poboy. But if you are eating with someone and they don't mind sharing, I do recommend swapping half your poboy. For my mother's meal, as a picky old lady, she was content, and that's rare. It was a lot of food, it came with vegetables and corn bread. She ate it and didn't complain. To me that's high praise. The only real "knock" as that while the bread pudding is good, I know you can get better bread pudding elsewhere. Also, as it seems to be a start up business, drink options are also limited. However, I think with time there will be more drink options/ As for the bread pudding, people are either going to agree with me or not. It's still good, but I don't think that's the highlight of this caterer/restaurant. The main dishes are what makes this place unique and I'd come here for those dishes or consider this place for events like weddings and bigger parties. The food is good enough to make everyone happy and if it's for a wedding or birthday party it's not like you'll need their dessert as wedding/birthday cakes tend to be ordered at bakeries. Definitely try it, and send me a note if you agree.

The kids create their own food trucks, starting with learning the behind the scenes of starting a food truck, such as logo design, menu design, a shopping list and then they build their own truck and cook some samplers from their menus. We have real food trucks come out for the kids to see, but this year was even better because Chef Shelby came into our culinary kitchen and gave our students and teachers an experience that they will never forget. From the start, she was very communicative and full of ideas on how she could create this experience for the kids. We provided the space and she and her team took it from there and made the rest of the magic happen. She gave a lesson to the kids about kitchen safety and how to create a menu to kick off Food Truck Camp.
