I am absolutely % happy with our experience at Cosmic Jumpers. It was easy to book and the prices are competitive with the other companies in the area. I had to contact the owner with a few questions and he was prompt to answer and respond . All of my interactions were professional and friendly. We only paid for 6 hours on the bounce house but they drop off sometimes earlier then your start time and we got to keep it a couple hours past our paid a time. So extra bonus we got a bounce house for almost a full day and only paid for 6 hours. The bounce house was clean functional and the kids had a ton of fun. We booked the obstacle bounce house for my son's 5th birthday party, and it was a huge hit with all the kids. Since the party was at a park, we needed insurance, and Cosmic Jumpers made the process easy by providing everything we needed. The snow cone machine was also a great addition--super simple to use, and it came with plenty of cups and delicious syrup flavors. Great communication! Emails were helpful reminders, Nolan called the evening before and called when he were on his way to set up and called when he were on his way to pick it up! They were also very flexible. I wasn't going to be available at the time frame they first gave me and they were very understanding and worked with my schedule. They were very fast in both set up and take down and explained things very well! We have used Cosmic Jumpers twice now and both times they were on-time and professional in all aspects of the transaction. I especially liked how there is an online payment option that makes it so much easier to pay the invoice rather than some places that only take cash. We got the large jump house with the slide on the inside and the price was fair the jumper was super clean! They even told me the next day to not worry about sweeping it out, they do all that. I rented a water slide jumper, tables and chairs from here for my daughters' birthday and it was a BIG hit!! It was so much fun even us adults got on it! We all laughed so hard. I received a call from a Cosmic Jumpers Rep the day before confirming when the jumper would be delivered the following morning. The unicorn jumper was clean, large and the entire family and neighborhood enjoyed playing in it all day. Amazing superb customer service! Had scheduled 1-8 pm time slot understanding busy times they dropped it off at 930 in the morning so my kids were able to enjoy the bounce house throughout the whole day. They came back around 9 and saw how much fun the kids were having and then proceeded to leave it for even longer and pick up the remainder of their houses elsewhere. Jump houses are clean and not dirty with holes in them. Only place I'll be going for my bounce house needs!! read more

If you've looking to rent a bounce house with insurance these are your guys. I was required by discovery park to contract a vendor with insurance if I wanted a bounce house, called park services for a list of vendors they had insurance for already and these guys were on their top 5. Let's be honest, when there is a bounce house or some other inflatable at a party everyone always has a better time. The waterslide they brought was a big hit with the kids they brought it on time set it up explained everything to me and when the party ended a little bit early they were able to come earlier and pick it up the price I really couldn't beat it because the kids had so much fun with it so the kids wouldn't get out to eat these guys are great definitely gonna be picking up some more party fun from them read more

Great communication, the price is more than reasonable and on-time, actually early which I appreciate, but again great communication and customer service. Bounce houses are always clean and well kept. I use them every year. We are the stars of our neighborhood when we rent the bounces and even added a few chairs which was so convenient. read more
