It had pieces of yuzu and peel in the drink which was also really nice and added a bit citrus flavor. Drink was so good my family kept "stealing" it from me! Banana latte was delicious, creamy with a subtle banana flavor. I liked how the banana flavor was clearly there, but it didn't overpower the coffee flavor. We also tried the non-caffeinated strawberry drink--it was a little too sweet for my taste, but my boyfriend really enjoyed it. This place is a great spot for catching up with friends or spending a relaxing morning. When we visited on a Sunday morning, a large group was using the two bigger tables, leaving only a smaller table and the bar seating available inside. With the rise of great coffees in the area, we had to add this one to the list. Coffee is great, store is stylish, and they have a great outdoor seating area. Just be warned the parking area is small, you'll need to park across in the BBQ restaurant's area. One gripe/annoyance is their digital menu...the font is a great sky blue color, but the background is white. It is literally impossible to read. They have a smaller menu that is readable, but everyone in line is crowding it so it may as well be not readable also. read more

I find myself awkwardly shuffling around to find a spot where I'm not in someone's way. The place itself though? Quaint and inviting :) Everything appears to be clean as well. QUALITY: It's definitely a cool spot if you like coffee. I'm not too big on it myself but the flavor?? Holy, it makes me wish I did enjoy coffee haha. It was decadent, with nutty/caramel undertones and sweetness pulling through the espresso. The Cappucino uses their Signature Purple blend with origination from Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala. It was sweet, with fruity and chocolatey notes coming through. Truly a delicious pull! They also roast their beans in house, and one of their roasters, Caleb, talked with us and explained their processes. He was amazing! In summary, this cafe is truly a hidden gem. I was genuinely surprised by how much I liked all of their drinks. I heard a lot of hype about Seesaw so I had high expectations and it still didn't disappoint. I had originally wanted the Madagascar vanilla cream but my brother also wanted it so I got it for him, and tried it, of course. It was so good. It tasted better than your average vanilla latte. The base wasn't sweet so the cream on top was a harmonious addition. As for the hazelnut einspänner, the Americano was not bitter nor acidic so it was a win. The hazelnut cream was rich and thick enough to stay afloat but easy enough to mix in. I would definitely come back and re-order all the drinks and try new ones. It's a beautiful space inside with a decent amount of seting, roastery, and merch. It's also a great business to support since they employ adults with developmental disabilities. I honestly don't understand the hype around this coffee shop. It was my first visit, so I asked for recommendations and was told to try the Hazelnut Einspanner since it's one of their popular drinks. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy it at all. It tasted very watered down and oddly bitter. I was told it was sweet, but I didn't find it sweet whatsoever. Even the cream topping lacked flavor and didn't add much to the drink. I also ordered the Double Matcha. As someone who loves matcha and is very picky about it, I was really disappointed. I love this great little find on my random solo day out in OC. I was so happy to find this place with great coffee, cozy vibes, and a place that all the korean aunties and uncles frequent. I ordered the double matcha which was matcha latte with matcha foam. Came on a Friday around 1pm and it wasn't too busy. I was confused on where to park. If you keep going a bit, there is a lot on the side and rear but the rear parking was more packed. Ambiance was chill. You can hear them grinding coffee beans in the back so I was rarely paying attention to the music. There are a couple wide tables and few outlets if you wanted to work here. They do have free Wi-Fi !
