The best Matcha latte I have tasted so far this year! It was the double Matcha with cold foam and only one pump of sweetener, no added flavors, whole milk. Thanks to Ivy for recommending it! This was my first time to seesaw beans and coffee in Buena Park, on my way to Knotts Berry Farm. Parking is on the street on seventh Street or behind the building. Good use of a small space with side tables and middle tables, as well as patio seating. Staff are welcoming and make your order very quickly. As I mentioned, other places make their Matcha taste like whatever the added flavor is like vanilla or Rose, with a touch of Matcha. But here, they allow Matcha to shine as the main flavor, authentic, and delicious.

Drinks 9.5/10 I went with my family and we tried the -Yuzu Matcha -Double Matcha -Banana Latte Yuzu matcha was so refreshing with the perfect amount of sweetness. It had pieces of yuzu and peel in the drink which was also really nice and added a bit citrus flavor. Drink was so good my family kept "stealing" it from me! Banana latte was delicious, creamy with a subtle banana flavor. I liked how the banana flavor was clearly there, but it didn't overpower the coffee flavor. The coffee flavor was also pretty light and over they blended together really well. The Double Matcha was creamy and sweet. This place does a good job with their drinks. Service 10/10 Cashier was very hospitable and helpful. I had a few questions about the drinks which led to a conversation about drinks and cafes. Drinks were out quickly and efficiently. Ambiance 8/10 Clean, modern, and cozy cute aesthetic. We came on a Sunday afternoon so it was a bit busy. We still got our drinks quickly though. Parking situation was good with a parking lot behind the cafe and another parking lot right across the street. Already looking forward to going back! Would love to try their Cloud Matcha next!

Okay.. I think this is my favorite cafe now Everything is sooo good And everyone is so sweet But the lattes are truly spectacular Banana latte is sweet but so good! They do a good job w a creamy banana and coffee! Reminds me of Korea. It's on the sweet side but this is def top 3! I would recommend the double matcha over strawberry matcha Iced ocean blue latte is really neat, slight notes of citrus with great espresso lingering taste after - it's good, top 3 The hazelnut einspanner is also a classic w the cream on top and espresso on the bottom I honestly LOVE the expresso taste! Like WOW, it has this great nutty aftertaste Guys I couldn't pick one so I had to order 3... That's how great it was Can't wait to come back! Thank you to the sweetest gal taking my order haha

I loved their Madagascar Vanilla Latte! It had just the right amount of sweetness, which is exactly how I like my coffee. We also tried the non-caffeinated strawberry drink--it was a little too sweet for my taste, but my boyfriend really enjoyed it. This place is a great spot for catching up with friends or spending a relaxing morning. When we visited on a Sunday morning, a large group was using the two bigger tables, leaving only a smaller table and the bar seating available inside. There's also a patio area, though it can get pretty sunny when the umbrellas aren't put up for shade. Parking is conveniently located behind the building, and there were plenty of spaces available. Service was quick and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back!

With the rise of great coffees in the area, we had to add this one to the list. Coffee is great, store is stylish, and they have a great outdoor seating area. Just be warned the parking area is small, you'll need to park across in the BBQ restaurant's area. One gripe/annoyance is their digital menu...the font is a great sky blue color, but the background is white. It is literally impossible to read. They have a smaller menu that is readable, but everyone in line is crowding it so it may as well be not readable also.

I love this coffee shop! I love their mission and how they go about highlighting their employees. They are very intentional with the interior of the cafe, and it's evident they truly care about each other and the families of the employees as well. One of the barista's mom makes all the art that tells the story of the cafe. The sticker sheet is so cute and I love the details that go into it. I can't want to come back and try more of their menu

My husband and I got the usual and they were both awesome. Our friend tried the strawberry matcha cream latte and really enjoyed it. Til next time!

Ambiance: it's a chic coffee shop, located near the freeway, they have a private parking lot in the rear, which is partially converted to a outside patio, small room inside although full of aroma of roasted coffee beans Service: super friendly and patient with questions. It's touching to see their employee quotes on the wall, and I like their support of the disabled community Drink: variety of choices of classic and creative drinks Iced Ocean Blue - **** balanced taste and refreshing, recommend Spanish Latte - **** sweet, and creamy espresso-based latte, recommend Price: premium quality and reasonable prices, expect about $7 for each drink

We came on a Sunday afternoon. Found easy parking in the lot directly behind the shop. I ordered a double matcha and it was oh so good! Refreshing and the perfect amount of sweet and creaminess. All the tables inside were taken but we sat at the small bar area. It was a lovely way to spend the afternoon! I will be back!

Excellent coffee and great service. I was visiting from out of town and looked up a place that had good coffee and, wow, loved Seesaw! Park in the back, if you drive here, though ;)

Honestly, great place for quality coffee PARKING: it's on beach so unfortunately you have to find a way to maneuver around the area. Thankfully Nolza (another great spot) offers a "shared" parking lot. It's a minute away at most and tucked behind the area. ENVIRONMENT: it's a tad packed inside the establishment. I find myself awkwardly shuffling around to find a spot where I'm not in someone's way. The place itself though? Quaint and inviting :) Everything appears to be clean as well. QUALITY: It's definitely a cool spot if you like coffee. I'm not too big on it myself but the flavor?? Holy, it makes me wish I did enjoy coffee haha. Definitely get an Ocean Blue if you're interested in checking the place out. The quality really is there. SERVICE: the workers are all absolutely fantastic. We've been here twice and the customer service was definitely great both times. The workers that have helped us out truly go above and beyond for us :') solid spot to check out for sure

I was in the area and decided to stop by. They had a lot of options to choose from, but I felt like keeping it simple and ordered a matcha latte. While I waited for my drink, I walked around and noticed a big shelf display of tester jars where you can pick up the glass and smell the coffee grounds. The store has a lingering smell of coffee which made the whole place feel really cozy. The space itself seems like it would be perfect for studying or just hanging out with friends. The workers prepared my order pretty quickly, and when I tried my drink, it was really good. You can clearly taste the matcha, and it isn't overpowered by the milk or sweetener. I'd definitely come back and try more things on the menu.

Really love this spot You can tell there is a lot of heart behind it and the team puts real care into what they do. Came to celebrate National Matcha Day with a double matcha. It was really good, just a bit sweet for me but still enjoyed it. Nice aroma too. The strawberry cream latte was sooo good you can actually taste real strawberry, not just syrup. Also tried the iced blue ocean latte. It was layered super pretty. Just make sure to stir it before drinking so everything mixes well. The vibe is nice and chill too. Definitely coming back!

What has made me write this review is if you place an order online they won't put the ice until after you arrive at the pick up counter. I love this due to the coffee not ending up being diluted. I've never enter a coffee shop that does this and by far enjoy that. It shows they take pride in their coffee beans. I also get the banana nut bread. By far the best bread I've ever had. Still, I decided to give this place a second chance (no angry neighbor this time), and I was glad I did! PARKING: There's street parking around the neighborhood - I parked on Almond Ave so I wasn't in front of a house. The spots right outside the shop were 30 minute only. If you can't find parking there's probably tons as you go east if you're willing to walk. WHAT I ORDERED: Pistachio cream cold brew THE DRINK: Amazing. I've had my share of acidic or bitter cold brews, and this was not one of them. The cream was perfectly sweetened and flavored . SERVICE: Exceeded my expectations. The baristas when I came in were very bubbly and answered my questions and gave me suggestions, and were funny too! I wish I got their names, but they were working on Monday early afternoon - I hope they get some recognition. We also got some samples of the food items (which may have swayed me to get the turkey panini next time I come in). Even with the experience I had above a while back ago, I remember going in to let the baristas know and they were very understanding and apologetic, which I really appreciated. VIBES: Probably one of the top coffee shops to get work done in OC. Here's my work-from-coffee-shop checklist: * OUTLETS: So many. Not at the tables downstairs but in the private rooms and at a lot of the seating upstairs. * WIFI/INTERNET: Yes, good speed * BATHROOMS: Yes, clean * WATER: You can ask for free water * VOLUME: Music was a little bit loud but not terrible * SEATING AVAILABILITY: Lotsssss of seats when I came on a Monday late morning-afternoon. Very cool that there were private rooms (which can be reserved two hours in advance if you call them), tables, bar-style seating upstairs, and most importantly, comfy couches!! * LAPTOP FRIENDLINESS: No restrictions BOTTOM LINE: I can't believe I almost missed out on this gem. I'll be back soon!

Unfortunately, this visit was one disappointment after another. We arrived at 8:30 a.m. hoping for a peaceful coffee-and-breakfast morning. Instead, we accidentally wandered into what felt like a Janis Joplin tribute concert. The music was blasting at nightclub volume--not exactly the relaxing start to the day we had in mind. But surprisingly... that wasn't even the worst part. The food was incredibly disappointing. I ordered the breakfast burrito, and the potatoes were still raw--hard enough to remind me they were once part of the ground.. My husband ordered the French toast, which looked suspiciously like it took a quick detour from Trader Joe's frozen aisle before landing on our table. There's nothing wrong with frozen French toast... unless you're charging $14 and calling it brunch. Another friend ordered the granola with berries. After a few bites, he gave it a skeptical look, pushed the bowl away, and decided breakfast simply wasn't worth the gamble. The coffee was decent , but honestly wasn't worth fighting the neighbors for a parking spot!

The location has plenty of parking and plenty of seating. There is an outdoor patio, and inside there is a first floor seating area, and a second floor seating area. The interior had high ceilings and modern practical decor. Staff will take your order at the cashier, but they also have a kiosk if you want to avoid human interaction. I was here for a few hours, so I started off with a hot beverage since I saw that they have mug service. I had the hot Churro Latte ($8.15/large) and I was warned it's a bit sweet so staff suggested that I get it less sweet. I appreciated the gesture but maybe that's why I didn't taste too much of the churro flavor. It tasted like a good regular latte but maybe they held back on the caramel and cinnamon to the point I couldn't detect it. Seating is first come first serve. It was actually really busy and difficult to find an ideal spot. Since I was alone I sat at a high top ledge, strategically near an outlet. From what I saw, they had a really good amount of outlets in the indoor seating area. Later on I went back and ordered an iced Blueberry Lavender Matcha with Cold Foam ($9.25/large) and a Deluxe Avocado Toast ($15) which comes with egg, bacon, and herb oil. I like that this location serves the avocado toast with a knife and fork cause it was much needed. It was a bit on the wet side. Maybe I should ask for light herb oil next time. For how much this avocado toast cost, I would have liked more avocado. The avocado was more of a spread, not whole slices of avocado. Still good, just an observation. The blueberry lavender matcha was okay. I could taste the lavender but it was overpowering the matcha and the blueberry was hard to detect at all. Honestly the location and plentiful seatings is what stood out most from this experience. I would consider coming back since I know their products are good from trying their other locations but I wouldn't get the drinks I ordered this time. For how expensive coming here was, I wish I was a little more satisfied.
