No one checked in on me or assured me if I was next or not. I started seeing techs work on people that came after me. Appointments or not they should at- least check up and say something. I made an appointment to get a manicure and pedicure with two of my friends and we were met with rude comments while being serviced. We all requested gel x and they were visibly annoyed and kept pushing for us to get acrylic. I understand trying to sell products but this was ruining our experience. After getting my nails done my manicurist made a rude comments stating "the way you did you nails makes them look old". I had to keep asking her to fix certain things and in all honesty I still wasn't content with my nails. They are bumpy and look more flared than a regular square shape. I paid for my service and left. In all honesty there are better salons in menifee with way better customer service and friendly staff. I do not recommend this salon. read more

Im so sad, i came here to get my graduation nails and they look nothing like the picture I showed them which was simple French tips with chrome. When I tried to get the tech to fix them, he was unable to do a simple French tips and did these thick white lines instead 3 different times. Nothing was showing up like I wanted, even after he said he could do it. I only came in here for a fill and he took 2 hours and 40 minutes for a simple design. By this point I had things to do so I couldn't stay any longer for them to fix it and get someone else as it had been sooooo long. But he literally left drops like this all throughout my nails and he did not shape them at all so I had to do so when I got home. I literally cried when I got to the car because of how ugly my nails looked and the fact that they cost so much. I had a full facial wax service, and the technician knew that she had stripped away skin from the right cheek side of my face. She still charged me for the service, and took a tip. However, when I got home, I noticed a chunk of skin stripped away from the right cheek side of my face. I guess that's why the waxing room is so dim because you can't see blemishes in the mirror because of course your face is red after a wax tx. I called as soon as I got home and asked to speak with the owner, and Kim said they were on vacation and would be back next Tuesday. I asked to speak with a manager, and Kim said they just left. Seems very convenient that no one is available to speak to me about my issue... the person on the phone, Kim, did not even ask why I needed to speak to a manager or the owner, and did not ask for my number to call me back. My guess is that they knew what customer service issue I had. And, to top it off, she waxed off part of my eyebrows that I did not want removed, so now my eyebrows are uneven. Went this morning to have a fill and pedicure. Was there forever and the paint job is horrible so went back to have my nails repainted and it's worse than before. Spent so much money and will never return. Also took my granddaughter (she is 4) back with me while I had my nails repainted and just wanted a regular polish on fingers only. She chose pink and blue. Nope, Nope, Nope!! My usual spots are closed on Sundays. My desperate self ended up here after calling while I was on the freeway to see if they take walk ins. The lady said yes but to give them about 30 min so I said 3:15? She said yes. I called at 2:43pm and had another quick stop to make so I had it all lined up. I arrived at 3:20pm and no one was at the front check in desk. They looked like they were definitely overbooked as most pedi chairs were occupied as well as all the mani stations except for one. There were a few people sitting at the front waiting, too. Everyone was busy servicing someone. Idk whose voice it was that I heard, but obviously it was one of the lady manicurists behind the desk working on someone who said, "Do you have an appointment?" I replied yes and she motioned for me to go take a seat. I didn't see who was talking to me yet I did as the voice told me (they are all masked). Ummm... okay, do I sit anywhere?! All but one of the mani stations were filled so I walk down the aisle to the only empty one and plop myself on the seat. At 3:23pm, another lady walks by and lines 3 of the pedi chair bowls in preparation for pedicures about to go down. She goes and gets the party of 3 and they all sit down. Meanwhile I'm still sitting there, looking around to see if anyone is coming my way to get started on this mani of mine. Nope. Not a soul in sight. About 7ish minutes pass and I look around again. Nothing. I then lean over to the right and kindly ask the lady giving some dude a pedi if anyone is coming to help me soon. She whispers and motions for me to ask the lady closest to the door. She was giving a mani. I walk over and ask her if I'm going to be helped soon as my appointment was at 3:15. "You have to wait few more minutes. Go pick a color." So now I not only have to wait some more, but she sent me on a mission to go look for those color samples all nail shops have. When I asked where they were, she said "They everywhere." Uhhhhh... I looked around and didn't see any, so I just sat my ass back down. After looking around again, I saw 2 of them hanging on the back wall but didn't bother getting up to get one. By this time it was almost 3:40pm and it did not look like anyone was coming to start on me anytime soon. Soooooo.... I got up, and walked tf out. Normally I'd tell you where this place is and lyk about pricing and all that but I won't bother. All I know is a gel mani is $30 but from the pics and reviews I've seen here on Yelp, I'm glad I didn't get serviced. I lost about a half hour of my life that I'll never get back. That being said, I SO DO NOT recommend this place. The workers weren't rude but I would definitely say unprofessional. Don't tell me to come at a certain time and then waste it when I get there. If you can't guesstimate how long it will be before you have a nail tech available to do a simple mani, then you could have simply turned me away. I would have appreciated that. Don't be asking for a tip! We as customers will tip you depending on the work you did. So I paid my bill which was $150 and because I didn't add tip on my card the lady asked me if I was gonna give them cash lol that's one thing I won't tolerate! You asking me when I already know i will tip you or not. She even counted the people and told me who I should tip so what I did was give them $5 each instead of $10 and I would have gave you zero for being a money hungry lady. Because of you, I'm not going back. No one is gonna pressure me into giving a tip because it's not mandatory. If I could give zero stars I would. I unfortunately came here for a pedicure that ended so horribly. A chunk of my skin was cut on my toe so bad that it kept bleeding, it would not stop bleeding so they proceeded to apply nail GLUE on my toe, the blood kept going through so they kept continuing to add more glue. They then applied cuticle oil using the brush to touch my open wound then proceeded to put the brush back into the oil for the next person to use! So unsanitary. To make it worse I end up having to go to the hospital, because I got an infection due to unsanitary tools and unnecessary cutting of skin around my nail. Please be careful of where you go I recommend staying away from here don't wish this on anyone it is extremely painful as well. read more

Went in with my daughter today for a mani pedi. After upselling me for dipped gel, the manicure ended up being cut, file, cuticles and dip. No soaking my nails, no massage. Oil at the end I had to rub in myself and slicing of the side of my finger with the edge of the file. My relaxing mani pedi was super stressful as the tech had me twist around to bring both hands to the side where she sat instead of walking around me. The whole time having conversations with each other in Vietnamese and nearly knocking my tablet into the foot bath. 5670-23-1093They tried to upsell me to callous removal. I said no so I guess my punishment was ridiculously-super-soft heel abrasion. "No cutting my cuticles" was too much for her because she asked to cut "a little." Smdh The polish was supposed to match. I got glittery cotton candy on my fingers and hot pink on my toes. When i complained she said the gel is different from the regular polish. Um... no. To appease me she added a coat of a lighter pink onto of the existing polish. No glitter. I was quoted $40 for the mani pedi. Quoted $10 for the powder. Charged $63. Don't know how the prices went up. I was pretty upset, maybe I'll go back and question it. Not wanting to waste any more time there. Very expensive for the service received. The polish are WAY closer than they were but still not matching. Not going back, recommending, if you are reading this, go somewhere else. read more

Tried this place for the first time and while the lady doing my dip was very nice they don't know how to do a true dip technique. Gone to two different places and they insist on wanting to do the last coat with gel. That is not a dip people - we pay for a dip do a dip or train your staff. 2 years I've gotten dip form another place and never did get lll was done. Gel peels off after a week on me.
