But once we got inside, everything else was a total win. The price was great too: $25 for a kid's manicure with nail polish, and it was totally worth it for all the smiles we got! Even though the spa was pretty busy, they took us right away -- no long waiting, just sign in and boom, we were in birthday nail heaven. The atmosphere is cheerful and welcoming, perfect for kids who are excited to pick their favorite colors. Our daughter loved choosing her nail polish, and the spa even lets you choose cute nail chips at the end to take home as a keepsake! And the photo wall? Absolutely adorable -- it made the birthday extra special. Our daughter felt like a superstar posing for pictures with her fresh manicure. Honestly, between the fun colors, the chips, and the photo moment, we were all laughing, smiling, and having a blast. I love to leave good reviews! I have always wanted to try this nail salon since it opened and finally found the perfect time. I took my boyfriend and daughter for pedicures, for what was suppose to be some fun quality time, since we don't get this time together often. When we walked in, the hostess wasn't very kind. No smiles and no welcome, just a "Hi, what are you here for, ok, sign in". And, literally just walks away. The space looked nice & modern. I honestly thought that we could move beyond this if the service was good. Well, unfortunately, we just kept getting let down. We were the very first customers there, as it was early, and almost felt like we were imposing, when we were THEIR guests/customers. Needless to say, multiple toes were cut from rough handling and one even bled, paint jobs were not good at all, and my daughter picked multiple colors that weren't available due to them being dried out. They even hurt her little 6 yr old toes. She comes with me to Temecula for pedicures, when we have the time, with beautiful experiences, and we have never had any issues with her. Not to further nitpick, but the music was so loud & not a relaxing mix, which was the least of our concerns. It just added to everything. So, to sum things up, I am from the tipping industry. I lived off of tips for the majority of my life, so I honestly respect tipping and understand the importance & purpose of it. Our experience from start to finish was so so bad. $95 later, which is a normal rate, I honestly felt that my normal $25 tip & sometimes more, depending on the financial month, lol, wasn't deserved. I always happily go in expecting to tip & expecting to spend. Today was not it. As I paid the tab, I unfortunately felt compelled to only tip $12 for all, which I know is super minimal. Believe me, I am fully aware. Do you know what the hostess did? She looked me straight in the face & said, "This is it for 3 people?" I couldn't believe it. I would have tipped my usual over 20% if the pedicures were at least good, without bleeding, bad energy & horrible customer service etc... But, the nerve of this woman to not only be rude from the start, but then try to call us out at the end? I'm appalled! And again, I'm truly a believer that Tips are EARNED! They are not required. I believe in tipping and tipping well. I asked for ombré nail gel manicure . The person I was scheduled did not know how to do it so she passed me on to someone else. The second person just filed off my gel and did a dry manicure and cut my finger. She's discussing with another person how much I should get charged just for her to tell me she doesn't know how to do it either. So I get passed on to a third person. He said he sort of knows how. Ended up just doing a regular gel. When paying I was getting charged $38 four manicure and $8 for cuticle cut. I had to say something for the overcharge. And got charged for a soak gel remover. Did not get any soak for my gel she drilled it off. Ended up paying $120 before tip. And at one point 4 woman that were employees were arguing. Do need recommended! read more

I went in on 03/15/26 for a gel manicure and pedicure. Pedicure temp water was really hot and had to ask to lower temp. Tried to make conversation with the nail artist by complimenting her watch and she did not respond so I kept to myself. To be charging $15 for Gel and this being the result one week after, I won't be bringing my services here anymore. Total was $93 and service felt very rushed I still tipped because I'm always going to tip regardless. Living in Temecula for several years, I had a wonderful nail technician that I absolutely loved. After moving to Menifee, I decided to look for something closer for convenience rather than continue driving to Temecula. After trying several salons, I settled on Esta on Newport Road, which is less than 10 minutes from my home. On my first visit, I was very impressed with the salon's ambiance and even more impressed by the beautiful job Fiona did on my nails. I honestly thought I had finally found my new salon and that my drives to Temecula were officially over. Unfortunately, my second visit was a completely different experience. Fiona was on vacation, so another technician did my nails. This time I ended up with a cut cuticle, which has been quite painful, and my nails honestly turned out terrible compared to my first visit -- uneven lengths, too short, crooked, and nowhere near the quality Fiona provided. I will probably continue going to the salon because of the excellent experience I had with Fiona, but moving forward, I will only schedule appointments when she is available. read more

My mother and I came in as walk-ins on a busy Saturday. The salon was packed, but the receptionist let us know the wait would be about 20 minutes for two pedicures. We decided to wait, and it ended up being closer to an hour before we were seen -- which I didn't mind, considering we didn't have an appointment. The technician who worked on my mother did a great job. She was kind, attentive, and really took her time to care for my mom's feet. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't the same. The woman who worked on me didn't seem very interested in the service. During the callus treatment, I felt a burning sensation at one point, though it faded quickly, so I didn't think much of it in the moment. Because my vision isn't the best, I couldn't really see the details of the pedicure until I got home. When I showed my husband, his first comment was, "Whoever did your nails didn't do a great job." I looked at them in better lighting and was really disappointed with the quality -- uneven polish, missed spots, and overall sloppy work. I really wanted to give this place a better rating, but ugh just a few things were not ok. The lady who did my nails was SUPER nice. However, when she filed two of my nails she was cutting me and on one of them I said ow out loud. I know mistakes happen so I wasn't upset and she was apologetic. BUT she kept going over the wound with the towel she was using and instead of filing over the wound she started nipping at it which caused my finger to gush blood. Then she sprayed alcohol and used the nail glue to close the wound site. She even placed the tip of the nail glue bottle on my wound :( I find the nails cute but it's not exactly how I wanted it to be. I showed a picture of French almond with white chrome, but she put blue chrome on me. She did ask if I like it, and it's my fault for saying yes so this is my mistake for not being truthful. The price of the nails came out to $90-$95 and yes I tipped because I just feel bad. Hopefully, they can take this review as a learning curve and be extra careful with their clients! I got dip powder (manicure) and gel pedicure. I've been here a few times, and this was the first time I felt the technicians rushed. Although the technician who did my manicure was quick, I felt she still tried to do an efficient, good job. However as for the technician (elder lady) who did my pedicure I didn't appreciate the energy she gave off. She made a comment when she first started about my toes not looking great (my toes were definitely overdue for a pedicure but the comment was unnecessary & not appreciated). When I was debating whether to do the basic or classic (more expensive), I was leaning towards doing the classic. However, I changed my mind going with basic after noticing she didn't seem to put much care / effort into the prep work for my nails, and she was very rough with using the tools. The tools kept scraping against/ on my skin. After I told her I wanted the basic, she told me my feet were dry to try to up sell me to get the classic. Again, another unappreciated comment. Her customer service interaction needs improvement. I'm still giving 4 starts since they both still did a decent / good job on my nails. read more

I have been here for about 6 visits and had about 2/6 pleasant reviews. Let me share my reasons: The 2 times I had a girl named Mia, she was great and was meticulous when it came to nail care. Her gel manicure would last for weeks and I was always satisfied with her work. I would recommend her quality work and care. However, whenever they would assign an elderly nail tech, it's often rushed work, she would file my nails and hurt my skin, and talk to her co-workers in Vietnamese whenever I flinched. It always made me uncomfortable and I spoke about it but they all just took it against me. I would have tolerated it, but when I noticed my gel manicure would chip the same week, that was the final straw. Their rushed work with low quality and same pay wasn't cutting for me. I did let the manager know about my concern with the elderly employee but I don't think they took my word into consideration. This is an honest review from someone who has tried their services multiple times and it is still an area they need to improve on. read more

I thought I'd stop by this salon on my way home to try it out. I just needed a fill, no designs, just a solid color on my nails. I walked in at 5:40 not realizing they closed at 6. They asked what I needed, I told them and they had me enter my phone number in their system to check in... Then they told me that they, and I quote, "don't want to take another customer" because they close in 20 minutes, and they sent me on my way. I'm a pretty relaxed person, but I take customer service very seriously. I was in the beauty industry for 15 years, and my clients always came first--so for me personally, if you can't be bothered to welcome a new client in, even if it means staying an extra 10-15 minutes, then you're not the place for me. There are hundreds of other nail salons in the area who'd be more than happy to gain a new client, so I'll go there. read more

Was able to walk-in for two pedicures, which is always nice. We clearly came before they got busy (10 on a Monday) they got packed quick. We both picked the ORGANIC BOMB SPA MILK & LEMON PEDICURE. I don't really know what it did for us but seemed to really just be flashy. My nail tech got up and walked away in the middle of my pedi for 5mins. Not a big deal just kills the relaxation. Then came the 15min massage.... They put a nice packet of lotion on that smells like lemons and oranges. She then squirted cuticle oil up and down my legs. I wouldn't call what she did a massage but more of a deep bony thumb rubbing. At the end she wiped the front of my legs off. I had to grab a towel to wipe my legs off fully. As soon as I put on my flip flops I was sliding in oil. I got outside in the sun and looked down to see between my toes full of the yellow lotion. Over all the pedis weren't bad, but for $85 they just weren't great. They left a lot to desire. I've had pedis with the same things for less and more enjoyable. read more

Please look at the picture my pinky nail is so different, it's straight, not curled like the rest of my nails. My right hand ring finger ... again straight nail not curled. I asked her to remove my nails underneath my acrylics, and she didn't. Shame on me for paying and walking out upset. I had a headache, it was best that I walk out. I like a very square shape how ever the nails are all lumpy not the size I asked for and definitely not the service I called in about either! It was done in 39 minutes $65.00 dollars when I asked for my nails to get fixed I got told what I wanted ! I said I would like to leave satisfied. I recently started getting my nails done again; I decided to go to Esta Nails. Everything was fine; I had a good nail tech who did my nails. She was friendly and always on time. After my second visit, I had to come back and fix three nails. No issue, it happens. Well, the first time that I went back to get a fix, I was told that they were busy and it would be an hour and a half wait. I could not wait that long; I had an appointment, and I would be late. I returned on the second day to see if someone could repair my nails, but I was told they were busy and to come back in an hour. I went to Sprouts and came back, and they were still busy. Yes, I tried ONE MORE TIME the following day. This time, they looked me up by my telephone number and told me that since I had gotten my nails done 7 days ago, they would have to charge me $5 per nail to fix them (I had three nails that needed repair from chipping). I communicated that I had been trying to get my nails fixed, but each time, they were busy. I also communicated that I had paid $60, just 7 days ago, and my nails should have still been in good shape. They said sorry, and that I would need to pay the $5 per nail. I DECLINED. Customer service is everything; the fact that my nail tech was not there the times I went back, and they were unwilling to fix it without charging me, demonstrates POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just made a nail appointment with a new nail salon that just opened closer to my home. I will only do business with companies that understand good customer service and prioritize customers over money. read more

i got a pedicure for the first time in quite awhile. it was my first time trying this place. i have a leg disease that means i can't shave and my legs swell up a lot. it bothers me, but i do my best not to be insecure about it. but, the ladies sitting around me were laughing and pointing at my legs when i rolled up my pants. they spoke in their own native language, but they were looking at my legs, pointing, and cracking up. they even waved over other women to look and laugh. i tried to ignore it and smiled and asked their names, trying to be nice, hoping that would make them stop. i then asked if they had eyebrow waxing there, and their response was to laugh and say "you should wax your legs instead." they were all snickering when i replied and said "oh, i can't. i have a leg condition." and all of their faces fell and they got realll quiet. i shouldn't have to disclose that i have a condition to be treated kindly for a service im paying for. ontop of that, they were actively hurting me on my manicure. they were doing gel builder and kept putting each finger directly under the individual UV light for 10+ seconds each. for every single nail, i was exclaiming how bad it hurt, i was red in the face and sweating in an air conditioned room. i was in genuine pain. i thought she would stop, as it was obvious she was hurting me, but she didn't. i even asked multiple times if she could put the nails under the light in 3-second intervals. she refused to do that and just ignored me and kept saying "just 6 more!" (counting down the nails left to do). i will admit, my nails look great. but not worth the physical and emotional pain. read more

Updated review! Other than Toby being amazing. My nail journey has been beautiful & I can't believe that these are my nails. Toby is very good about attention to detail. He doesn't rush anything & you leave happy all the time! You just have to trust your nail process, but trust it with Toby because he knows what's best for your nails. I could seriously go on and on about him, but then this review would just be all about him. but seriously, looking for your go to nail tech? TOBY is your forever nail tech. Trust me! I have finally found my pedicure girl!!! Michelle is great. Even though I was ticklish, she went INNNNN on scrubbing them. LOL. And she's very gentle over all. I asked for deep French and she did it. I called to make an appointment. I asked if I HAD to pay cash. The receptionist said, 'no'. I couldn't believe it: Venmo, credit card, debit or cash, if you please. It's right next to Starbuck's and notable fast-food restaurants. I went to this lovely spa for a basic pedi / mani. I've had this service done for 50+ years - nails / feet up until 2021. I stopped going after a series of questionable experiences at various, local shops over the last few years - having to do with long waits, shuffling seats, cash insistence, slow nail process. I decided to go natural. As a nail spas go, Esta Nail Spa's beautiful decor is calming. The shop and personnel are super organized, down to proffering a menu / bundle of services. I checked in on an e-tablet, which prints out a ticket to give to my technician, Will, who conducted the pedicure was gentle, precise and checked his work. Miss. Elle (?) did the manicure. She was diligent, too. Basic stuff. The clincher was when I paid, I used my card - which I could've used to tip the fine technicians, YAY! I tipped them in cash, which I brought for good measure. My daughter called ahead to specifically ask if this salon removes deep ingrown nails, and whoever answered said, "Yes, yes, we do that." She asked 3 times over the phone, and they reassured her that I would be taken cared of. On a side note, I recently had knee surgery and my leg is still wrapped, so I carefully sat down in the chair. Cindy, the technician began moving the chair closer to her without warning, which caused me pain. I asked her to move it slowly because it hurts--but she ignored me, and continued anyway saying, "if you're too far I can't do it for you." She could care less even seeing the bruising and my leg wrapped. She then gave me a price card without a word, in a very dismissive manner. I said I just wanted to make sure the ingrowns were properly removed, and she replied, "I'll do my best." I knew at that point she wasn't even going to try. She didn't even remove cuticles, let alone actually take the time to remove the ingrown nails. After we were done with services, she put her hand out for a tip when my daughter was giving tips to the other technicians that worked on us. How about doing the service I came in for? Or at the very least, be a kind and courteous person. I have no problem paying--I'd even pay more--if the job is done correctly. But this salon is clearly more focused on getting your money than providing honest service. They'll say whatever it takes to get you in the door, but won't follow through. And oh btw, she wears a really nice long manicured nails but before she started on my pedicure, one of her nails broke and she took her time to nail file it first. As soon as she's done with my pedicure, she asked another technician to fix her broken one. Now I know why she did my pedicure way too fast - she wants hers fixed.
