I was in Sun City / Menifee visiting one of my best friends from high school, and we decided to have a girls' day. One of our stops was Paris Nail Salon & Spa, one of her favorite places. What a great experience! We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The salon was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. We visited on a Sunday as walk-ins, and I was impressed by how well they accommodated everyone. During our visit, I watched at least four other walk-in customers come in, and each was welcomed without any issues. It's clear they have enough friendly staff to support both appointments and walk-in guests. Being from Los Angeles, one of the first things I noticed was the pricing--and I have to say, the prices here are fantastic, especially for the quality of service you receive. A special shout-out to Paul, Daree, and Sue, who took great care of my friend and me throughout our visit. They were friendly, attentive, and did an excellent job on our pedicures. My friend also had a gel manicure, and I was especially impressed with the consultation they gave her before starting. They remembered that she had experienced some nail breakage after her previous visit, so they took the time to discuss what worked, what didn't, and how they could shape and strengthen her nails based on her lifestyle and work. I thought that level of personalized care was very professional and showed that they genuinely wanted her manicure to look beautiful and last as long as possible. Another nice bonus is their rewards program. My friend earns points with each visit that can be redeemed for perks and discounts. I definitely recommend signing up if you plan to return. We were also offered water during our appointment, which was a thoughtful touch. The music was modern but not too loud, creating a relaxing atmosphere. This is my second time here. This place has ambience! I love the Paris theme. They had pillows on every chair with the father's day theme. I made an appt and showed up before opening time on memorial day. They took me and my daughter in right away. My daughter was graduating and had a French manicure. The man that gave her the manicure was great. He took his time and made sure it lasted at least 2 days. I got a regular manicure with hot red color. It lasted awhile. I highly recommend! read more

I have gone back since my very poor experience with Paul because I love supporting local businesses and I do believe the service I got from Paul was a one off situation and that he was a terrible nail tech. Since that experience I've gone twice and found that my last two experiences were what should be expected and provided, someone that takes their time and provides quality work. My most recent experience (four days ago) was truly a night and day difference as I received exactly the service that is expected, someone who took their time and provided a quality service with beautifully done polish. I wish I got my latest techs name as she was absolutely wonderful. She took her time and provided quality work. Ridiculous Pricing They charge $10 just to remove dipping powder nails which all they do was grab a fake nail and rip off the dipping nail which was painful. I asked prior and was told it was just $5 yet they increased the price and lied. They continuously pressure you to do your nails the way they want you to in order to charge more and if you say no thank you they will then become extremely rude and mean and talk about you to other employees. I've been to other locations that are way less expensive and much more kind. read more

this place is the worst. i literally had to walk out. the man with glasses was shaping my nails with the drill full blast and almost went through my natural nail. i had to tell him to stop because it was getting so thin it actually hurt. that is completely unacceptable. he was rushing through the service like i wasn't even a person. he cut the gel x nails down and left them half done -- uneven, over-filed, rough, and not finished. this is what i walked out with. my natural nails are now paper thin. this was my second time there. i gave them another chance after a bad first experience and i regret it. nothing about this felt professional or safe. read more
