Three weeks ago, I got a gel manicure, but the removal process used a drill too aggressively, damaging my nails. Now, as they grow back, the damage and depth are evident despite my explicit instructions to the technician. So disappointed!

I use to love cosmo nails and would honestly recommend them to most of my friends. Now i wouldn't. Past two times Ive gone they have been out of dip colors and are too lazy to redo the color books. Their pricing is alarming!!! They charge different things each time i go. Once $12 for extra length but still charge the $5 for nail tip? Sometimes they never charge or sometimes they only charge 5. It's ridiculous and the new manager is doing nothing but walking around with a clipboard.

Went back to see Toni for another gel manicure (He did a fantastic job) and they offered to fix my toe polish and made sure I was satisfied! Definitely appreciate the service and dedication.

Been here several times, no complaints. Def recommend if you're in the area. Plus frozen margaritas while you're getting pampered? Yes please! Clean, welcoming & friendly environment. They always get me in at a timely manner. They offer several different services to choose from They even offer CBD packages!!

Always the best service and outcomes. I'm extremely picky and a total perfectionist when it comes to my nail. I'm a huge fan or Sue and Jieanin for my nails. Came in with my girlfriend to get a basic manicure for fun while she was getting her nails all done-up. By the way-- they do incredibly perfect, hand-painted nail designs. Super intricate and they really care. Anyways, typically at other nail salons, they assume since I'm just a dude getting the basic manicure, that I'm not going to care how my nails come out. Here, I was asked what shape I wanted (literally something I've never been asked because I just get them trimmed), and she made sure I got the full treatment for even the cheapest package! Victoria was kind, friendly, and funny. She made sure even though I was just tagging along getting one the cheap manicure, that I was treated just the same. This is good business. This is what'll bring me and other customers back. Krystal did my girlfriend's nails and KILLED it- see photo. Again, literally perfection looks like a sticker. Shocked that at the time of writing this review, this location only has 22 reviews and 3.5 stars. Get this bumped up! Friendly and fun staff, excellent quality product. 10/10

The worst manicure , super overpriced for what it was, and they never even bothered to offer me a drink. Will not be returning because the service is awful and they use old clumpy polish and just add nail polish remover and it still comes out awful read more

I have been coming to cosmo nails since I moved to this area 3 years ago. I've had my nails done by multiple staff members but there are a few that stand out! Peter has always been amazing! I only get pedis done & my feet feel amazing afterwards. My work schedule changed and have recently found my favorite, Victoria! I absolutely love her! I enjoy our conversations and her kindness. Lynn is just absolutely the best! She has always taken care of my MANicure and pedicures for over 10 years plus. I have followed from her previous salon, Cosmos Nails. As the owner, she has a very well trained staff and everytime I go, everyone has a smile on. A wonderful experience for clients and technicians alike. I have seen this shop grow immensely over the past couple of years. It most definately is the go-too place for nail care in the area! read more

I love Cosmo Nails! They have changed getting my nails done from a chore to a fun outing! Cosmo is meticulously clean and sanitary, ensuring their clients are safe from fungal infections. My favorite nail tech is Lynn! I'm very picky about how my nails look and lynn is hands down the best! Recently I also received a pedicure from Amy and she too is wonderful. Came in from out of town, tried this nail spot for the first time. Used to go to the Cosmo Nail when I lived here years ago but tried their new Lounge today. This place is beautiful inside and they have many shellack colors to choose from. Peter did my pedi, he was very nice and held great conversation also did a great job. Mia did my mani- she was also very nice and listened to what shape I wanted, which to me very important. Both made sure I was enjoying myself and really cared about my experience. I always have a good experience at the other location down the street so I was excited to finally come to this one. I came in with a design that the nail tech tried so hard to replicate for me, but it just didn't turn out right. I felt bad but they insisted on fixing it for me and they did just that. It felt really good knowing how important it was for me to leave happy, because I really didn't want to inconvenience them or ask for a design they couldn't do. But they really helped me, and now I can go on vacation with awesome nails! I usually never write reviews, but I really want people to know how great this place is. Had an appointment today at 3:30 and sat quite a bit before they started on me. When I walked in I was greeted and was told to wash my hands. The owner brought me a drink while I waited which I appreciate. My nail tech did what I wanted and let me know of the price my nails would cost for extra design. I loved this new location. If you want to try it out go during the morning when there are not many people because they get busy. The reason why I knocked it down one star is become I was charged $5 for extra long nail and IMO my nails are medium length read more

A year ago I would have given this place 5 stars and raved but this past year the quality of service has gone downhill as well as the cleanliness. There's nothing worse than sitting down for a pedicure and sitting in someone else's nail dust. I had to remind my tech to put in a topcoat and the last few times I've been in to get my nails done, I've been rushed. Disappointed because I thought I had really found "my nail home". read more

I've been searching for a good, reasonably priced nail salon, I was assisted by Janeen she was very professional made me laugh and enjoy my relaxing visit. Although I had a problem with my first visit the owner was so nice and apologetic when she asked me to come in the second time. I can with my my family and it was amazing, such good service ! After trying a million different salons, Cosmo has easily become my go to place. The entire staff always greets me with a smile and makes sure I leave happy with my nails. My favorite techs are Tanya, Sue, Crystal, Jessi, and Lin. You can't go wrong with any of them. I'm very picky and they never have an issue with any of my crazy requests. Definitely pay them a visit if you haven't yet! read more

I've been coming here since I moved to FloMo 3 yrs ago. Everyone is very talented and very friendly. It's like my second home :) Lynn is my go to gal! She does fantastic artwork, knows what I like, and sometimes even picks for me when I'm undecided. This photo is a prime example! I wanted to match my Halloween costume, frozen theme with the fam, and I showed her a picture of my dress and she suggested this color and design. so in love and never disappoints! My sister took us here bc she goes to the sister location. I got a gel nail manicure (that I haven't gotten in years bc of bad experiences) and a nail polish pedi. This was the 16th of April, and by the 25th all the gel polish was peeled off. The area near the cuticle of the gel polish was sticking up and getting caught in my hair. I was out of the country (which was my reason for doing it) when they all peeled off so easy. My pedicure was great and it was the normal nail polish. I was told gel nail lasts up to a month so this was only 10 days!!! Just disappointed bc it was my dad who foot the bill as he got a pedicure as well. Check your nails.... read more

used to be a customer for 7 years especially when they had their old location opened! Ever since the new one opened up, i've found a new place. Last time I went in my tech was extremely rude because I didn't get the most expensive pedicure package, throwing the book, etc. when i was done the paint job was honestly terrible! Overpriced in my opinion. I came in to get a fill on dip. I called beforehand and stated just that. When I got there they said they couldn't do it after talking to them on the phone and being told they could. I have had this done many times before so I know they can. They wanted me to soak off my nails and I told them I didn't have time to soak and get a full set but I could come another day. They insisted they could do the fill on the dip I had .. so I got the fill. However, a fill uses far less powder than a full set and less time but they charged me for a full set. That was disappointing and bad customer service in my opinion. I will not be returning. If you make an appointment, you will still be waiting. read more

I cannot say enough praise about Quinn (nails) and Linda (pedicure) at Cosmo Nails. They are absolutely amazing. I've been going to them since July of last year, and cannot imagine using any other nail techs besides these two. Quinn is so creative and pays attention to what I want, and has learned to create based off of our friendship that we have created. Linda is such a sweet, kind soul who works incredibly hard, and does a phenomenal job! Everyone at this salon is truly amazing as well - so you will not be disappointed if you choose to go here. read more

Lynn has microbladed my eyebrows twice now. The first time lasted about three years and had them done again recently. Lynn always checks to be sure she knows what I want before she starts, and then makes any adjustments needed at the follow-up visit. She is a perfectionist, which I appreciate when she's doing my brows. I also get mani/pedis here and am always happy with them. If there is something you don't like just tell them kindly and they are happy to make it right. I love this place and bring my elderly mom here for pedicures. Victoria is so kind and patient with her. I love this place!! read more

I enjoyed my experience here! The nail techs and all the staff are so sweet! We came in an hour and a half before close and we did feel a little bit rushed, however they did a wonderful job. Although, I do feel as if this nail set I payed for was a bit pricey considering i got a single color, simple square shape, and small design for each ring finger. I don't believe this manicure was worth $55. However, I appreciate them letting me know that the charge would be extra for the extra length and design. I don't think my nails are long, the length is pretty short in my opinion to be charged extra. But a great salon regardless. The ambience and decor is elegant and classy and feels so upscale. Only reason I give it 4 stars is for the rushed experience and extra unnecessary charge. I will absolutely be returning thought considering that as a whole, it is an amazing salon. read more

Cosmo goes above and beyond...they take amazing care of their customers and if there is something you don't like or want to change they are happy to accommodate any request. This is my FAVORITE shop!! Everyone is so friendly and eager to provide a good service. Starting with Lilly or Lyn at the front desk. If you walk in, the wait is usually short. By the time you pick a color, the tech is ready for you. My personal favorite manicurist is Janine!!!! She never disappoints!!! I suggest crazy ideas and Janine accepts the challenge every time, making sure my idea is executed in the right way so that my nails are vibrant and beautiful. My personal favorite pedicurist is Victoria!!! Seriously she takes the time to take care of my toes and feet. My legs and feet are extremely sensitive. I would get pedicures few and far between because of how painful it would be however I started going to Victoria a few years ago and now I get pedicures on a regular basis. My sister also goes to Janine and Victoria. She's opposite from me...the harder the better for her. Janine and Victoria are such professionals that they are able to accommodate us both!! I highly recommend them both! Be sure to call in advance to book an appointment. They both will do walk ins IF they aren't booked. It's well worth the booking!! Drink a glass of wine or sprite, sit back in the massage chair, and enjoy being pampered! I promise you won't regret it!! read more

This was my first experience with cosmo nail lounge. The salon I usually go to does wonderful nails, but no nail art. And I have heard some friends of mine mention Cosmo Nails to me before and I wanted to try something special. I am absolutely OBSESSED with them!! Vee, my tech, did a wonderful dip set with butterfly sticker designs (and we even added a little glitter, too). She was so patient with me as I was so indecisive and overwhelmed by all the ideas I had for my nails, and made me feel comfortable once I made a choice. She did a sparkly pink on my right hand, sparkly green on my left, and, for both hands, had no color but glitter and butterflies on my middle and ring fingers. They are stunning and I cannot wait to show these babies OFF! read more

I just want to go on the record to say that Cosmo Nail Salon is AWESOME. I have been a client of Lynn, the owner, since her previous shop, Cosmos Nails in Flower Mound. In the two years they have been here, I have seen it grow immensely. They open early and stay late to accomodate their guests. Every time I go there are all smiling happy customers. Danvy is the best nail tech that I ever had! She pays attention to details and has done some fun things with my nails! Always enjoy going to see her to see what she will do next! Peter is usually who does my pedicures and he is awesome! He always pays attention to detail. When I went in a week ago Victoria helped my grandpa with his pedicure and made him feel relaxed and made sure his feet looked way better then what they were and was constantly checking to make sure he was comfortable. read more

I have been going to so many nail locations for the same style and was starting to believe it wasn't possible, but Haley at Cosmo proved me wrong!! It's my first time at Cosmo but definitely not my last. She was efficient (seriously so fast) but meticulous and frequently checked in with me to ensure I liked the length and shape. I'm already excited for my next visit to try more things in the menu and to get my nails done by Haley again. Seriously so impressed!! read more

Today was my very first time coming to the new location and I must admit, that this is one luxurious and glamorous place. I wish I could give more than 5 stars as my nails are simply amazing and JUST LIKE I REQUESTED and the ambiance of the salon is exceptional! It's so hard to find a great nail technician (Lynn) that goes above and beyond for her clients all while still managing the ENTIRE OPERATION! I have been going to cosmo nails for almost a year now and found my people. I love love love vy and Peter. Peter does both mine and my moms toes does an amazing job always on time and so efficient. Vy is my favorite nail tech i am so picky about my shape and she literally slays them every-time. I love the ideas she comes up with and makes all of my nail ideas come true. My mom and I have been coming here for a while and I would just like to mention Victoria and how great of a job she does on my moms toes and well as Crystal doing a great job always on her manicure. Victoria is the best to come to for your ingrown toenails! And Mia also did a very good job on my toes and paid very good attention to my toes! We've had the best experience here at Cosmo, we keep coming back, bringing my daughter & mom every few weeks for pretty toes & pampering. The music is never too loud, our conversations are easy even while mom can't hear like she used to. The service is very conscientious, taking care the temperature of towels, wax and stones is just right! I can get wireless data with no trouble even in the back. This is a great location. read more

Tien did such a great job on my nails, I'm in awe to her attention to detail and the dedication she takes to ensure that the design came out the way I wanted. I cannot rave enough about the tech Vy! I drive an hour to this nail salon because she beats all the other techs I've EVER went to! I have been going to this salon for a couple of years. Just recently, I had microblading done by Lynn. Oh my God! I used to have no eyebrows at all!
