Came here with my coworker last night and asked for gel no chip. They didn't have the first two color choices I asked for so I settled for a Christmasy sparkle that was shown to me. Firstly, the process was so rushed. I think it took him maybe 15 minutes to finish about 4 layers. The job he did was HORRIBLE. Lumpy and uneven on my right hand and 2 fingers on my right. When I asked to redo them he seemed frustrated. He quickly sanded them down and then a lady came took over and asked me what was wrong. I told her they're lumpy and he didn't file them hardly at all. She started to fix it but during the process kept tossing my hand back to me. And the job STILL is imperfect. She tried to say it was because I choose glitter. This isn't my first no chip manicure, I've had glitter done perfectly on long and short nails. I don't think he took his time. He was using a gel lamp that said Peter on it, so avoid him at all costs. It's the holiday season and I still tipped but if it was any other time of year, I wouldn't have.

So... while they did a pretty good job on my nails... the salon itself was extremely dirty and the pedicure chairs looked like they had never been cleaned before. I got my nails done just yesterday, and my ring finger is already red, swollen, and painful with what looks like puss coming out of it (like it's infected...) I seriously seriously do not recommend this salon... I came here solely based off of good yelp reviews and was sadly mistaken.

First of all- I am extremely picky when it comes to nail salons. I loved how when I walked in they asked if I could wash my hands before picking a color... because I don't know where people's hands have been and the extra step is a tiny detail but one that protects the customers! Everyone here is so kind and they work hard to make sure you feel comfortable. Tbh if you come here and say the customer service or cleanliness is not top notch, you're probably leaving negative reviews hoping to get free services. Nails look gorgeous, the tech took her time, was gentle with my nails, and did EXACTLY what I asked for no questions asked. The place is very clean, and more importantly it is sanitized. I think some people don't understand the difference between dust and germs and it shows. Anyway- If you are hyper critical of your nails and are a perfectionist like I am you definitely need to give this place some love. You are in good hands!

They did a really good job on my nails, I love the shape, length and color of them, but they charged WAY TOO much on these. I paid $82 for these nails (without tip) when I have gotten these exact same nails at my other salon for about $65-$70. When they told me $82, by heart about jumped out of my chest!

I've been coming to see Jesse for a few months now for my nails, and every single set I get from her is PERFECTION. She knows exactly how I like the length, shape, thickness, color, etc. She is so good at shaping nails, especially with the almond shape. I just walk in, pick a color, and sit back and relax while she does the rest. I don't even have to tell her anything because she already knows what to do. Her energy is so positive everytime I see her, and I look forward to our conversations when I get my nails done. She really is an asset to this place because she brings such a positive attitude to work. She genuinely cares about me and how I'm doing, and I love that about her. I've gotten so picky with who does my nails, and now I won't see anyone else but her! She's AMAZING!!

Honestly a pleasant experience! This was my first time at Cosmo Nails and I loved my experience. I came in for a full set of Nexgen dip nails ($40) and a classic pedicure ($35), and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped by Anna. She helped me select my colors and did my pedicure, while making an enjoyable conversation. Very kind woman! When I came over to do my nails, the woman doing them (whose name I unfortunately did not catch) was also very kind and efficient. Though she was quick, she was nonetheless diligent and paid close attention to detail. I loved their kindness and efficiency at this shop and would definitely recommend to anyone in the area. Can't wait for my next visit!

Mimi always does my nails. I think everyone in there knows Mimi does my nails, but I can't help but request her because she is amazing (truly they all are). Mimi does special occasion nails and I had to share these Halloween nails she did on me. I got my eyebrows microbladed by Lynn and she did an amazing job! She really takes the time to make sure the eyebrows are measured out to fit your face shape and eye shape. She asks how you would like your eyebrows shaped in the beginning so she has a good idea of what you are looking for. Her attention to detail is amazing. After penciling in the eyebrows, she asks and makes sure you like the shape of the eyebrows. She also makes sure that the eyebrows are nice and numbed so that there is hardly any pain. After you finish your first round, she gives you some ointment to help with the healing and to make sure that your eyebrows don't scab over. Throughout the healing process she was texting to make sure that it was healing correctly and making sure I still liked the eyebrows. She scheduled my touch up appointment and now my eyebrows are perfect! Disclaimer: the first round, with scabbing the eyebrows may lose some pigment so it is so important to make sure that you go to the touch up appointment. Lynn did such an amazing job! I am so happy with my eyebrows. Also, she does an amazing job on nails! I asked for mermaid nails and boy did she deliver. I absolutely love them!!

My favorite place to get my nails done. It's really hard to find a good nail place that is consistent. I have never found a salon I really loved to go to and that wasn't a different experience every time I come in. Cosmo Nails is the first place I really enjoyed going to and look forward too. I've been coming here since June 2021 and I haven't stopped or even thought about changing my salon. They have a variety of colors and the techs listen to you and make sure you're not in pain and that you are happy with your nails. I always coming out feeling beautiful and cared for!

Literally the worst nails I've ever gotten in my life. They told me they were dry, and obviously were not. You would think after an hour they'd be completely dry, but nope. went back twice for them to fix them and finally got fed up and got a refund. Don't waste your time or money here Update: see pictures below. He changed his name after I reported him, and I was unsure what my tech's name was. It originally said Erik. After seeing recent reviews I realized that it was him that sent me this. Be careful leaving a negative review or else they'll send you derogatory messages. I tried calling the store to report him and the phone line is disconnected or not set up. Update again: I was able to find the original screenshot.

Cosmo nails has a relaxing, clean and inviting atmosphere. The staff greeted me right when I walked in the door. They were able to take me for a gel mani and pedi right away. The girl that did my hands and feet made me feel so comfortable because I am very sensitive. She made sure she took the time out to make me feel relaxed so I can enjoy the whole spa like experience. All in all they are clean and do a terrific job. I highly recommend them if your in need of a great nail care service. read more

1-2-3 broken nails all within one week of getting my nails done. Never in my years of getting hard gel down in NY did I ever have this kind of experience. 1 broken nail I could understand, but 3 doing nothing on the same hand within days of each other? No way. My new favorite place! I went because of the reviews and they did not disappoint at all. I'm from NJ so I have been trying to find a nail salon down here and this one has been by far the best with absolutely no complaints! I went here for a gel pedicure and full set of gel tips. Cindy did my nails and she did an amazing job. I feel everyone in there does an amazing job as I kept peeking over at some of the other women nails in there. read more

I went to Cosmo Nails a few weeks ago solely based on the fantastic Yelp reviews. I'm glad I did! I received a wonderful pedicure and a NexGen manicure that has lasted a full 3 weeks. In my previous experiences with NexGen manicures from other salons, I've experienced peeling and cracking within a week of leaving the salon...not this time! I have received so many compliments on my mani so I'll definitely return to Cosmo Nails for all of my NexGen applications! Thanks Tanya! read more

Highly recommend. Very nice location and the staff is really nice and professional. I look for a clean, nicely shaped nail. That is just what I received. Even though I chose a neutral color for my nails the shape, length and overall presentation says so much. I only got a paint on my toes but I will be back soon for a pedicure. read more

I love this place so much, so glad i found it! It is exactly what i have been looking for. Highly recommend mimi!! ***update*** So about 5 days after getting my nails done one broke, then the next day another, then over the next few days i noticed cracks in the nails. I could not go to fix the nails until 6 days after the first one broke because my work and home schedule would not allow for it. Anyways the ones that were cracked slowly snapped off from any movement, such as washing my hair to typing on my computer at work. I went in to the salon today because at this point i just wanted them off and all I received were comments that I should've came in to get them fixed or made an appointment, even though I work full time. They also charged me to get the remaining 6 remnants left on my fingers. I was very sad because I thought I had found the perfect salon after so long and while they did look beautiful they were not practical because at any movement they snapped off. I also felt like the salon did not value my $80 spent the week before. I am very sad and in disbelief that I am having to write this review a week after my first review with this salon. read more

From the minute I walked in to the minute I left, I received friendly, welcoming service. I got a dip mani, I requested Anna after reading reviews. She did an amazing job. She did not do anything to my cuticles, however the finished result made up. If you want your cuticles done, tell them at the beginning. Here is before and after. If I could leave -1 I would. This plane is horrible. The lady that was doing my friends nails was clueless. Horrible Place and terrible environment. Wouldn't recommend mimi. I wouldn't recommend anyone here at anytime. Please please don't come here. I already filed a complaint with the better business Bureau of north Texas. Don't waste your time by coming here terrible plane terrible service huge waste of money. Go to onyx nail bar. Nails were messed up, wrong color, product everywhere on fingernails, laughing at me, and managers are rude. Don't come here. read more

I adore this place! I talk with all the girls and the owner is absolutely amazing! I came in for nex gen and tips put on and they are perfect! Best set I have ever received. I would pay double what the charged me if needed. Can't wait to back in a few weeks. The owner took over my set today and I am amazed she took the extra time to file and shape them perfectly. This by far has been the best nail salon I've gone to in the Lewisville/Flower Mound area ! I've been looking for a nail salon that can actually do my natural nails the way I like them. And I think I found the place, from their hospitality, speedy accurate service and clean environment why wouldn't you go here. I didn't get my nail tech's name but she slayed my nails. I showed her the picture and she matched them . I got Nexgen and she put the perfect amount of powder to where it created a smooth, polished finish ! She offered me a glass of white wine, and made sure I was comfortable my entire time. I love my nails so much ! I'll definitely be coming back ! read more

First visit was yesterday with my mother in law. Very courteous staff! There was a minor issue with color labeling for the colors my mom in law chose but the staff was quick to help her find something else that she liked and also worked to make sure we were both happy with style and length. This is my second visit here, and I found this salon here on Yelp. I really like the vibe! It's not a big, fancy spa...it's a friendly, bustling place! I appreciate that they place a high priority on honoring their time commitments. Their prices are well within the price range I've seen others charge, and they offer a variety of nail services, including art nails. Not my thing, usually, but one of these days I might have to go with rose gold metallic hombre custom nails for fun! The shop is clean, the decor is uncluttered and up to date, and they do a very good job. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and I feel very comfortable here. I recommend Cosmo Nails if you are looking for a new place that's the typical not over the top spa experience. read more

Lynn was awesome! I had not been completely happy with my previous nail salon for over 2 years. I just hate trying to find someone new. I finally decided to pull the trigger and start looking for a new salon. I have found it here. This place was extremely clean and very professional. I rarely ever get pedicures because I just don't trust that I'm not going to walk away with a fungus. I was so impressed by this salon that I did a pedicure as well. read more

Originally had an appointment for Friday, but I switched just about last minute and they still managed to fit me in. They were short staffed & pretty busy, but everyone had smiles on their faces & everyone was conversing. (Which is rare in a nail salon) For being pretty busy, I not once felt like I was being a bother. Even though I was waiting my turn, I was still attended to, I was asked what I wanted to drink & I was just relaxing. I'm pretty iffy on going to a new place, but they did a great job. Please ask for Mimi, She has always paid attention to detail, putting my needs first and my wine second :). Mimi has provided me with perfect pedicures for 3years. When I moved to Texas, It took me about 3months and 6 visits before I met Mimi and fell in love. She is professional and Humorous, Always helping me feel comfortable and not ashamed when my feet need more than a little extra attention. I have gone to Cosmo three times for NexGen nails. Three times I have had a nail chip or break. This has not happened to me ever before with NexGen. The girl who did my nails was very nice and friendly but she was so fast and I feel as if she did not pay attention to detail. I will not go back. read more

Love love love this place!! Whenever I'm in town, this is the only place I will go for my nails. I got a milk and honey pedicure and a new set of Nexgen dipping powder nails. I love my hombre accent nails :))) the only place I know that does amazing hombre nails and true relaxation. I feel so spoiled!! And most importantly, everyone is great!!! I can just walk in and every time is a great experiences. read more

Let me start off by saying this happened more than once. I was recommended to go here by a friend of mine. I took his recommendation and I went. I asked for just plain nude dip nails. Granted I got them fairly long which is harder for some nail techs. However they were horribly crooked and shaped wrong. I ended up having to go home and reshape them even after showing the nail tech what I wanted. Another time I went in and asked for the same base but very simple line work on top. Explain to me why a few squiggly lines added $30 to my bill. When I say a few squiggly lines I mean just that. I quite literally asked for a few wavy lines of white on the nails. Long story short I can't recommend this place to anyone with standards. read more

Not really sure how they have such a high rating but this place is terrible. I've had these on for 4 days. The middle finger didn't even have acrylic all the way down the side of the nail and the guy who did them told me "oh it will be ok". When I told the girl at the front that he didn't use any of the "nail repair" stuff that EVER OTHER SALON uses before putting on acrylic she said "oh sorry". I also explained that I wanted my set completely taken off and new tips put on. That didn't happen. He just filed what I had down and then started doing them. I told them MULTIPLE times that I didn't want get polish and that I wanted just a buff... I got gel because they didn't have a clean enough buff pad. I paid $40+ tip for nothing. All they did was say "oh sorry". When I told them that this is the worst experience I've had in a while (because I am trying to find a new salon) the owner or manager said "oh well I'm sorry." I wish I had not had even paid them. read more

On the recommendation of a coworker I went to Cosmo Nails. I was very disappointed with my first and last visit.I stood at the counter for an average amount of time with one of the employees just staring at my, but I let that go because the young lady was very nice that came and showed me the books. But that's when everything stopped. It was like I was invisible. No communication no nothing. I felt horrible. Needless to say I will not be back. read more

After more than an hour she still wasn't finished because they had upsold her to a deluxe package without our consent. When confronted with this, we were told that her momma wasn't specific so they sold our child the most expensive package available. Deceptive practices at best, thievery at worst...go elsewhere! read more

Honey was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to educate me about my nails and explain the different services they offer, which I genuinely appreciated. My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. She made a great first impression, and if I were to return, I would specifically request an appointment with her.

This place was so great that I downloaded the Yelp app just to post a review. My mom and I got manicures and pedicures there today. First, the place was clean and had a huge selection of nail polish colors that were organized very well. The staff was very kind and easy to understand. They did not push us to upgrade any of our services. They had plenty of staff, and even when the salon was full, there wasn't a wait. I never felt rushed to get out of there so the next person would be seen. They massaged us for longer than I've ever been massaged anywhere else, and the massage was slow and gentle. (Other places I've experienced move too quickly and massage too hard). They used paraffin wax which made me nervous because I have been burned before, but they were especially careful and I wasn't burned or ever made uncomfortable. Plus, my nails look great! The classic pedicure was $30 and worth every penny! I am going to recommend this salon to all of my friends!! Glad to finally have a place I love! read more

I had an incredibly relaxing manicure and pedicure at Cosmo Nails! I was looking for a good nail salon in Denton but none of the reviews sold me. So I extended my search out to Flower Mound and found Cosmo Nails with rave reviews. I can definitely add to the rave reviews already given to Cosmos after my experience today. I got the Plum and Vanilla Pedicure and a manicure as well and they did a fantastic job. It was so nice to have a relaxing day at the salon. They took their time and I never felt rushed. My manicure came out perfectly - no bubbles or distortions, pure perfection! And my pedicure was one of the best I have ever had! Paraffin wax, hot stones, massage, hot towels, heated neck towel and the perfect coat of nail polish to finish it off. I am so incredibly glad to have found Cosmo Nails and the wonderful people who work there. Can't say enough good things about this salon. its always a great time to relax have a glass of wine and visit with the all the girls that work there. I've been going for so long, you get to know about there lives and they are so friendly. Lena did my pedi, she is great, her massage Is WONDERFUL!!!! and she is so sweet. I was disappointed with Victoria today, I think she thought she was doing my pedi, but I wanted Lena, she did my manicure and she cut all my nails down to nothing. I didn't realize she did that until she was done. i was talking to my friend in the next chair. i then realized she was pissed because she thought she was doing my pedi. this was two days ago and i am still so mad. i have no nails now and will take a while to grow them back out. sorry Victoria you will not be doing my nails. The BEST. Very impressed. I took my step-daughter and cousin here for a girls day. They had the biggest selection of colors, including a very large selection of gel colors. Excellent prices especially given the attention and care that comes with the manis and pedicures. A classic pedicure for $30 included paraffin wax bag soak and full scrub leg message. They also did my regular manicure and my step daughter's gel manicure while getting our pedicure. Comfortable chairs and water with an orange slice were nice touches. This use to be my friend and I go to nail salon after finding them on yelp. Atmosphere and attention use to be great. Prices are affordable , I like that they don't charge extra for adding tips every time on dipping powder. I work during the week so it's hard for me to get in so weekends is usually when I come in. Knowing they get very busy on weekends we always make appointments to come in but still have a 20-30 minutes wait. Sadly while getting our service done (I believe) owners tends to rush employees to hurry up and move clients. Uncoordinated. read more

I have been getting my nails done at cosmo nails for the past few months and for the longest time I was getting a nail technician that was available. My past two visits I've made an appointment with the same nail tech, Mimi. She is very sweet and very patient with me even when I'm being picky. She is a great artist and has done my past two designs flawlessly. I had an appt with Lynn but while she was busy, Eric helped me by removing my old nails. He was so nice and funny. When Lynn came to start my nails I could tell she had been busy but she took her time to help me get exactly what I wanted. They didn't have the color glitter I wanted so she mixed several glitters to make the perfect combination. She gave me the cutest nails and was so sweet. Recently Mimi has been doing my gel nails, and she is the best! Her work last about 3 weeks, and she works quickly, professionally, and with kindness.
