I cannot say just how much I love this place and my fierce nail technician Tina. I got the dip powder and they came out perfect! The salon was clean and very friendly. They have a large selection of colors - an odd observation from someone who prefers a nude look. Tina didn't over file and she used a "dip powder base" which I've come to learn is invaluable when it comes to the longevity of a manicure. Will be going back. If you go, ask for Tina. Went in for a gel manicure. The color on my nails was put on uneven and poorly. I don't know if she had another appointment to get too but towards the end if felt rushed. My massage maybe lasted at best 30 seconds on each arm. The weirdest part was she rubbed acetone on my nails at the end. This took off the top coat of gel. I had to take these off and get them redone. read more

We absolutely loved our visit tonight to Upscale Nail Salon in Flower Mound!! We walked in at 6:45 and they were closing at 7:00. We wanted 2 full set of nails, 2 pedicures, and my little girl also wanted her nails painted. Usually, at this time, businesses would be hesitant to serve us, but they quickly greeted us, offered services for everything we had requested, and did an amazing job! Tina was extremely courteous and by the end of our visit, we also had brow waxing done. She ended up staying there way past closing and never made us feel rushed or as if we were a burden! We had a great appointment at Upscale Nails. My daughter, my grandbaby and I went in for pedicures. We had the deluxe pedicure which was $45 each. It was well worth it. We had the chairs massaging out backs, the various massages on our feet and legs, and the aromatherapy oils being slathered on. We called ahead and made the appointments. I have nothing negative to say about this place. One of my students gave me a gift card to this nail place and I am glad that I finally used it. My grandbaby , who turned 7 today, requested 5 different colors on her toes and 5 different colors on her gel nails. No problems at all with this request. read more

The customer service at this place was miserable. When a person goes to a spa they expect to leave refreshed and relaxed. Instead, I left stressed and unhappy. I would never recommend this place to anyone! They are unorganized when taking people in order. The nail tech had an attitude because I mentioned that I had been waiting an hour for a simple manicure as they kept taking people after me. There was no manager there of course to help render the situation and no one left in charge. The nail tech was argumentative and rough with me while doing my nails. Horrible Horrible Place. I rarely do my nails so I stopped in to see if a nail appointment for my cuticles and a "gel" was available. Yes. Yay! The technician had me soak my fingers in water, added cuticle remover to my nails then roughly removed my cuticles, but they were in bad shape so maybe that is why. Then the filing started. I explained I wanted the basic shape they were, but they may need a touch up. Also, do not file parallel to the edges of the nails as this makes them break. I refiled the first one she did to show here what I wanted done emphasizing no corners. She then filed the others and when I looked at them, they were square with corners, not shapely, nor were they the same lengths. She attempted to fix the shape and then went and picked up the gel light. I told her I made a mistake as I did not want the light, but the powder. She was frustrated with me on my filing requests and my mistake on asking for gel put her over the edge. She called the girl at the front desk over and was speaking to her, very upset. I am very chill so I told them I'd just leave as I don't do my nails often and this was a spur thing. The cost to have my cuticles removed and my nails oddly filed was $17. I questioned the amount and they said $17 is the cost of a full manicure. I didn't have polish and the technician spent less than 10 minutes on my nails. I was disappointed in the overall service and the price required left me bewildered. I left peacefully and will look at YELP before I randomly stop in a place again. The music was soft and nice, but the ramen aroma was overpowering. read more

Have been going here for years. Most consistent and what seems much cheaper services, overall very happy with what they provide. True they don't offer drinks but I am not there for that. Only complaint I would have is wait when they are busy. While most times I get in no problem and don't have to wait, it has been a couple of times they told me 15-20mins which ended up being more close to 40-45mins. I had given it two stars until the owner came out to my car and called me a liar as I was writing this review. If I would've looked at most of the reviews, I would've known all the things I learned the hard way. Lesson learned! When we paid, I told the owner/manager that this was not a good pedicure for either of us. As I was writing this review in my car, the owner came out and knocked on my window. I rolled it down and he proceeded to yell at me and tell me that I was a liar. That he had talked to his nail techs and neither one of us bled and we only paid for the 30 minute pedicure. I don't know how we were supposed to know that. Everywhere else I have gone the standard pedicure is at least 45. Our pedicure were maybe thirty minutes from sitting down until standing up. Here is my review: it was the worst pedicure I've ever had. My husband and I went together. The two nail techs made us both bleed. The water was unbearably hot until we asked them to cool it down, my rinse off water was ice cold, and the guy was very rushed. He didn't even put a base coat or a topcoat over my color. The female tech working on my husband kept apologizing for hurting him. The other employees were walking around cutting up and being loud. Not a spa like experience in the least. read more
