If you are in need to get your nails done then go, but it wouldn't be my first choice. My nails ended up looking like weird shaped almonds and lots of excess acrylic on the edges. To top it off the lady tipped herself when she charged me, I mean I was going to tip her anyways but the way she just automatically took it out left a salty taste In my mouth. I get it they treat there regulars great but it's like... how am I suppose to be a regular if the first time wasn't good. read more

Horrible service. Started my wife nails and had her sit down for 10 minutes only to tell her wait till 10.

I went the other day and got a pedicure. The next day I was in pain because the lady who did my nails clipped an ingrown toe nail. It hurts really bad this the third day I am in pain and I want a refund. I tried calling and they keep blowing me off saying things like wait a few days until it heals and I just called back now and they said the manager isn't in. I am so upset my toe hurts. Here is a picture don't go to this place!! My toenail finally healed with antibiotics I let the manager know and we had a civil conversation. She was nice. I just know that any nail place I go to I won't have my nails clipped anymore, maybe just painted and foot scrub. read more

So over coming to this nail salon. The polish they use it cheap, I have been getting gel for 8 years and have never had a problem. The last 3 times I've got gel here the polish has chipped in a week or less. I thought maybe it was the color I chose but I've gone with 3 different colors and none of them stayed. The pedicures are pretty good and they have lots of options which is why they got 2 stars. Don't bother getting your gel done here, if you don't want to have to get your nails done every week. read more

I had been here before, but it was a few years back and I didn't return, because they did a horrible nail job. I decided go give them another chance and went in for a pedi, but regretted it right after. The lady offered me their more expensive packages and I said, "no thank you, I will take a regular pedi with no gel please, since my toe nails are very fragile at the moment due to gel polish" her face and demeanor immediately changed, like she got a bit bothered. I felt like she did my pedi very quickly with no effort at all. She then set a 5min timer for my foot massage and it really wasn't a foot massage like they normally do when getting a pedi. She applied no pressure at all, she just did a few gentle motions and kept stopping to supposedly clean up my pedi. Will never return back here again. Pedis are very expensive nowadays, the least they can do is give you your moneys worth. read more

You can't compare the pedi I got in okc to the one here. $20 basic. $5 for callus $ for scrub and massage. Or $35 for all. I said basic. This lady got herself an attitude. Barely scrubbed my feet. Very thick , bad paint job ... not professional at all. I went back in today only because I am leaving for vacation tomorrow and frankly I am embarrassed of these nails ... and my toes don't look any better ;(. Rather than offering to repaint them , the manager only offered to add another coat of polish to them ... i was trying to tell her these are my natural nails and it's already too thick... and cracked after one day ... they repeatedly only offered not recoat with either clear or the color again, so I walked out.... I came in for a regular manicure. They made my nail shape beautiful and the color was nice but the first issue arose when she had me "dry" my nails. All she did was give me a tiny individual fan to sit for 3 minutes infront of and dry. She told me i was ready to go but i had to stick up for myself and say no, my nails most certainly weren't dry yet from a tiny fan. I got home and the next day my nails were two different colors! I've been going here for at least a couple of years. My experiences have been good until today. So, their pricing has gone up. I paid $58 for a pedicure. These days, a lot of prices have gone up. The big issue is that the person doing my nails doesn't even know how to paint nails. It already looked grown out because apparently she can't paint the whole nail. Not only that, the paint on my pinky toe was so globby, I told her it would peel off and when she started to argue with me, I peeled it off right in front of her. It came right off, it was gel nail polish. I won't go here again. To spend that much for someone who can't even paint nails. I don't need the aggravation. I'm so angry, I had to just pay and leave. I don't want to lose it over bad nail polish. It shouldn't be too difficult to find a place that will do a better job. read more

Horrible service !! Had an appointment for 5pm I showed up earlier. The guys shook his head at me the entire time he had to replace 3nails. The full set I got less that 2weeks ago 4 of them fell off about 8days after. Please take a look at this picture of the the service that I receive, I will never go back and do not recommend this place at all. They are only nice and seem that they know what they are doing the first time only. Do get a fill here, do not pay until they fix it. I was referred to this salon by a co-worker and I had a horrible experience . First off I paid a lot for just a simple fill, 31$ to be exact . I got my fill on Thursday and by the very next day they were already chipping ! I was told that the price I paid was for "long lasting gel" which was a bunch of baloney! By Sunday they looked terrible and even my thumb nail top broke off in the shower ! I was not washing dishes or doing any type of heavy labor that would cause this at all. My 9 year old, 4 year old, and myself walked in today for manís and pedis for all 3. Unfortunately I was only able to get s pedi bc i had to pick up my high schooler. I paid $20 each kid for their manicure and pedicures plus my $37 gel pedicure which started off as a $25 basic pedicure but I asked for gel which was $12+.. anyway as we walked to the car I asked to see my kids nails and my 9 year olds manicure was absolutely awful. They didn't file off or buff out her nail and she still has glue from her little press on nails underneath the nail polish. I have been looking for a nail spa for a long time now and I think this is it! Beginning to look like the beginning of a beautiful friendship! I wear heels to work everyday and the wear and tear on your feet is no joke so while I came in with hooves, I left with a beautiful pedicure.
