I just want to preface that do not think this is a bad salon overall. The technician who did my pedicure was great. Unfortunately, my acrylic service was a very poor experience and is the reason I would not return. I came in for a rebase and was quoted $40. The nail technician, whose name started with an "L," (Louisa or Leanne...I can't remember) had trouble finding an acrylic color that matched my existing set. I agreed to go with a lighter color since it would be applied over the entire nail and I thought we could add polish on top if needed. The acrylic was applied extremely thick and uneven. When I politely asked if it could be thinner and smoother, the technician became rude and visibly irritated. She had to drill and file my nails down significantly because of how uneven the acrylic was applied. Despite the fact that no tips were added and I did not receive a full set, she ultimately charged $55 (instead of $40) for a new set. The finished result was one of the worst sets I have ever had. The acrylic was patchy, clumpy, and I could still see the old color underneath. She was going to finish with just a top coat until I stopped her and asked for a painted color because there was no way I could leave with how they looked. Toward the very end of the appointment, right before payment, her demeanor suddenly changed and she became overly friendly, smiling and chatting after being snappy and dismissive for most of the service. That contrast felt uncomfortable given how the appointment had gone. I left extremely upset and disappointed with my nails and honestly wished I had left my original grown out acrylics alone. While the pedicure technician did a great job, this experience was upsetting, and left me unhappy with the service. Because of that, I will not be returning. read more

I got a pedicure to deal with some serious calloused skin on my heels. It was so bad I had deep cracks that bled and hurt like crazy. After a few lame attempts to fix it myself, my wife told me to check out this place. They worked some magic--my feet were smooth as a baby's butt when they were done. I hate to leave a review like this but I was very unhappy with a set of nails, customer service, quality of work. They do have an autoclave to sterilize which is nice but my nails were God awful. I was stuck in these nails for a wedding as a bridesmaid. I showed pictures and got ignored several times , I showed my sisters nails as an example of what I wanted and ignored again. I paid $35 for pedicure spa and I couldn't enjoy it because someone was doing my fingernails and he was very impatient. $83 and I still left a great tip. A hundred dollar bill was given and spent all together. NAil color awful, mani wasn't a full mani. Did he even clean my cuticles, no. Stay away from this place read more

I used to come to this salon all the time because Tania was the best. My most recent trip was my most awful experience at a nail salon. I went in last week and she was kind of rushing bc she wanted to leave. I'll admit, I went in at 6pm and they close at 7pm, but I work so there really isn't a way around that. She put some star decals on and told me if they fall off, I would come back and fix it. So, I went in today to do so. I called ahead of time and she told me to come at 5:30, then around 4:15 she told me to come right away. I was nearby so I just went straight there. I sat down and waited for a while then she came out, but she didn't come to me. She went to help someone else first. By the time she came over to me, it was almost 5. So, I was already annoyed that she called me and told me to come early in the first place since she didn't even help me until almost 45 min later. When she finally came over, I told her I wanted to fix all of my nails. The shape was crooked and they looked so grown out. As if I hadn't gotten them done for 3 weeks. She told me she didn't have time she asked if she could take off the stars and have me come back another day for the full nails. I said I didn't have time because I already wasted 2 trips and 45 min already. She said she couldn't, so I asked for a refund so I could go get them done somewhere else. She flipped out and started yelling at me and picked up her equipment leaving me with half of my nails missing the top (see photos). I decided to just dispute the charge through my bank and went to I love nails to get them done instead. Cindy there did an incredible job! I'm just so upset at how the situation was handled at Crystal nails. I'll never go back. read more

Went here with my husband for pedicure date ... They said they could do us both at that time, my feet went into Luke warm water and my husband received his full pedicure, I was still waiting to be acknowledged! Once he was done I asked who was doing my pedicure and they pointed to a girl that still had at least 20 min before she would be done with who she was with, so I asked for a towel dried my feet , still not acknowledged from who was supposed to work on me so I asked to pay my husband's bill and left.
