After I checked in with the front desk, I took a seat in the lobby area, which was super nice and clean. I waited for maybe five minutes at the most before Carrie called me back for my men's cut. Within that short time, I could already tell it was going to be a great experience compared to other places I've been. Once I was called back by Carrie, she immediately did a consultation with me since it was my first time at the salon. I explained exactly what I wanted, and wow, she executed it beyond what I expected! The conversation flowed smoothly between us, and we even joked around. Once she was done with my hair, she made sure everything was perfect and looked even on both sides. On top of that, she also washed and styled my hair. Long story short, I already have a four-week follow-up with Carrie to have my hair cut again.

I have worn artificial nails on and off for 30 years. I know after they are taken off your nails have to grow out and may be rough. But I tell you people, this was a hack job! It's a well known spot in Bowling Green, so if you stop by Hairitage any time remotely near peak times, you'll end up waiting for at least 30 minutes. Usually they have 4-5 barbers working, so if you're not waiting for a specific barber, you could be in and out within an hour easily. Personally, I've gone to Hairitage 5-10 times and can wholeheartedly recommend Brian. Brian does great work, and potentially more importantly, his work is consistent. Brian's done a great job of remembering how my style usually goes, as well as providing a good environment to hang out in, and has become a friendly face over the past year. The barbers are always having fun with one another and seeing their antics unfold adds a nice light touch to the haircut experience. No gimmicks, and barbers who know what they're doing -- I'd absolutely recommend you give Hairitage a try.
