I researched quite a bit to try to find a good salon in the area and this place came up consistently, with Tracy specifically being recommended particularly for coloring. I can definitely see why! Tracy is always friendly and professional and asks my input on the cut regularly throughout and after the cut to make sure I'm happy when I leave the seat. She is also not the type of stylist to push chatter if you're a more quiet person like myself but remains communicative, which I appreciate loads as I struggle a bit with extended social interaction thanks to ASD. I've only gotten coloring once so far but am due soon for another and my experience with that has also been nothing short of excellent. The color matched my natural tone very well and I've always left this salon feeling like I got exactly what I'd wanted, unlike previous salons I've been to where it felt like the stylist wasn't open to my suggestions, especially when it comes to cutting it shorter. The salon itself is clean and kempt, and the atmosphere tends towards a chic aesthetic, with lots of sleek black and white contrast. There's usually classic rock playing, which adds to the unique mood of the salon. Making appointments is super easy -- having the ability to make appointments online with real-time scheduling is a huge plus for this place. Some places I've found can have issues with being actually available at your appointment time, but I've never had to wait when I walk in (sometimes 5 or so minutes early) for my appointments, which makes me feel like my time is valued and means I can reliably schedule my day around the appointment. The prices are great to boot. This is definitely a gem of a salon and I hope to be able to keep returning for a long time to come! Definitely recommend :)
