Will not come here again . I brought my daughter in for a hair cut and the stylist really messed her up . I would go back so that she can fix what she messed up but I'm not gonna risk her messing it up anymore I'll rather pay again and take her somewhere where I know there going to do a good job . I knew she had done a bad job when she only took like 5-10 min my daughter has super long hair . So I knew that she had jacked her hair up . When I asked the stylist to look at it cause I could see there was long pieces of hair she said it was because my daughter comb her hair to the side . I love this salon! It's very clean, all the employees are friendly and professional. I am thrilled with the color and cut I recently got done here. I went way outside my box deciding to go from blonde to red. They educated me on exactly what that would entail for my hair. Then a plan was formulated with what I had in mind and what would work best for my hair. I have to say the end result was amazing and I've got to option to go back blonde or work my way more red. Went to get hair shampooed and blow dryed. Told Tina I wanted it blowed dried with soft curls I have long hair and use the spiral brush. I had it done like that 3 weeks ago by Jackie. She dried it off then asked me how todo it and with what brush. Again I said use a spiral brush. She tried but did not know how to do it. I said it is pretty basic blow drying thought a hair salon hairstylist should know. I told her that she needed then to use a big curling wand. She used wand. Hair had very defined curls. Not what I was looking for. Front was frizzy with no curl . I told her I would fix it myself. She needs to learn how to style and blow dry. There was no other staff there. Other stylist had gone for lunch or I would have her take over. Not good experience. Stay away from Tina. read more

Called and made an appointment, waited all day to go, told the lady on the phone what I wanted and everything just to get there and her to tell me no she would not do what I wanted to MY hair! The ladies here were nice but their skill set for cutting little boys' hair has much to be desired. Both of my boys had their hair cut by two different people. Both of the boys got their WORST haircut they have ever received. The hair on the tip of their heads was longer than their bangs. The sides were asymmetrical. It's as if these women are earning their very first hours of experience in cutting boys' hair. I would have done better to just cut the hair myself. Cost Cutters should probably sell kids' hats there to hide the major fail of their work. read more

I went to this salon after being referred by a regular. I had a very disappointing first visit as I showed the stylist what I wanted with my color and left the salon with very different results. I figured oh well, I would just deal with it. A couple days later I got a phone call from a different stylist who had seen my results and knew I didn't get what I wanted. She talked me into coming back, free of charge to get it fixed. I was even able to bring my 2 small children with me as it was last minute and I didn't have a sitter available. The ladies that worked that day were incredibly friendly and helpful! My boys absolutely fell in love with them and keep asking to go back again! I met the owner of the shop and she is very sweet and friendly and is always teaching the ladies there how to use new techniques. They have very reasonable prices and run specials on different days of the week. I will not be going anywhere else!! read more
