No problem there. BUT the same can't be said about the front people. They were awful! After my stylist was done she told me she was putting something away and would meet me at the front. I gathered my stuff and headed to front desk, I approached the desk and said hello. I got RUDE stares and one of them a middle age lady looked at the other girl and mocked me and said "hiiii?! She came out of nowhere" not once did she speak to me, she just walked away. I was taken back. I politely stated who my service was with and that I was ready to check out. Once my stylist came up she was able to get the other girl to check me out. I still paid my service, tipped my stylist because I was happy with her service just completely disappointed and disturbed by the front desk. I went back on here and saw some other clients have stated the same issue.

I remember the first time walking into her and I was almost in tears thinking my blonde couldn't be as beautiful as I pictured it because it was darker at the time and not done for a long time after having being pregnant. She looked at me and said "sweetie, we can make you exactly that blonde!" And let me tell you.... It was beyond perfect and better than I ever dreamed!! Since then she has done my hair for years! You will never go to anyone else after sitting in Deborah's chair. And I mean that with all my heart!! I went to multiple other stylists before meeting Deborah and she's someone that just gets hair! My experience with this salon was truly heartbreaking and extremely disappointing…read more I came in asking for an all over highlight. Not a huge fan of the baby light technique so I asked for chunky-er pieces. I've never had issues in the past as I've had money pieces, etc. I was under NO impression that it was a "color correction" or that it needed a multi step process. I know little about color so I followed who I thought was the "expert" For almost $400, I received a five hour gruesome appointment, two hours which I was stuffed at the wash bowl and when I went to the bathroom I saw my hair was actually orange, where my stylist told me "it's not done yet". I'll post photos, but the after was not at all what I was wanting. The salon light was super deceiving and I was trying to be nice and respectful so I even shared a filtered photo to make my stylist feel better. After I washed it I was absolutely horrified. I genuinely don't think my hair had ever looked so bad. It had a weird yellow tint with a little green and there was patches EVERYWHERE. It looked rushed and honestly like I tried to do it at home. After trying to be nice, I went to the owner to fix it. After an in depth conversation, we agreed on a darker color to blend the yellow on top. After I drove (almost an hour there and back - spent a whole tank of premium gas on this experience) and getting dirty looks from the other stylist on the way to my second appointment, it looked the same if not worse and more washed out after. And I paid almost $400. After missing one of my good friends birthday on a Saturday after crying all day about how bad my hair was, I reached out to the owner politely asking to fix it. She refused unless I paid for MORE bleach and then ghosted me. No refund, no nothing. Now I have to pay even MORE for a color correction after my hair has been completely ruined. I really tried to be as nice and respectful because I completely understand that things happen, but I was beyond screwed over on multiple levels. I would highly recommend against this salon and will be sharing my experience within my circle.

Denise answered my late night appointment request for a next day appointment quickly. The next day, they got us in on time and got straight to work. They didn't mind that me and another friend were hanging around chatting the whole time. Denise was very accommodating and friendly, even when I felt like we (me and the other friend not getting colored) were sometimes getting in the way. Our friend got her roots redone, and the way that Denise blended in her previous highlights to the new color, created a perfectly beautiful ombre effect. I am IN LOVE with how it turned out.
