When I have done better myself box bleaching. After paying $300 for this, I asked for a refund and waited over a week, to get told I can't have one. I now can't touch my hair, or fix it for another 8 weeks. If you can't do hair, don't be in that profession. Per the receptionist, Lisa the bridal service coordinator was busy with a client ( also not a biggie ) and that she would get back to me shortly after she finished. I left all my info , phone number, email, day and location of wedding and If I was looking for makeup for a whole bridal party or not . Once I stated that I was just looking to get my own makeup done as the other bridesmaids are each doing their own makeup. I could hear the receptionist tone change ( clearly that's not ideal) Days have gone by and no call or email from Lisa( I checked spam as well ). I Expected a little more professionalism. If wedding makeup is only done for groups maybe the website can be a little clearer on that or let the receptionist know it's a policy so people don't waste their time .
