Each time they did everything they could to keep me comfortable and happy. I always love the way my lips look when I leave. I like the way my cheeks and chin look, but i know I have more to achieve the look I want, but that's of no fault to charis, it's due to my own financial restraint. Another thing is that charis and the other injectors are not money hungry. They are open and honest about what will look good. They won't inject you with 20 vials in one day because they know it won't feel/look good. There is a reason they are known to be one of the best. Went to Grace Medical for first time based on recommendations from people who went to the Westport…read morelocation. I did not have a good experience. My consultation was brief, which I didn't mind. I went ahead with Botox injections and waited the obligatory 10 to 14 days to see the results. After about a week I still had significant movement in my forehead. I called the office and they were able to schedule an appointment for me to come back within the allotted window for revision. I ended up going back during that time and got re-injected in my forehead. Waited an additional two weeks and still saw little to no results. When I called the office, the person was very unattentive and dismissive about my concerns. She basically told me I should wait the full three months and then "we could start from scratch" since I didn't know how many units I was getting in the past. Isn't that their job...to gauge how many units I need. She was very defensive and never called me back to see if I was still interested or if there was anything else they could do. I would not go back there again. Given that there are so many medical spas and options for Botox these days, I really feel like the people at Grace medical should have been a little more proactive about customer satisfaction.

I went there today and had the worst experience. I had an hour and a half before I had to leave to…read morego to work, and I let the technician know that as soon as I got there. I got a pedicure and the gel powder dip polish manicure. It took almost an hour for my pedicure. They only had five colors for the gel powder dip polish, which was annoying but I picked one anyway. When she was done I noticed that the polish didn't cover my entire nail. There was a gap between the polish and my cuticle, and it already looked grown out. For $45 I wanted a decent manicure. I said something about the gap and she argued that she had to push my cuticle back. She was rude and in my opinion inexperienced. When I asked to speak to the owner she said it was her. So I was 10 minutes late for work and I have to get my nails redone. I will not be returning, I suggest you don't either.

My regular pedicure was $26.59. I was taken right away. However, I became leary when the girl who was working on me took the manicure tools from a open box already on her working table. I asked immediately if the cuticle tool she was using was sterile. She responded with a mumble which led me to believe she had limited English language skills. She completed the pedicure, but I was truly worried about the sanitary conditions. While I was at the drying table, she took another client. To my horror, she used the same tools and equipment on her. I did not observe a sterilization unit in the front room, and the girl doing the pedicures never went into the back room to bring new tools out for this client. Someone else (maybe the owner) cleaned my chair basin. Again, I was not impressed with how it was cleaned. It was sprayed and dried with a towel in haste. No effort was exhibited to clean it thoroughly. I also observed that the electrical outlet covers at the drying table were cracked and patched with scotch tape! This salon requires a definite health and code inspection.
