Update: June 12 I have gone many times and today I was very disappointed in their professionalism. During my haircut every minute or two she would pause to answer the phone. I understand that it is important to answer to other customers but shouldn't someone else take care of the phone as well? I was not asked if I wanted my sideburns to be trimmed which is someone that seems to always be offered but maybe things have changed. The gel applied to my hair was very rushed as well. I have gone many times and really wonder if this is the same way the people I have recommended have been treated because I know I won't be recommending any more.

I have gone to this woman (Sarah - Owner) for nearly 8 months or so. She did an ok job until…read moreyesterday. I went in for a normal platinum blonde touch up. She put the foils in my hair and excused herself to use the restroom. She didn't return for 32 minutes! And came back complaining about her boyfriend's co-workers stressing him out and how she couldn't wait to run to his side to calm him down. While she was removing the foils and trying to rinse my hair she continued to stop and text. She then applied the color to my roots and was in such a hurry what was normally 16 minutes on my roots was only 6 minutes this time. Throughout the rest of my session she kept me laying back in the sink (which was killing my neck) while she sat in a chair and played some more on her phone. When she finished me up I expressed how I felt my roots needed more time. I then text her right after leaving and explained that I was not happy with the way my roots looked and she offered to fix them the following day (today at 2pm) We both agreed. I woke up this morning with a text message from her stating she did now did not have anything available until 7pm today. I agreed to take the 7pm appointment for her to fix my roots because it was her earliest and they look horrible. Idk who in their right mind would want to spend $140 to have their hair done and wait any longer than they have to to have it fixed! She then must have gotten upset for unknown reasons and said I was making her feel incompetent and rude and other things. I can't stress this enough... never did I speak poorly to her in any fashion! I have before and after photos and our entire text message conversation. I've screen shot it all and am happy to share it. She then offered me a complete refund and I kindly asked her to send it to my job because she already knew the address there. Then a few minutes had passed and she called my cell phone yelling at the top of her lungs and calling me put of my name. I really don't know what her problem is. Maybe she's under a lot of pressure for getting her wedding planning finished and obvious family issues but it is absolutely no excuse for treating a paying customer the way she was. I am very hurt over the whole situation. All I asked for was her to fix it and she agreed. Again.. the screen shots say it all. I pray this woman finds peace and never ever ever treats a single one of her customers the way she did me the past 2 days.
