I purchased 2 home entertainment sets, a sectional, and sofa love seat combo June 2024. Delivery of…read moremost of these items were in July. Within maybe 3-4 months the sectional started peeling. When I reached out to David at HomeLife Furnishing he said the manufacture had a one year warranty on the sectional but that only the pieces of the couch that were peeling would be replaced. At that time I had requested to return the couch because I figured the peeling would continue but David said that couldn't be done. So instead, 2 pieces of the sectional were replaced. Fast forward, we have had the sectional for 1 year and 3 months and it is still peeling. The sofa/love seat we purchased is the same material as the sectional but I did not have the same issue. The sofa/love seat gets plenty of traction but so far I haven't seen any sort of cracking or peeling. After spending almost $7K in the store I am really disappointed in the quality and the lack of customer service to address the sectional. I definitely understand quality has certainly changed throughout the years and nothing lasts forever, but I shouldn't have to replace my sectional after only having it for a year! $1600 plus down the drain.

We tried about 7 different mattresses, but I kept going back to the one that I eventually bought. (It was the black Helix mattress by the window!) Within days, my back began to realign and I feel like I'm actually getting SLEEP. Akin delivered it to my house, and he took my old mattress. He took time to listen to us about what we were looking for and suggested starting with three different mattress brands. We spent a lot of time trying out various beds, and at the end of the day, compromised between us. I wanted something softer, my partner wanted more firm. So we settled in the middle and put in our order. Akin was very responsive and patient. He kept us in the loop about delivery and dates. When the day came, he and his assistant made the delivery, and set everything up. After sleeping on the bed few weeks, it seemed more firm than we wanted, so we gave Akin a call. He was very gracious, as always, and we agreed to test the bed for several more weeks. Ultimately, we did decide to exchange the bed and frame (which we had only seen in a catalog). Akin was great. We went back to the store and chose a bed that we thought would be better for us. Akin was wonderful and made the whole transaction seamless, and even figured out how to make a few adjustments to our order to save money. We are beyond thrilled with the bed and frame now. Akin went above and beyond to make sure we were happy sleepers. I highly recommend Mattress Barn!

I made a preliminary selection, and after showing me fabric swatches the chair could be ordered with, Les Paul did the best thing ever: he left us alone to sit, talk, try other chairs, and make a decision.
