We've purchased multiple items from this business over the years, from paintings to furniture, and have consistently had a good experience. Marci, Tiff, and Isaiah are fantastic! The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the furniture tags are displayed clearly in protective sleeves. During our most recent purchase, there was an issue with the pricing after some tags had been mixed up, which resulted in our items costing about $1,000 more than we originally expected. Although that was frustrating, we still decided to move forward with the purchase, and the store worked with us to make the situation right. Throughout the waiting period, they kept us updated on the status of our furniture delivery. When the furniture arrived, one of the end tables had a chipped corner. We notified both the delivery team and the store right away, and they promptly reordered a replacement. Once the new table arrived, they delivered it and took the damaged one back without any hassle. Overall, while there were a couple of bumps during the process, the customer service and follow-through were excellent, and we appreciate the way they handled everything. read more

Bought a new home and needed several pieces of furniture. Living in Vacaville there are tons of shopping options (which is awesome) including many high-end furniture outlets, but of all the options in town Furniture World ended up being the perfect fit for our budget and the furniture we were looking for. Kailey and the entire team at Furniture World were super helpful throughout all of our shopping experiences. We purchased a couch, love seat, and ottoman off of the show room floor. They gave us a great price on the floor items and helped load them in our truck for us. We also purchased a made to order couch. They had several samples and examples of the couches and various fabrics/fillings to choose from. They showed us a variety of options for different possible configurations and helped us make a great decision. The made to order couch was estimated to take 4-6 weeks for delivery and we had it in our living room, delivered carefully and as advertised in less than 4 weeks (they did mention that was one of the fastest turnarounds they've had, but the point of the review is they communicated and delivered timely).
