Absolutely unprofessional. I had booked an appointment for a basic wash for $45, then I got an up charge for $55. I had asked why that was the case, the person said it was because my car was an SUV. I have a Model Y btw. He couldn't even tell the difference between X or Y. I had gotten this service done before and they didn't mention that previously when they billed me. Then they proceeded to tell me that no one would touch or detailed my car for under $100...wow that's kinda rude first of all. Secondly, if the car needed way more detailing than they should've told me when they took a look at the car and let me know in the beginning. I would've happily understood that. Towards the end they proceeded to tell me that I got my car washed awhile ago and inflation happened...if inflation happened then why didn't your website reflect that when booking? If you go onto their website right now, it will state $45 for a basic wash. If inflation happened why didn't you adjust your pricing to reflect that in the beginning. I also have tipped them every time, so that was not the issue here, the issue is that they weren't upfront before the services was done & then taxed on extra fees. Frank was communicative and professional throughout my interaction with him. Despite the cloudy day, he still came. I only asked for interior detailing, and he did a great job finishing in less than 2 hours! He especially did great in removing the old stain that was on my passenger seat. Everything looked like brand new and there was a nice smell that came immediately after the wash. The only thing I do want to add is that I asked Frank if I had to leave the windows open for the water to evaporate from my seats. He said I shouldn't because we didn't want any dust or rain to get inside the car. That was understandable. The problem is that a day after, the "new car smell" was replaced with a funny smell. I wonder if it's due to the seats not drying properly or what was left of the smell from the old stain (there was fish sauce).
