And surprisingly, their kid's meals are big enough for an adult. The food comes out really quick and they don't skimp on the fries (owned by one of the original owners of 5 guys). The staff is really nice and they are willing to accommodate any reasonable requests. The restaurant itself is more modern and clean. There is a lot of seating, but this place is usually filled to the brim, so finding a place to sit can be a challenge during the lunch and dinner rush. It's also open on Sunday's, which is uncommon here in Utah. My favorite item on the menu, and I've literally tried them all, is a Cripsy avo sandwich with a shocker fillet added on! So good!

I simply wanted a refund for an item I never received, but I was told they don't process refunds over the phone. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What matters is how a business responds when they make one. Requiring customers to make another trip just to get their money back for an item they never received is not good customer service. I hope the store reconsiders this policy, because it turns what should be a quick and easy resolution into an unnecessary inconvenience.

One note I have noticed is that if I order value meal, the bread is not as fresh, so be aware of that. However it is a value meal. Funny thing, it has wifi, but once and while the McDonalds wifi across the street would drown out the wifi from this location. Someone has their power set a bit high. It is clean. Seems like many people can look over a dingy, dirty place. That bothers me a lot, it says a lot about how they cook and their kitchen. So it is nice when the place is clean, and they clean the tables quite a bit. Staff is friendly, better than many other places. In the end I dropped five stars because I felt that the only downside is the dollar menu older bread. So i will stick with my five stars. I do hate the bell. For one, the drive through splits through the middle of the lot. This means, 87% of the people that park in the Panda Express parking lot, will be trapped in the lot for longer than they want to be. When we have went to this Panda Express location, it has always been popping. Good news, you can park in the Department of Workforce Services lot! Just kidding, no you can't. There are signs that threaten some kind of punishment if you do so. Getting in and out of this parking lot is like playing ring around the rosey but it's not nearly as fun as I remember it. It's more of a stand off and a bunch of Austin Powers' 97 point turns. In the times that I have visited this Panda Express, it has always been super busy and the line has been at the door. Honestly, I am a bit confused on how the line is supposed to be set up. Some people go through the doors to the right, other people hang out in the foyer, in line. The good news is, the line always goes by incredibly fast. I like their chow mein and their fried rice, but I typically like the fried rice more. The last time I got the fried rice, it was a bit chunky. I love that we can get 1/2 and 1/2 as an option. I always get the orange chicken, but if I had an all-time favorite, I would get the beyond orange chicken. I am so sad they took it away and I would be so happy if they brought it back. It was out of this world good. This Panda Express location does a great job saucing up the chicken and it was pretty great last time I had it. All in all, this is a pretty good Panda Express spot. They are great about putting the "express" in Panda Express and I have never had any issues. This is a great, quick spot in the area!

So you awkwardly wait around until she calls you over with a very polite "hey you". She will then give you your items one by one as they are ready. So while one person finishes their shake, the next one starts on theirs and if you order fries, it's going to take an extra 30 minutes of waiting out in whatever weather. But they do have white sauce, so that is a point in their favor! I was excited to have my guy try this place and he didn't think it was all that great and I had to agree with him. Our food was fine. The experience was the letdown. Oh and the spoon cut up the sides of my mouth!
