During inspection we mention how a piece is already ours and Stacie says nope "none of it is" from that point we should of went and hired someone else because the lies just kept coming. It got to the point that communication with Stacie was only texts with "thumbs up" the most unprofessional communication I have seen. I'm sure this review is going to cost me the TV she said she would buy us because of her lying and telling us the TV in the home we were buying was ours in the deal when it really wasn't but would rather save buyers from this group then have any TV. Despite a complete NIGHTMARE of an experience with the 3rd party company who was supposed to be servicing the appliance marked by; 1) x1 no show, 2) x2 total reschedules initiated by the service provider to already confirmed servicing dates, and 3) a phone call by the project manager of said company gaslighting us, Jessica - who again just so happened to be checking up on us - immediately escalated the claim without question. Literally that next morning, the home warranty agent belonging to the escalations department called apologizing and offered solutions and by the time I got onto my lunch, Jessica had already laid out alternative paths we could take to see our tankless water heater replacement.
