Receipt of the returned item that had a recall.

On December 17, 2023, I visited the Brandywine #1039 location like I do very often and wanted to pick up a few items as well as return an item that had a recall. I picked up the items I wanted first and then went to customer service desk, thinking I could return my item and purchase the clothing items I wanted. Nancy at the front desk assisted me. The first question I asked was, would I be able to purchase my items here and she explained politely that I had to go back to the registered to purchase my items. I told her it was no problem. During the transaction, an elderly, slim, caucasian woman, who identified herself as Patricia, walked over from the front door and asked "is this a return? What's going on with these items?", referring to the items I wanted to purchase. I told her it's not a return. At this time, there were three ladies all standing close by and Nancy explained I was going to purchase the items. Patricia then stated, "Because he walked past the registers." I felt extremely discriminated against and embarrassed in front of everyone. I frequent this location often and never experienced anything like this until Patricia tried to insinuate and accuse me of attempted theft. I never tried to exit the store and I was standing at the customer service desk being assisted. It was no need or reason for this lady up embarrass me in this manner. This is not the type of employee that should be associated with Costco #1039. Instead of trying to embarrass me in front of everyone, she could have quietly asked the other associates what was going on with the items. Furthermore, I have to give the employees my Costco card in order to get a return. If I was going to steal anything after giving employees my Costco card, that would be extremely ignorant on my behalf. Another associate did attempt to assist me and stated she would walk me to the register and ring up my items, but in my frustration, I decided not to purchase the items. I would hope that Store Manager Shadi would address to matter as soon as possible to not allow another customer to experience harassment and embarrassment as I did.

I really enjoy shopping at this place. The Kirkland brand eggs are amazing! The choices of meats and seafood are the best!

This rating is for the tires department. I waited for more than 2 hours to get tires put on car. This is with an appointment.

I actually had a balance and rotation scheduled but over the weekend I developed a bubble in my tire so I had to order a whole new set. Seems like when I come here that's always the case. So the tires set me back a cool $600 which included all the disposal fees and that was with my discount for buying my full set from them before...$80. So I came in today as they were fully booked on Tuesday when they called me that my tires were in. I canceled and rearranged my whole schedule to come get this put on and when I get there they going to tell me the guy ordered the wrong tires! Now how in the hell did he do that! At first the guy was like you ordered the wrong tires. I had to correct him and said no YOU ALL ordered them when I came in on Monday. Like he was trying to act like I just went online and ordered some random sizes. I asked for the manage because it seemed like the actual size was going to costs me more. After about 15 minutes the manager came by and gave me 20% discount and a small refund as the new actual size tires were a little bit cheaper than what the other guy charged me! So a lesson learn keep your receipts handy as I had mine in my wallet and when I showed him his whole demeanor changed as he saw who rung me up on Monday. Moral of the story I guess you gotta ask the "professional" if they given you the correct sizes because that was some bs. Now I gotta drive another several days on a tire with a huge bubble in hoping and praying it doesn't blow up on me anytime soon before they get the tires. Only given them 3-stars because there was no back and forth they went straight in and discounted and gave me a return. This same club is very more cluttered compared to the same club in Woodbridge it's given dollar tree vibes...

We have always purchased from Costco's but decided to make a large purchase from Sam's Club but…read moreunfortunately, they rely on FedEx and cannot deliver. Twice, so far, they have scheduled our delivery of a 335 lb item and had to cancel a few hours before delivery. Unlike Costco, they don't offer White Glove so the item whenever delivered will only come to the threshold and we have had help waiting to assist us to get the item in its permanent place that we have had to cancel last minute. As of today, our item is more than eight days late and I have spent countless hours on the phone with both Sam's and FedEx to no avail. Save yourself the frustration and don't purchase from Sam's Club.
