    I have been a member here for about 6 years. I love this location. I have only had one bad experience here. I did feel the need to contact corporate they immediately handled the situation involving a very disrespectful employee. I have not seen that employee here since. It's nice to see they take customer's concerns seriously. They also followed up to let me know actions were taken. The store is usually fully stocked except the few occasions where people were frantic and thought shelves would go empty and when storms are approaching. So that is understandable. I love the fresh poultry selections. The bakery is also always stocked. Plenty of options. Sam's doesn't seem to offer as much of. Variety as Costco, so I will have to keep my memberships for both.

    Went to Sam's for coffee and ended up with PJ's for our annual family Christmas picture! Lol! Let's face it. If you go into Sam's you will need to open up your purse and give a few extra coins because they have such a wide variety of things available. Not only are their things you would find in a grocery store but there are fresh flowers, furniture, tires and clothes too. I also love their convenient prepared foods. I usually grab a rotisserie chicken with a salad for a quick Friday night dinner. I will say this is the first time I did have to wait in line for it. But it wasn't too long. Of course there is a annual membership fee but I always find a good deal on Groupon. I love Sam's but I have to limit my trips because I always spend way over my budget(in a good way)

    Who doesn't love Sams??!!?? Priced perfectly, something for every room in your home. Kitchen, Living space, laundry room, pets, kids, outdoors and much more! We come for bulk items helping my family save money and get more for our money! We've had a basic membership for years but recently upgraded to the premium which owes us more savings and cash back at the years end. I personal love the app, I'm able to scan as I go making sure I stay in budget ( which is a problem for me) and then I just pay and walk out!! Hello! Love it!!! Especially during the weekend when everyone in the dmv area goes to Sams! Of course the membership cost I pay $100 yearly. My sister in GA has my bonus card so she can shop in her area as well. If you don't know now you do!

    **Review for Sam's online customer service only** It sucks. The personnel at the store re-confirmed in case I was left wondering. I renewed my membership and was eligible for $45 gift card, which was supposed to have been emailed to me last night when I paid for the membership. It wasn't (something else the store personnel confirmed is no accident sometimes). They advised that I call the online number to have them email my certificate. After almost a 10 minute hold, first guy get tells me he can't do it any sooner than 48 - 72 hours. This after putting me on hold for 3 to 4 minutes and going to "check" on policy. Comes back and puts me on hold for another 3 to 4 minutes. Meanwhile, I have the store customer service people telling me in the other ear (as he's lying) to me that of course he can email me the e-cert (that it's done all the time) - and to ask for supervisor....which I did. Conveniently, I get hung up on immediately thereafter (apparently that was no accident either, according to them) and call right back. This time (after a 7 hold this time) I asked for a supervisor and I get a lady on the phone named "Chloe". She's understanding and helpful, of course. Appropriately apologetic but didn't seem particularly willing to add anything additional for my inconvenience. I had to insist. At this point I've been in the store almost 45 minutes extra beyond just picking up my membership card - which took less than 5 minutes. She eventually adds $10 extra to my $45 gift certificate = $55. The same two ladies that were helping me told me that it happens all the time. That they're intimately familiar with how bad Sam's online is versus the in-store experience and how many messes that they have to clean up that are created by the online people. How those "$45 gift card offers" are conveniently absent despite being part of the carrot to lure new memberships. This was my first experience with the online folks and it wasn't a good one. Not a good start Sam's - at all. If I wasn't already a customer and that was my initial introduction to your services, I would have left that membership card in the store and requested my money back. Please. Do. Better.

While I was in and out in about 45 min - 1 hour, quick work doesn't always = good work. Maybe I'm used to shops trying to up-charge or offer additional services but I had to ask for information and updates. I let them know that the steering was off and assumed that since they were doing an alignment - that would fix it. I wasn't aware that I was supposed to be provided a print out of the alignment as a reference which I didn't receive. It's almost as if they didn't check the steering or only did an alignment on the back because as you can see from the photo my wheel is still twisted while going straight. And yes I was charged for it (they provided a discount for a Google review so expect an update there). So because it was out of the way and I didn't get what I paid for - I went to a closer location 2 days later. They noted that the alignment was done incorrectly - fixed it and yes I was charged. The previous store was nice enough to refund me but I had to go up there to get it - hence me saying it was 45 min away from me. The manager Leo was really kind and apologetic, and refund was swift. While mistakes happen, this one was too obvious to overlook. Even when my truck had to be brought out - you could tell there was something off with the alignment but it was still considered complete. It was more of an inconvenience than anything.

We found Ancash Roadside Assistance on Yelp and called because they had such great reviews. He answered immediately, sent me a location-sharing request, and arrived in about 20 minutes. After spending nearly two hours stranded on the side of the road, that level of responsiveness was a huge relief. Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we were safely back on the road much faster than expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. Overall, though, the service was excellent. He showed up when we needed help, worked quickly, and got us moving again in no time. If you're stranded with a flat tire and need someone reliable, I would definitely recommend Ancash Roadside Assistance.

    I needed four new tires for my "sport wagon", Chocolate Chip. I searched online and found this…read morelocation. I also needed to get an alignment. The most important thing was I needed to get it done the same day. I discovered a defect in my old tire that needed to be addressed immediately. I scheduled an appointment for 5 pm, but I arrived early. The person who checked me in said that they may not be able to get my car done before closing but he would check. That's when Mr. David came out and said, "Sure, we can get it done." What a relief! The tires that i had selected were not available in the size I needed for my vehicle (my girl has big feet), so Mr. David suggested a comparable tire and saved me a few coins in the process. I was able to get tires and an alignment that evening. Owning and maintaining a car is expensive, there is no way around it if you want to be safe on the road, but customer service is a major factor that keeps me returning to a shop. It is one factor that encourages loyalty from customers. I would definitely visit this NTB location again, the service, selection, and speed would keep me coming back.

After researching prices, I found a great deal through NTB's website and brought my laptop into the Waldorf, MD location (the one facing Crain Highway, in front of Sam's Club and Home Depot). The store manager, James, assisted me directly. He reviewed the online listing I found and confirmed with corporate that the specific tires were no longer available in my size. Instead of leaving me stuck, James quickly located a comparable tire, honored the price match, and scheduled my installation for two days later once the shipment arrived. When I returned for my appointment, my paperwork was ready and the install began immediately. While waiting, I had a great conversation with James' assistant manager and another customer, where we were given helpful information about tires and maintenance. Halfway through the install, James requested that I come back to the work area to review what the technician had discovered. This is the point where many shops try to upsell unnecessary work, NOPE... not here. The technician showed me my brake pads and explained the uneven wear. Instead of pressuring me into an immediate replacement, he honestly advised that no action was required yet, but that I should recheck every three months. That level of professionalism blew me away. James is awesome and runs an outstanding operation, he's professional, knowledgeable, and leads a team that clearly shares the same values. Because of this experience, NTB has absolutely earned me as a loyal customer. Recommendation level: Absolutely

I choose Mr. Tire to perform the installation. I was notified by Tire Rack that my tires were delivered. So I called Mr. Tire to arrange the installation. To no avail, Rick at Mr. Tire would not allow me to make an appointment. He said they were too busy. This went on for two days while my tires sat in their shop. I had to find another shop and pay a higher install fee than what Mr. Tire was obligated to charge. This by far was the worst experience at Mr. Tire because the service advisor would not try to meet the customers needs. They have lost a long standing customer. I will take my money and business to an establishment that is willing to accommodate.

After purchasing new tires, I discovered that the shop failed to properly tighten and torque the lug nuts--not once, but twice. My family and I were in the truck when I noticed the wheel wobbling, which immediately raised alarm and confirmed something was seriously wrong. The wheels had been left loose, creating a severe safety hazard that could have resulted in a catastrophic accident. Even after this issue was brought to their attention, the same mistake was repeated. This is a basic, non-negotiable safety requirement, and failing to perform it correctly puts customers' lives at risk. I have zero trust in this shop and would never return. I am posting this review to warn others--please take your business elsewhere and choose a shop that takes vehicle safety seriously.
