Always great service as long as you go during non peak times. Prices are very fair and Costco stands behind their products.

Now if you've been around me long enough you know I absolutely ADORE SUGOIIIII AND KAWAIIIII stuff…read more This store has all types of figurines, blind boxes, accessories and my all time favorite, BANANA MILK! If I could, I would buy the entire store!..... can i?.... I will say though, they need to get that TV fixed, its just screaming AI!! And we all know AI is the devil.... Repent!! Anywho, I stayed at the store for 6 whole hours in the corner and the ambience was very enjoyable, they do play their theme song every 5-10 minutes and you do start to foam at the mouth and see things that aren't there but you get pretty used to it! About an hour before they closed, I had the amazing privilege of wacking down kids with a big old plushie down the aisles!.... They couldnt get back up....I had a nice time there! Highly recommend!

Finally, a Miniso in Michigan! Great Lakes Crossing is the perfect location for a store like this,…read morewhich houses a variety of fun trinkets,. plushies, and general goodies for you to enjoy! It's an Asian-chain of stores that you'll see commonly found in densely populated Asian areas around the USA and the world, but I have yet to see on in Michigan, so I was so happy to come across this when I was walking around GLC a few months ago! The prices are reasonable, but can add up given how much lovely stuff they have in stores that'll make you want to buy it all, and the quality is average. It gives the vibes of a Daiso, but more fun-oriented! This Miniso is basically just like all the others. It's got floor to ceiling adorable merch and goodies for you to browse and you'll probably find a ton of cute items throughout! It's unique and contains a ton of items and accessories that you typically would not be able to find much anywhere else! They have a whole line of Disney-based products designed specifically for Miniso, along with Sanrio, BTS, and so many more! You can stock up on Asian snacks, beauty products, toys, and mystery boxes as well! It's impossible to explain just how much wonder there is within this store, so I just highly recommend you make a visit! It's a really good sized space within Great Lakes and is very bright and open to invite you in. My main complaints are: 1) Between the first time I went there, which was shortly after its "soft opening," to about a month after that, the store had become quite disorganized. There were a ton of plushies more at ground level that were clearly dirty and scuffed, but were still on the shelves being sold. The merchandise had also changed drastically as well, so all the items that I was looking forward to coming back for were nowhere to be found the second time around. 2) They charge you for the basic Miniso-branded shopping bag to hold all your purchased items, but don't have that advertised anywhere before you get to check out. It would be one thing if this was a universal thing within Michigan where our government had passed the law to require shoppers to bring their own bags similar to how it is in other states, but it's not a thing here (yet) and I think this will bamboozle a lot of people shopping here since it's not a common practice here to bring your own. It is a nominal fee, but still displeasing to know you're being charged for a bag, especially when Miniso sells so many plushies that take up a lot of space and you might be needing more than one bag if you purchase more than one or two of these! Other than those two main complaints though, this store is wonderful and I'm excited to see it grow and stabilize as it goes! It will definitely be a must-visit stop every time I find myself at GLC...which is often!

I wasn't too excited about going into the mall for just one stop at first, but it ended up being pretty easy. As long as you go in through the right entrance, you don't have to walk the whole mall, although we love the huge size and selection at Great Lakes! We used the map right by the door and found GameStop quickly. The mall felt welcoming and had a lot going on, so it's definitely a place you could spend more time if you wanted to. Even though we didn't need help from mall staff, we were greeted by a few people as we walked through, which was nice. It turned out to be a smooth and easy visit overall.

My favorite stores to shop here were: Just Cozy, TJ Maxx, Burlington, and The Nike Store. All of these stores had items that I needed and all of them had a large variety to choose from. Many of these stores also had great sales and specials. They had a Winter Wonderland setup and Santa Claus was there for photos. I also appreciated that they had Christmas Carolers from a local church group singing live here. The food court was not good. We had a family member get sick from the Japanese food place, so please be careful. The variety in the food court is also a range of different options, which was good. This indoor mall is now my fave here.

I was undecided between Oakley and Maui Jim, so I bought both pair so I can take them home for my wife's opinion. We both liked the Maui Jim's better so we decided to return the Oakleys. When I purchased the Oakleys they were running a Friends and Family sale. No mention of the restrictions on Friends and Family, just a better price. I go to return the sunglasses and Justin the manager said they can only do store credit on Friends and Family sale items. I was a little shocked since I just spent 300 dollars on these Oakleys. I asked where this policy was stated. He said this should have been told when I made the purchase. I notified him that this information was not communicated and I read nothing on the return policy that is located on the receipt that states this either. I then had to wait for him to read the entire fine writing on the receipt, which I felt he was trying to force me into a corner and stand behind his statement. After Justin couldn't find this information, he decided to complete the refund. I would understand if an item was on clearance and not allowing refunds on those items, and items without a receipt. But when you hold a "Friends and Family" sale on all regular price items, why would you have this policy? Isn't that trapping the customer into not getting a refund on any return? This is poor and unethical business in my mind so buy at your own risk. I, for one, will not be back into that store which is too bad because I was diggin' the new Ski goggles that have the Heads Up display in them. Guess I will steer away from Oakley.
