I didn't want to drive there for eye care anymore so I gave this a try Earlier reviews were not good so I was not sure what I'd be walking into It was a great experience from top to bottom. The doctor was informative and efficient. The person helping me choose lenses (MaryAnn maybe?) actually helped me by showing me the frames she had ordered that were not on display anymore. She noticed the ones I chose from the wall were similar and pulled hers out to show me. I ended up ordering her lenses! That's a first for sure They have a good selection of lenses. I also ordered daily contacts which fit comfortably. I'm waiting on the orders for both, I expect about 3-4 weeks from the sounds of it. Looking forward to picking up my glasses

They first tried to give me a different frame than I ordered, a less expensive one I might add...But I noticed, and asked them to send back with the frame I chose. After wearing for a couple weeks I came back so they could make changes. My transition lens had me looking straight through the "magnified" reading section. The Reading section besides being in my line of sight, it was 3 times weaker than my off the shelf reading glasses. Trying to use my new glasses to read, I had to hold the reading material with my arms completely extended, that's where it was in focus.... Not sure who wants to read like that! Long story short, they said I'd have to see the doctor, and get a new script, for the reading section??? By the way, they don't measure the height of the readers with some cool device, they have a representative mark the lens while I'm wearing them, while her hands are shacking !!! Poor attitude, horrible customer service, They say 100% guarantee! NOT TRUE!

Receptionist, initial screening employee, eye doctor, and sales person were all very friendly and professional. The entire process was extremely efficient. When I brought up to the sales employee that there were several options online that were more affordable, she immediately price matched without any trouble. I also want to shout out the front desk staff. They have been super nice and helpful. Original: Office staff were very friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Robert Feldman. Although I felt he did a good job with the exam, the entire second half of my appointment felt extremely rushed. I specifically came here because I have had issues with my glasses prescription. When I asked if we could discuss my glasses, after he said we were done, he seemed very annoyed. He did take a look however, but his annoyance continued and he made me feel very rushed and unwelcome to ask questions. This is extremely upsetting considering I looked at many reviews and had this place recommended based on a community Facebook page. I am leaving with questions and concerns that were not addressed and will now need to come back because he already was gone immediately after my appointment ended.

First time going there today for an eye contact appt/ prescription …read more I asked dr. Friedman if they had samples and he said even if they did they don't have time for a fitting today..? Anywhere else I've ever gone they take the extra 10 minutes to see if they have samples in stock and if they do then they just do the fitment of the contact lens the same day. I asked one of the ladies at the front desk and they said he would have checked if they had in stock.. but I told them I don't think he wanted to even check... it turns out they did have the samples in stock so they let me take the samples but he needed to look at my eyes again with the contacts before he could give the prescription.. so they said they would ask if he could take a few minutes to do the "fitting" and he said no now I need to go back tomorrow for a 15 minute check so he can look at my eyes.. (when I was there anyway but didn't want to see if they had my prescription in stock) when he originally told me he'd call me back for the fitment when the trials came in in 7 days... he didn't even want to try.. and wants you to come back for 3 appts total before the prescription is issued. Stay away, lesson learned for us.

While my initial visit here was pleasant, even in the midst of COVID-19, I have had nothing but…read moreproblems and am so incredibly disappointed in the service I've received. After my appointment, it took almost 8 full weeks to receive my glasses, and I only ever got an update if I incessantly called. I was told over and over once I finally got my glasses how they would "take care of me". First it was a free pair of sunglasses already being worked on, then it became "the next time you come in" (you know, because we all go to the optometrist fourteen times a year). I'd finally decided they just weren't for me and called to get my prescription. Stephanie told me on the phone she could email it over. Guess what, she still didn't 24 hours later. Absolute worst experience ever and I will not be returning, even for the "free pair" of sunglasses I probably wouldn't ever see.
