I have the worst pair of glasses and the worst attendance in my life with this store! After to trying use the new glasses for almost 3 weeks I decided to return the glasses. I went to the store and I returned the glasses, but the problem is, they didn't communicate my Davis Vision Insurance about my return and I can't make a new glasses until the credit is in my account! It was in May 2021 and I need a new glasses, but Visionworks is doing nothing to return my money! Please don't go to Visionworks! read more

Honestly, I haven't ever had such a horrible experience purchasing glasses. I've been back twice to get the glasses made correctly and when I got them back the second time I had some adjusting to the new frames and lenses which was expected however I have had to go back a couple of times to get frames adjusted and today when I went in I was told all of our ears are off. I said I understand that part (I've worn glasses since I was 5) but I need the site part of my glasses in the correct place. Worst place ever!! I only took my elderly mom to get glasses today. The extremely rude lady behind the desk yells at us to put on a mask. Even though the lady she was sitting with didn't have one on. Ok. I got a mask for us. We proceed to look at frames and get yelled at again. Asking what we are doing. We literally had not touched anything or were within 6 ft of the frames. We walked out. Fatemia called me late in the day to let me know my glasses had arrived. It just so happened, I was shopping around the corner and was able to make it in before they closed. She greeted me with a smile, was very professional and courteous. She patiently answered all of my questions. The entire store staff has recently turned over. I can't speak to the previous Yelp reviews but this new staff seems to have their act together. I'm happy with my glasses and the service... And giving this location 5 stars. read more

The frames selection is awesome but good luck getting your glasses and glasses done correctly. The technician totally screwed up one pair of glasses, and tried to tell me I must have brought the wrong prescription. Umm no. The second pair of glasses I ordered had not even left the lab by the "promise date." They had no idea when my glasses would be coming, let alone the redo of the glasses that were screwed up. I'm very disappointed. If they were going to screw up my order and be crazy untimely, they could have at least been nice, that was not the case. read more

This review is not about the doctor. This review is one star because the staff member (a woman) who works behind the counter, checking in and checking out was so extremely rude and disrespectful. My daughter went in for an eye exam, and the woman muttered under her breath the whole time. Additionally, when my daughter said she needed an eye exam, the woman told her to "look at the glasses." My daughter told her that she wasn't purchasing glasses today, and the woman commanded, "Look at the glasses!" Are you kidding me? I know everyone has a bad day, but this kind of treatment is inexcusable, no matter what. I never write bad reviews, but I feel the office should know who they have representing them... read more

Was in need of an eye exam and new pair of glasses and sunglasses. Called to make an appointment. Showed up a couple minutes early and was taken right back for the exam. Very friendly and professional staff. The Dr. was very detailed with the exam and educated me about my eyes. Provided me readying material as well. Lisa (store manager) and additional staff were very helpful in picking out the right pairs of glasses and sunglasses. My glasses were not made right. They are supposedly redoing them but when I try checking online, it says order not found. When i try calling, i sit on hold for an hour, and when I try their online chat, it is not a real person, just another automated system that tells me it can't find my order. This has gone on for three days. My next option is to drive an hour each way to check the status, if they are even working on my order. Very upset. I understand their are issues with COVID, but the tech on my first pair never measured my eyes for the glasses, even when I said something. That was not COVID related. That was lazy. When I went back because they were so bad, the person helping me even said they wanted to redo everything because of the tech I saw. Again, not COVID. And not being able to get my order status in all their online systems is not COVID. I understand systems have issues, I work in IT. But this is three days. read more
