You're not able to order during checkout ahead of time like Costco. You'll have to get in a separate line to order then wait for your order. My feedback would be the efficiency and cleanliness of the food court area. There's a wait to get your food as most items are readily available and you'll have to wipe your own tables. Someone needs to be in charge to keep the Cafe are clean.

They have a lot of information on different coffees and coffee tasting in the shop and online. Their online roasted coffee catalog online is truly overwhelming - because you can order any and they will roast it fresh for you, within 1-2 days - but the available beans in the shop are more limited and rotate each day. If you order beans online, you can even specify what roast level/temperature you want! If you stop by in person, the staff is happy to chat and answer any questions you have. My one suggestion would be to offer more light roasts (if you look at the catalog, many are light-medium) for the truly funky-fruity aficionados.

I don't remember if this was before Lupee bought the store. When the phone number for the business went dark I wasn't sure how to make an appointment for bringing my baby things and kids things in. So I started just dropping them off to create space in my home. I realize this isn't the most ideal situation since the items could go to a non profit so I've stopped this. The past two times I've needed it, I've driven to a a few different places which are super out of my way and they didn't have it. I started doing research of places around my work that had it and that's where Concord Feed came in clutch. I still call ahead of time to make sure they have it but the last two times were amazing.. They were able to put it on hold for me, I came in after work, picked it up to pay and I was out! I will be coming here for the foreseeable future:)
