They seem to be short staffed and not really care about patients/customers. With so many options, I don't have to keep giving business to a company that doesn't value my business. A clerk told me they may be making the store smaller. That's why some shelves are cleared out. I was here on a sunny Saturday. Not too many customers, so I had a quick and easy experience. I think most people come to a drug/variety store for (mostly) meds and personal necessity items. Instead they have groceries, patio furniture, plants (that look half dead from lack of water) and the ice-cream parlor. Speaking of which, while waiting in a line 6-deep.....there's a clerk scooping ice cream. If you are buying liquor, or even cough syrup......regardless of how old your are (I'm in my 70's) they require that you let them scan your driver's license (which gives them a lot of your personal info they have no business knowing). I can't speak for the pharmacy, cause I don't use it.....but I have seen a lot of one-star reviews from others.....? I won't miss them.....and look forward to a good store to move in to take their place, that will have full shelves and good management.

She was able to do this while 3 other customers were chewing out the pharmacy techs, and it's embarrassing to see how unhinged people can get over a wait time. Has every experience I've had been smooth sailing? Are my prescriptions always in stock? No to both, but the staff are professional while overwhelmed with work but still doing their best everytime. Please be kind- healthcare workers are working hard are getting the brunt of your frustration all day everyday.

After unlocking it and handing it to me, he asked, "You're not going to run off with that, are you?" That question was inappropriate and unnecessary. I responded and continued my shopping, but it left a negative impression. For clarity, I did purchase the item(receipt available)and did not "run off" with anything. Customers should not be made to feel suspected of theft when asking for assistance. Is this a standard question you ask all customers? Or just Hispanic females? A more appropriate and professional response would have been to ask if I needed anything else.

Ellis who has been very helpful in the past helped me with the lip gloss and also recommended other beauty items as well. Ellis is great and you are very lucky to have such a great employee. John who was the associate who took care of the check out has always gone above and beyond to help me. Another great team member at CVS. I then went to pick up a prescription and Allan who I have had wait on me many times is always very helpful and efficient. He always is very pleasant and will go the extra mile to help and make my shopping experience fantastic. Jen who has helped me as well is always willing to help and always has a smile on her face. These 4 team members deserve to he recognized and makes the shopping experience at CVS Moraga such a pleasure!

Every time I go to pick up a prescription the folks who work the register are very friendly and professional. I will say I sometimes witness customers with bad behavior and bad attitudes at the prescription counter and the folks at CVS maintain their professionalism.
