I've been coming to this Costco for a few years now and it's pretty solid. It does get quite busy so I recommend not trying to find a spot too close by. They frequently have lots of samples and as far as aisles go, if you've been to another Costco, it's very similar. I'm glad they've expanded the size of their gas pumps because it used to be a long wait for gas, but it's gotten significantly better. Like with all Costco's, they sell a lot of different things but usually only one or two varieties. So for instance, if you want yogurt, you got like two choices and you have to buy like 20 of them. But it can be a really good value as long as you shop within your means and don't buy too much. Don't forget you can always return it too if you don't like something. The food court is also really solid and you can get a nice cheap meal here if you play your cards right. This Costco has the AT&T key ask in it (other Costco's have other mobile phone vendors). So if you are AT&T customer consider considering becoming one it's worth stopping here because they usually have pretty good deals compared to the normal promotions. read more

Tried to go in to get a new card since mine disappeared and the black lady at the membership register area, chewing gum and being on her phone looked at me an my wife with the most annoyed look of having to actually work, finally helped us. When she did, rudely asked if we had the app and we can use that instead. How hard is it to print a new card if a customer requests a new one. Is it really that hard? There are people out there who don't rely on phones and apps to run their life. A physical card is much more fitting for people. But apparently her own phone and gum chewing was much more important. She can do her social media scrolling job at home and collect unemployment if talking to customers is so hard for her. read more

I love this Costco. I always go here. The staff are friendly. The restrooms are clean. The whole facility/building is clean. They have free snacks. It's a nice store in a convenient location just North of the 215. It's set up is consistent with the other local Costco stores. Again, I noticed much of the merchandise is consistent with the other locations, but with a few different items I have not noticed elsewhere. Upon arriving at Costco to collect our online-ordered Apple Watch, we encountered an unexpected situation. We proceeded to the return section with the box, having already purchased another one in-store last week. When staff opened the box to verify the order, they found it empty. Apparently, someone had stolen the contents and replaced the label. The manager is currently resolving the issue using surveillance footage. One of the staff actually said if the box is empty, there's nothing he can validate. The store manager asked us to wait for the resolution. After examining the footage, the manager offered an apology for the inconvenience and issued a refund. Notably, the civilian camera footage indicated that we never left the store with the item, which is alarming. This situation shouldn't have happened to anyone, especially here at Costco on Marks St Henderson ‍. If you have to pick up stuffs at the store like us, just open the box right away, maybe that's what you should do. read more

I want to start off by saying I frequent this Costco and I think Costco is a great company and that they do their diligence to take care of their members and employees. However today I had an interaction with some employees that made me incredibly concerned. The members in front of us at checkout were Hispanic and Spanish speaking these 4 employees (Jeana, Maricella, Nicole and another young woman who flipped her name tag during this interaction) repeatedly denied service to these members stating to the members that they could only pay with a card on file for their membership or cash. While the members were trying to figure out payment the 4 employees were making comments about how "they can't pay with welfare" and how all "these people" do is come to "their" country and have their "anchor babies" so they can get asylum and how people like this steal thousands of dollars a week in welfare and these people (the Hispanic members) are the problem in this country. Each time the members in front of us with card it seemed like Jeana on the register was cancelling the transaction. Then telling the members they were only allowed to pay in cash. The employees ushered another employee "Thor" over to cancel the transaction and escort the members away. Regardless of your opinions I don't think it's acceptable for employees to have openly racist conversations about members nor is it their authority to deny members transactions because said employees are racist. My wife and I are both Mexican but light complexion and this treatment of Hispanic members made us very uncomfortable. I hope Costco holds these employees accountable. FOOD Court is terrible now! Feels like Costco is making things harder in food court to eventually phase it out. Easily 2-3 times longer than in the past when they called out. Of this is a corporate thing, it's bad. If it's a district manager, they made a mistake. I just refunded a hotdog because the line was terrible. I went here with a friend today to get the experience before buying a membership. I've been maybe twice before but this time I was really thinking it. When we got to the check out the guy who was boxing items Mark. Had the craziest passive aggressive attitude. First the second he came up to us he said aggressively "do you mind helping with this" loud and rude. Which I was going to do regardless just didn't quite know when to especially since the second he came up to me he hit me with that comment. After that the membership card holder started to try and box some of the items Mark then SNATCHED the bag of food from her hand and said I got it. His attitude was just nasty and I don't think I'm coming here for a while. Even the cashier looked shocked at the ordeal but stayed quiet. This is my go to location for my costco run. Selections lately has been more of K-Food which I love. It must be because it sells the most and fast with a lot of Asian Americans lives around the area. I did noticed several of my favorite items been discontinued like Kirkland Organic 100% Peanut Butter, Organic Whole Brazil nuts and Kimchi(which I was told will be shipped within an one week but it wasn't for over two weeks now). Although I like the most of the produce but selection can be limited for snacks. It is always the same brands on holidays at snack corner annually on winter time. Employees are very helpful when you ask where certain items are located. My spouse and I always have nice small talk with our produce guy with glasses. Some of the items are great for value but there is some inflation with meat, smoked salmon(much less salmon in it at the package)and my favorite yogurt price went up within few months. read more

Huge selection of items, I just wish it was organized better. Some things were good for the price, but eyyyy that produce is a rip off. Better off going to smiths or even sprouts. I got to try the famed Costco pizza and it was ok especially for $3. The slice is huge and is easily splittable. We also tried their cookie and that left a lot to be desired. It was hard on the outside and not cooked in the middle. The clothing was just ok. I know they rotate in and out but it was all blah. Order a pizza, because when I called they told they don't do phone orders anymore. Made the line after I saw they weren't calling the numbers like they used to. After 15 minutes in line, then I was told I had to make a different line that it was for whole pizzas only. If i purchased the pizza more than an hour ago, then made a long line, it's stupid for them to make you wait again and make a whole new line again. And the problem it's not the structure, they can change how they give the food as many times as they want. But Would be nice if they would at least inform of the process. Also, I've seen a lot of young faces, they give better customer service than the older people. They are very friendly and polite. Good for the young generation. read more

It's like a huge funhouse for adults. A large family's dream come true. The Goliath of box stores. For most things you'll need a membership. Prescriptions and Costco gift cards are a couple of exceptions. The pharmacy works a bit different than the store and a gift card is already paid for. How can they not let you in to redeem it? Just because you buy in bulk doesn't mean you're getting the lowest price. Be a wise consumer and know your prices. Stick with dry goods like coffee and tea or frozen foods for the best deal. We've noticed at this store the more expensive deals at the entrance. You'll do better going down the aisles in the back. PRO TIP: If a purchased item goes on sale within 30 days of you buying it, you are entitled to the difference in what's called a price cut benefit. On the way out today I learned something new. The receipt checkers at the exit are well versed on all sale items. One of their functions is to make sure these sales were passed on to you! I love costco but the strawberry smoothie is no longer the same as before. Too sweet & looks like from a concentrate that was blended with ice. Didn't even continue drinking it. Just threw it away. The strawberry smoothie before was really good & not taste like from a juice concentrate at all. I'm now thinking should I just move to Sam's which is closer to where I live. read more

I would avoid this place like it was a black plague carrier. The parking lot seemed to be designed to cause accidents, and then the gas station caused that to increase a couple thousand percent. If you manage to park without getting hit, you then risk your life walking through the parking lot to get into the store. Doesn't matter when you go to this location it looks like Disney world. Get into the store past the card nazi and then walk at a snails pace as you weave through the mass of humanity. I got there before they opened once and hung back. There were over a hundred people packed at the door and even smacking carts against each other to jostle for position, and this was over a year after the water/toilet paper fiasco If you make it through all of that, you then slog back towards the register to wait in a line with at least a dozen people already in it. Someone should start a class action lawsuit over the accidents to get them to do something. Maybe the problems are the people and the loss of basic kindness and humanity, but I think costco should be accountable for creating this mess read more

I have been a happy Costco member for almost 30 years, but their new policies of early store hours for executive members but not for regular memeI have been a extremely satisfied and proud paid up business member since 1997 and recently wanted to do some shopping but discovered costco changed my status to second rate. I was told changes were just made and only executive members had earlier access and was turned away at the card scanner and told to wait outside in the summer heat. .It wasnt long before I was approached by an employee to upgrade my membership. Being a proud member appearantly meant nothing to costco now and only money is important. Who made this terrible decision at Corp? Whoever it was needs to be reminded customer loyalty is a two way street! Also costcos new policies of discounts for college students, but not for seniors is equally disturbing. Costcos statement our members were our backbone of our growth is just words when your backbone is betrayed!!! I must admit I have never felt betrayed before by costco but now I found myself weighing the thoughts of not renewing my membership when it comes due. What did being a 28 year member get me? Costco should do the right thing for long term members and treat them with dignity, which is why I have been a loyal and long term member anyway! read more
